The sheets and towels were spotless white, with no strange odors. The bathroom drain worked perfectly, showing great attention to detail. ✅ Service Attitude: Everyone from the concierge to the front desk was very polite and greeted me proactively. When I contacted room service with an issue, their response was very prompt. ✅ Breakfast & Facilities: The breakfast offered a rich variety, with both Chinese and Western options, and tasted good. The gym and laundry room, though not large, were perfectly adequate. 🌟 Highlights: The floor-to-ceiling windows in the room offered an amazing view of the city/mountains.

Great location and very good service from front door and the cleaner Warmly asked us for anything we need and try to fulfill our requirement at their best We requested water for drinking and hanger to hang our clothes after washing and dry with dryer and the hotel management helped us with it. The room is big enough for 5 pax and clean Breakfast provided for every day too.

The room was impeccable—clean and tidy, making for a truly comfortable stay. I especially want to mention the oxygen concentrator. The oxygen supply was plentiful, which is crucial in a place like Yushu, completely eliminating any worries. This was a truly wonderful stay. I'll definitely stay here again when I visit Yushu!
