Shared front door to the house leads to a private, locked 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit with kitchenette, and cozy couch/sleeper with electric fireplace and 55" smart television. Respect the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. 11. If cancelled 7 days before arrival or earlier, 50% of the prepayment will be refunded. If cancelled 2 days before arrival or earlier, 25% of the prepayment will be refunded. No refunds are available if cancelled less than two days from arrival. 12.
