Great location at the heart of Chengdu’s busiest area, perfect for shopping and nightlife. Also really well connected by metro. The hotel is new and well designed, and the room was spacious and really well equipped. Main con is that the hotel is in (and shares elevators with) a 30+ floors office building, and during rush hours it can take ages to get a free elevator. Our room’s “city view” was also quite poor.

Nice hotel , good value . We received a nice welcome from the front staff, Miss He. Got even Häagen-Dazs ice-cream although the scoop is a little small :)and a cup of tea and a welcome fruit platter . Location is good , with recommendations of good hotpot restaurants from Miss He. Breakfast selection is adequate and good quality . There were a lot of customers but luckily the breakfast area is big enough to not feel too crowded . There is a laundromat floor free to use , which is very handy . The only complaint we had was the long wait for the lifts during peak hours in the morning . Will recommend this hotel for a city stay.

Good Hotel which is not so far from Shopping area. But it is hard to find this hotel from google map or baidu, better to find this hotel by using a map from hotel's in trip.com Also, last picture of the gate of hotel is not update, better to point from Crowne Planza Chengdu which is not so far from this hotel.

Nice and comfortable hotel located 5 minutes away from WemshuYuan metro station (line1). We were given a free upgrade and the room is very nice. The front desk staff, Li Dan, at checkin was very polite, friendly and helpful. The room rate was reasonable. There was food mall and streets behind the hotel.

I love this place see form the road that so tiny and you can go to the lobby first they have nice service and cleanness room vey comfort they nearby a many mall bar restaurant and souvenir shop around near A panda (IFS mall) and easy to go the airport by bus I think I will again When I comeback to Chengdu :)

The location was ideal as it is short walking distance to the popular Chunxi Road where the airport bus can be found there too. As there's several Atour within that same area, we went to the incorrect one at first before finding the right one. We had arrived closed to 4pm but the room was not ready despite the check-in time was 3pm. Reason given to us was that due to the ongoing renovation, thus the housekeeping was busier than usual. While we understand the renovation is for improvement of the hotel, not receiving prior notice about potential delay in check-in was not a pleasant experience the moment we check-in. As the room we have booked on trip.com platform has some ”weird setup” whereby breakfast is included for 1 guest, thus we had to purchase additional breakfast for the remaining check-in guest. The instructions given by the hotel on how this is done wasn't very clear and kind of sounded like upselling instead of really giving in house guest some discount as they claimed. This had also left quite a bad experience on the first day of check-in. We were also asked to add them on wechat, just like any other accommodation that we had stayed in during our trip in China, and we can contact them for assistance via Wechat. However, I received no replies from them via wechat when I indeed use this platform to seek help. While I understand that they have many guests to attend to and may not provide immediate replies, in my situation, the questions that I have raised via wechat was left unanswered until day 3 of my stay when i had to personally seek help at the reception and raised the issue of unanswered wechat messages to them. This was something not experienced in my other accommodation and considering Atour is a relatively big chain in China, this is an upsetting experience during our stay. Strongly suggest that they improve in their service level.

Great location , the center of many places. Good service, cleanliness room. Cute panda theme decorations. The time we stayed is on the China National day , the hotel also decorated in National day theme as well. It’s nice to see the important event of the country. Thank you for helpful staff and housekeeper and storage the luggage for us. But the smell of smoking and the guest can smoke at the same area of the lobby might be not okay for the other guests who is not smoke. The atmosphere of/around the building is a con- because the building is quite old with under renovate ,construction and the passage around the building is dark at night time.

Family with toddler, stayed multiple nights. Mixed feelings about this hotel, there are both plus and minus points. +points: 1. Hotel is quite new, nice and modern design. 2. Friendly and poliet staff, allowed earlier check-in. 3. Stayed in Family room, spacious. Cute bed sheet. 4. A short walk to Chunxi Road. 10 to 15 mins. 5. Strong water flow for shower & smart toilet, auto flush. -points: 1. Toilet & shower area gets flooded after each use, even flowing outside. 2. The sheets on one of the beds not really clean, felt itchy. So covered it with own blanket & sheet. 3. One of the night, the ppl in the room beside us chatted and laughed loudly till about 3am. Unable to sleep that night. Maybe cause of the thin walls? Can be heard clearly in our room. 4. The kids tent in the room was unstable, fell on my girl a few times, have feedback to the staff they tighten it but not much difference. 5. No WiFi for foreign guests. 😕

It’s very new and nice, the hotel is incredibly clean. The hotel located very near to bustling streets and less than 5 minutes to subway. But if you were to ask if I’ll come back to this hotel again and my answer is no because there are other hotel nearer to subway. Anyways, it’s still a very good experience staying in this hotel. Worth a stay.

The location is perfect for traveler to Jiuzhaigou national park as you can walk from the hotel to the entrance of the park. The hotel is near shops and restaurants. However, the cleanliness of the room is average. The strong smell of mothballs are always there in the room during my 4 nights stay. In my room, the pillow was a bit dirty with some little red spots which I don’t know what it was. Anyway, The staff was truly friendly.

Taking the high-speed rail to Jiuzhaigou, this hotel is super close to the through train station. The three girls at the front desk are warm and thoughtful. They can arrange anything you want or can't think of. Disposable bath towels and face towels are available. The hotel is newly renovated and in a popular style. As soon as I entered the room, it exceeded my expectations. It was clean and tidy. The bedding was also very comfortable. The toilet seat was automatically heated, which was very comfortable in this season. The sound insulation was good and no noise from other rooms could be heard. The breakfast variety was sufficient and the meal started early at 6 o'clock, which was suitable for travelers who entered the park early. It was 2 kilometers away from the entrance of the scenic area. The ride was 20 yuan and it took about 5 minutes. The only drawback was that the sound of the central air-conditioning duct was sometimes loud and sometimes small. Maybe I had a shallow sleep and it had a little impact. Overall, it was very good and I could stay there for the second time.

Very new and clean facilities, location is slightly far from the main area but hotel provides free shuttle buses to & fro Jiuzhaigou. Front desk staff are very helpful and friendly. Free laundry which was great. Everything was orange-themed from fruits, sweets, drinks, soap, toothpaste, shower gel.

Facilities: Very new and good. The whole room is not cold after the floor heating is turned on. Hygiene: No problem Environment: Very new and good Service: The most praiseworthy thing is the service. Manager Huang at the front desk is meticulous and considerate. When we first arrived at the store, he was afraid that we would feel dry due to not adapting to the plateau, so he asked someone to send us two more bottles of water. He also told us a lot of precautions. He was considerate and careful. He greeted us warmly when we went in and out, and called a car for us to go to the train station. It was cheaper than calling a car by ourselves and charged per person. He also took the initiative to help us with our luggage. It was so thoughtful that I felt embarrassed. Thank you. Breakfast: The elders at home were very satisfied. The rice noodles, red soup and white soup were very delicious. The small cakes and other things were also very good. In short, the elders at home praised it unanimously and thought it was very good. ps Because I forgot to take pictures before, I messed up the room when I took pictures, so I just took two pictures. The original room was much better than the one I took😄

The location is very good, the boss is very nice, the facilities are good in Siguniang Mountain, it is only about 100 meters away from the entrance of Changpinggou and Haizigou, just down the slope, the room is very warm, the hygiene is good, the bath water temperature is good, and the geothermal is very warm. Overall, I am satisfied. Many people who participate in cross-country races will book here, it is convenient! It is 7 kilometers away from Shuangqiaogou, and Shuangqiaogou needs to be reached by car, so it is a good choice to stay here

The room is very big and very close to Mizoguchi. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the entrance of the scenic spot. Although the breakfast is not very varied, it is filling. Personally, I think the rice noodles in the morning are quite delicious ~ Xiao Jiang is enthusiastic about his work and calls in advance to confirm the way to travel. , and informed us of the specific location and public transportation methods, and also took the initiative to arrange the two rooms we booked together. The beautiful scenery in Jiuzhaigou is great. We will go there next time~

The breakfast is lovely and delicious. Room is huge and comes with a projector to play TV shows/music. Throughly enjoyed staging here and would highly recommend it!!

The service we had from the front desk staff was fabulous. Even though we only spoke English they were so great. They were very welcoming, friendly, and tended to all our questions with enthusiasm. They also helped us book transport back to the railway station. The room was very clean and comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay. The only thing lacking for us was air conditioning. The location of the hotel is great, close to all of the restaurants and things needed. The park is a short ride down the road. I would definitely stay again. Thank you Kuobo!

The good hotel during the trip was really a surprise. I chose this B&B blindly. The room facilities and hygiene were good. There was floor heating and I could take a hot shower with peace of mind. The only drawback might be that the sound insulation was a little bit poor. When we arrived at the door, a corgi came to lead the way. It was super cute.

It is very close to Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area, and it only takes more than ten minutes to walk there. It is very lively at night, and there are many food and Internet celebrity restaurants next to the hotel. The triple room is relatively large, and the beds are not crowded. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, but the room is sometimes noisy at the elevator entrance. The temperature is OK and very warm. The front desk also provides hot water, coffee, and snacks. Overall, I am quite satisfied. After all, Huazhu will be guaranteed. I will choose it next time I come to Jiuzhaigou.

The owner of this homestay is what makes this place so lovely! He has a cheery disposition and he and his staff helped answer so many of my questions. He helped organize transportation to pick me up and drop me off at the local bus station and to take me to the JiuZhaiGou park entrance. He made me feel like an old friend, not just a customer! The hotel itself has a great atmosphere, lots of wood and local design elements. The rooms and generally clean (though small details could be given a bit more attention). The beds in the rooms are comfortable, not hard. I enjoyed sitting in the rooftop patio to relax and look at the mountains. Breakfast was simple, Chinese cuisine, the offerings were slightly different both mornings, but there was a reasonable variety of carbohydrates, veggies, and protein to give you a good start to the day. I went during apple season, so they also had some locally grown apples available. Dinner was a lively time in this homestay. Seems like most of the tenants at the hotel booked meals there and felt comfortable and social. They had many local dishes with yak and local vegetables. I thought the food was filling and fresh. If I returned to JiuZhaiGou, I would stay here again! The boss and his family are very welcoming.
