We couldn't sleep all night because it was so hot in the room. No fan available at reception. I don't understand why this establishment doesn't provide enough fans to satisfy customers. The room was small as was the bathroom. We have already stayed in an Elko hotel in CDG, very good, spacious with 2 single beds. Turning around in the bathroom was complicated. But not the worst. The worst was the heat. A little extra for the friendly and understanding staff. We were able to fill our water bottles with fresh water by asking at reception in the morning. But the night left us feeling angry. I would have preferred to sleep outside because it was so unbearable!!!!!

Hotel is 5-8 mins walk from Lyon Part Dieu station. Shower is fitted with water-saving shower head, so it's like sprinkle mist, quite troublesome to wash off the soap. Hotel lobby has water refill tap, both still and sparkling.
Well-deserved 5 stars. I don't understand why this hotel only has 2 stars and not 5?
Super clean! The beds were very comfortable. We were immediately provided with a baby cot upon request. Someone was always available by phone and always incredibly friendly and accommodating. The price was very reasonable. When we had trouble opening the parking gate and rang the bell at reception, someone was even available in the middle of the night, even though the reception was closed. I would definitely come back if we were a family of three going on holiday and wanted to make a stopover at night. Thank you for everything!
Best regards, Felita
The accommodation was really comfortable and clean. The reception staff were also friendly. One thing to note is that there is no hair dryer!! You have to pay and borrow money at the reception. This was the most disappointing part. Breakfast was decent.
My previous experiences with Premiere Class have been mixed. The breakfast was usually quite unappetizing. So why am I even staying here? It's simple: the price is a bargain. The hotel is almost new and already quite chic. There is an elevator and a large parking lot. You can also sit outside. If you love steaks, there is a wide selection of restaurants (photo). The hotel is not on the A7 and is also out of the way.
I wasn't so happy with the staff. I was charged double the tourist tax.

A great little hotel, the rooms were nice and clean and beds were comfy. The location is great, very convenient with easy access to public transport and also a walkable distance to main areas of Lyon. We enjoyed our stay here. Be mindful that there is no lift which can make it difficult with large luggage but it is just one set of stairs so it is manageable.
amazing HOTEL with 3 restaurant (check on your stay if all Open) dancing , bar, diner show ! Great experience , good atmosphere
1 thing only not liked : outside pool too cold , nobody inside as too cold !

The rooms are really interesting, like little capsules! The environment is quite clean, and if everyone is considerate, it's pretty quiet and comfortable. You have to climb some stairs and a hill to get to the hotel, but it's manageable and not too far. The kitchen has everything you need and is very convenient to use! I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit~

GGuest UserHello, I booked this hotel for the good location to the place I had to visit, however it is far away from the city center. But there is a tram stop and a big shopping mall very close to this hotel. First of all the reception is NOT open 24 hours, and they close late at night(check the hours) and also 13-15 on weekends. the staff are very very nice, all of them they changed almost every day and all of them were nice. The room and bathroom is spacious and they provide soap and shampoo. The downside for me was that the room was smelly, my guess is the smell comes from pets' pee because pets are allowed in the hotel. The carpets were old and full of stains. There is a mini kitchenette in the room with a well functioning stove and good utilities. An electric kettle is missing in the room. the Wi-Fi works well and the speed is good. the heating system works perfect and the room had good temperature. The mattress lack the necessary firmness but its okay for a few nights.

LLoris LombardiI stayed at this hotel for a work trip focused on the university, and it served its purpose perfectly. The hotel is very clean, and the receptionist was incredibly nice and helpful with all of my requests, which made for a welcoming experience. The breakfast was very good and offered a great start to the day.
The primary advantage of this hotel is its location, which is ideal if you need to be at the Université Grenoble Alpes. However, be aware that the surrounding area is not very pedestrian-friendly and is built more for cars. There are no supermarkets within easy walking distance, so it's best to plan accordingly if you need to buy anything.
Overall, it was a very good stay. I would highly recommend this hotel for a night or two, especially for anyone who has business to attend to at the university.
AAnonymous UserOk for one night. Fairly clean but very old, in obvious need of a refurbishment. Smells a bit funky but what you see is what you get. Hot water, ok clean sheets and bed. Perfectly adequate for one night if coming by car.
Aa.b.7Staff was super friendly and this is the only hostel I stay where the staff walk me up to the room and explain everything. If you have research where the location of this hostel, you will know the hostel is located on the top of hill. So definitely a battle if you have big luggage..the selling point of this hostel would be enjoying the view from the terrace. Overall the place is clean just the facility bit old for the toilet. I think they really should be doing some upgrading and some tlc for the room.(Some of the curtain are already wear and tear) The location up the hill I think a plus point for me as I take it as an exercise after having stuff myself with so much foods and with rewarding views.
GGuest UserWell... it is not the most attractive hotel in the world, but it's very close to the airport, reasonably clean, but I'd say it is overpriced for a building that resembles a barrack or portacabin for highway workers (no disrespect to soldiers or the workers - but they don't pay close to 100 euros a night :-)
GGuest UserGreat location, 5min walk to the station, there’s a nice restaurant next door as well as a small shop to buy any last minute toiletries or snacks and drinks.
The room itself was good, small bathroom but the beds were comfy and it just does the job.
Would stay again if I visit Lyon again.

TTianfenquangouThe paper cups provided were full of hair, there was no air conditioning, and the surrounding environment was bad due to road construction... You had to borrow a hair dryer from the front desk
Hygiene: No
Environment: Too remote
Service: No place to store luggage,
