I had a wonderful stay at Fili Hotel and was truly impressed from start to finish. The hotel is beautifully designed, with modern interiors and a luxurious yet comfortable atmosphere. Every detail, from the lobby to the rooms, feels thoughtfully curated and elegant.
The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was incredibly cozy, and the amenities provided made the stay even more convenient and relaxing. I also appreciated the peaceful ambiance, which made it easy to unwind.
The staff were exceptional—friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a warm smile. Their hospitality truly made the experience memorable.
The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, which I appreciated. While there were many options available, I feel there is still a little room for improvement in terms of selection and variety. That said, the food was fresh and nicely prepared.
Overall, Fili Hotel exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cebu, and I’m definitely looking forward to staying here again!

The hotel is about a 15-minute taxi ride from the airport, which is true and very convenient. You're greeted with live music at the entrance. Security is present: security checkpoints, baggage scanning, and guards with dogs.
The hotel has its own beach and three entrances to the sea. The water is crystal clear, fish swim right off the shore, and life jackets are free. The hotel is very family-friendly. There are water slides, a kids' club, and a huge playroom. You can even leave your child with a nanny (for an additional fee). There are daily activities for both children and adults, including arcade machines, air hockey, and morning yoga.
Breakfast is included, and it's excellent. There are two restaurants, a huge selection of food, and everything is delicious. Even ice cream is included. After breakfast, children are given marbles—a small change, but a nice touch. Lunch and dinner are extra. There are Italian and Cantonese restaurants, as well as various buffets. There are bars on the beach, by the pool, and in the lobby. Live music plays in the evening, creating a great atmosphere. The grounds are vast: golf, mini-golf, tennis, billiards, table tennis, and badminton. Wi-Fi works great throughout the property. The staff is very friendly.
The main drawback is the renovations; they need a refresh. However, the service and infrastructure are still excellent.

Great location, very helpful staff and great breakfast buffet. Room was great, everything you would expect from a high quality hotel. Swimming pool was closed but they arranged access to Cebu City Sports Club swimming pool - well worth going to, the restaurant at the Club is very good, top food and the price is so cheap! So good that I ended up having lunch and dinner here in a single day! Thanks Seda for your welcoming staff, comfortable room, and excellentservice.

This hotel is exceptionally clean, and the lobby offers a fantastic view. The rooms are also spacious and spotless. All the facilities are well-equipped and versatile, and the staff are incredibly welcoming. It's an excellent choice for a hotel in Cebu at this price point. While the private beach sand isn't the softest and the location is a bit remote with limited restaurants within walking distance, the hotel itself offers a wide variety of dining options.

NUSTAR Hotel is a must-stay in Cebu! It's a very stylish place. The hotel perfectly blends elegance with a modern vibe, ideal for those who value comfort. Here, you feel both at the heart of the action and in seclusion. The rooms are spacious and meticulously designed; I particularly loved the bathtub. And for food lovers, it's a true paradise—Mott 32 is beyond all praise. Definitely a top choice for Cebu!

The entire resort consists of 1-2 story buildings, giving it a real vacation vibe away from the bustling city. The staff were incredibly friendly throughout our stay. You do have to be patient with the slower service, like dishes being served, which is common in the Philippines, but then again, we were there to enjoy a 'slow-paced life.' If you want your room cleaned quickly, you'll need to call the front desk specifically, otherwise, it typically won't be done until after 3 PM.
My stay at Bai Hotel Cebu was nothing short of exceptional. It offers a perfect blend of modern luxury, outstanding service, and great value. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, it has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Twilight Roofdeck Lounge + Bar - This was my favorite spot. The rooftop pool and bar offer stunning views of the Cebu City skyline. I spent a late afternoon here, and the vibe, music, and atmosphere were perfect for unwinding. It’s also near to the famous Rico Lechon Restaurant
I would highly recommend Bai Hotel Cebu to anyone visiting the area and will definitely be choosing it again on my next trip to Cebu.

The hotel staff is lovely and assist you all the time! The pool and the pool area are wonderful, modern with spectacular view. Although the noises of the air condition - a little bit annoying even in lower FAN speed - the room is very confortable and clean. I would come back!

There is a range of facilities that you can enjoy. Some are free some are paid. There are activities scheduled everyday. Everywhere in the resort there is an activity that you can enjoy. The resort is clean and quiet(You can really relax). Staffs are polite and well trained. Food is just average. Very good spa services. Highly recommend this place. Overall this is a good value place for money. For a resort, prices are very reasonable.

GGuest UserThe location near Alona Beach is very convenient. The breakfast isn't amazing, but after diving, you know, you work up quite an appetite, so the Korean-leaning breakfast with limited options was perfectly fine! The hotel facilities are a bit older compared to newly opened hotels in my home country, and the soundproofing is a minor issue. However, our whole family was quite satisfied, and the front desk thoughtfully moved us to a better-located room. Thumbs up!

JJpg ZanoriaOur stay at Dusit Thani was overall pleasant. The rooms were comfortable, the property was well-maintained, and the general ambiance met our expectations for a relaxing stay.
However, the check-in experience was quite challenging. I was not physically present during check-in as my family arrived ahead of me. Despite sending an email and making a call to authorize them, the front desk did not allow my family to check in on my behalf. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and delay.
While I understand the importance of security, the process felt overly rigid and left me uncomfortable with the lack of flexibility and trust extended to guests, especially for pre-booked and confirmed reservations with clear communication.
For guests booking multiple rooms or arriving separately, I strongly recommend registering the actual guests who will be staying in each room in advance to avoid similar issues.
Overall, the stay itself was enjoyable, but I hope the hotel can improve its check-in procedures to be more guest-friendly while still maintaining security.
GGuest UserWe first stayed in junior room on the first floor. There was work going on. Moved to the villa which was a completely different experience.
The junior suite was large but unfortunately without a balcony. On arrival we had fruit and free non-alcoholic drinks in the fridge. In the evening we were provided with cookies. The room was on the 1st floor. They supplied shower gel and conditioner but no soap.
There was work going on next door to the room. We discussed our noise concerns Analou who arranged for us to move to a Villa. Analou also helped with the tour bookings. She was professional and friendly.
The villa was amazing with a plunge pool and all the extras in the bathroom.
The pool was kept clean and in the afternoon provided with a shot of juice and an ice lolly.
Service throughout the hotel was excellent. The rooms were clean and spacious. Thanks to the housekeeping team- Jamie’s, Rommel and Claude.
In the restaurant and bar area I want to thank Vincent, Daniel and Girlie.
We ate at the Spanish restaurant which was good and by the pool.
The hotel arranged trips to see dolphins and turtles which we enjoyed. We also went on the country side tour. Although we did not go into the church as it closes on Tuesday’s.
The nice little extras were cookies in the toom. Cold towels, ice cream and fruit shots by pool.
DDans travelGreat hotel right on Alona beach, far enough away from the noise but close enough to walk to the restaurants and bars. Stayed in a beach view room, was large and clean with the best beach view of any hotel I’ve stayed in. The sky infinity pool felt like the pool joined to the ocean. Also one of the best rooftop pools of any hotel I’ve stayed in and with the attached pool bar a great place to enjoy a cocktail or beer in the pool while watching the sunset. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Only areas of note that could be improved, the bath towels were of lower quality than I would have expected in a hotel of this level and the coffee at breakfast was terrible, luckily the room had a Nespresso machine.
