I've stayed here for a while. The Studio room was good - clean and spacious. Toiletries and towels provided. The rooms are bright though and feel new; there are also quite spacious balcony. The air-conditioning was also very good. I liked the location as well, near the beach - the hotel is located just near U Mall of Sihanoukville. There's a nicely equipped kitchen, with an induction stove, kettle and fridge, cutlery and coockery. Also, if one's looking for a place to stay longer, it might not be the right place. I was looking for tranquility, that was perfect. Card payments available with a cash machine just around the corner.

The room is very big, each room has two large double beds, very suitable for family travel. The service is also very good, the beach of the resort is also very good, very suitable for chilling. The restaurant and bar are also very good. The only small drawback is that the last short section of the road to the hotel is not easy to walk, it will be perfect after repairing it! The overall experience is still very good!

34 USD/night booking via Trip.com. Good price for a hotel in center of city.
Pros:
+ Good location, center of city, near many restaurants, malls. 10mins by tuktuk to the beach.
+ Can check in early and check out late.
+ Room is big and has balcony.
+ Ground floor has a minimart sell drinks, snacks, fruits.
+ Can request anything via their Telegram like: clean the room, provide towels…
Cons:
+ Receptionist doesn’t speak English. Only Khmer and Chinese.
+ Room smell cigarettes since they allow to smoke inside the room.
+ Room for 2 person but only one access card. Request for one more has to deposit 10USD
+ Standard King room has a toilet and bath area to close. Standard Twin room has separate area for toilet and bath area.
+ Mini refrigerator not working. (I stayed 2 times and both times not working)
the room is very nice, the furniture is all new, the room is clean, the location is at the foot of the mountain facing the sea, beautiful views with a large swimming pool, the location is still quiet but near the hotel there are minimarkets, restaurants and cafes ❤️
I can't call this place cozy, just like the city of Sihanoukville itself. Perhaps the hotel (or rather apartments, due to the complete lack of service) is quite consistent with the ghost town itself.
Having looked at the pictures on the site, I imagined that I would check into a spacious room, but it turned out to be a small box of 4x4 meters, with a separate bathroom. However, I can't say that this was not enough for a single traveler. Having received the keys, you find yourself at your own disposal, no one else is interested in your life, there are no breakfasts, you can drop the keys off when leaving. During the entire time, I did not see a single other resident, apparently our paths somehow diverged.
You need to take a tuku-tuk to the beaches, there is practically no other way, however, if you want to visit the beach at the top of the city (Wat Leu Pagoda), then the location is only a plus - but look around, and beware of stray dogs. The nearest 7-Eleven is about 15 minutes' walk away, and the city's main market is also there. There is a supermarket nearby where you can buy souvenirs. However, if your goal is a beach holiday, then forget about this place. Fortunately, my goal was to take pictures of this unfortunate city and quickly leave for Bangkok.
The mattresses are cheap - synthetic and soft, it is uncomfortable to sleep on them, definitely the worst sleeping place during my entire stay in Cambodia.
On the plus side - a normal shower with a running water heater, and the coolest wi-fi in the country. There is also a laundry room on the top floor (supposedly free, I haven't checked), and an excellent observation deck over the city and the surrounding slums.
I can't definitely recommend this place. It is gloomy, uncomfortable and cramped. If you want to finish off your impressions of the semi-slum city of Sihanoukville with new impressions, then settle here. Especially if the cost of living is decisive for you. But sometimes it’s better to overpay and settle somewhere closer to the sea.

Smell. Smell of smoke everywhere, even in non-smoking room. Hotel needs renewal. Staff is friendly. When I asked to change the room, due to the smell, they found another room for me.
Friendly staff providing good services.
Fast check-in service.
Big space room 😍
Good location too. However, renovation is needed since the building and pool are a little bit old.
Everything is good there i recommend!! The price is so low but trust me its really worth more than it. But note that u need to deposit 100$ while checkin and when u checkout they’ll give you back.

YYulia/It was a pleasure to stay in this resort. Highly recommend. Felt myself like at home. The stuff is very friendly and nice. The breakfast was simple but delicious. The room is clean and spacious. The resort has its own beach. But we prefered to go to another one. It took 5-7 min to get there. And in the evening we were coming back also by ourselves since the boat can pick you up at the pier only at 6 pm. Overall it was a great staying. Would love to come back again.
WWinston1979Received a very warm welcome! Helpful Staff! Helped me book my scuba diving and my ferry ticket. The room was good and cooled! I only miss a phone and because I was sick I had to go to the restaurant myself to order my food (no room service). Menu card was not set up for vegans. Also the breakfast not. I could literally only eat fruit and potatoes for breakfast.
In the end I had a nice meal after negotiating with the Staff!
I would have liked the room with sea view, which had two glass walls.
Furthermore, wonderful stay on the beach! As a solo traveler who was really there for my peace, this was a great location on Koh Rong!
GGuest UserThe bungalows are very bare bones. There are gaps in the floorboards and wood panels of the walls. The bathroom has a small ”window” in the wall with no way to cover it for privacy. The windows in the bungalow do not lock and there is no storage locker that you can lock your valuables in so there is no security.
There are many roosters nearby that will be loud even at night and early in the morning.
The price is too high compared to the rooms with AC and no holes in the walls/floor. It should be at least the same price as the cost of a can of bug spray since they do not offer any!
Location is good and WiFi is good.

GGeorge MuletOur stay was great, the staff was very accommodating. Because the hotel is located in a small remote island, the infrastructure was understandably a bit lacking, such as temporary power outages that would last a minute and loss of water pressure. But again, the staff were quick to mend any situation. The front desk had WhatsApp and that made it easy to communicate with the hotel. They also helped organize ferry and buses for transportation to other cities.
GGuest UserWe reserved a twin room, which, while clean and boasting a large window with a pleasant view, was somewhat narrow. We then requested a double room, but an upgrade fee was required. The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning functioned effectively, and we enjoyed a peaceful night's sleep. However, the bathroom suffered from an unpleasant sewage odor, necessitating the door be kept closed. Breakfast was exceptional, featuring a made-to-order menu ranging from eggs to noodles, accompanied by fresh fruit salad and hot dishes. The quality was superior to other experiences, with excellent service and no evidence of pests. The sunset view and pool were also enjoyable, although the latter was rather cool. In summary, this is a pleasant hotel, and a complimentary upgrade during periods of low occupancy would have been a welcome gesture.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very comfortable and well equipped, but what really makes the difference is the pool. The staff is professional, warm and careful, and thank you very much for this innocent welcome that makes the stay even more pleasant.
I recommend without hesitation !
