3-Star Hotels in Valencia Community, Spain

Hotel location is good as it’s right next to a shopping mall with shops, supermarkets and dining places. The mall has few kids indoor and outdoor playgrounds where you can drop the kid (~8 euro for an hour). Hotel is newly renovated so it’s modern and clean. Breakfast was good and kids are free too. My family have a great time.

The transportation is convenient, many buses can reach it directly, there are supermarkets nearby, the room has a kitchen, you can make your own breakfast, the space is large, and my children and I live very comfortably. On the downside, construction is going on next to it, which may wake you up on weekday mornings.

I found this accommodation to follow the MotoGP of Valencia. The area is trafficked but all overall near the historic center (about 9min from Ciudad Vella) and the motorway snode (20min from the Circuit and 15min from the airport). only negative note is that I thought there was a physical reception 24h/24H and the reception is only day, from 10 to 19. Arrivals around 21.00 and finding the closed reception we tried to call the number of the assistance and, gently and patiently, helped us enter with remote access codes (The door and the apartment have electronic locks). For the car there is more than one parking under the house and several in the area. Rooms with full corner cooking of households and welcome kits! I also appreciated the water left in the refrigerator (Often, even hotels 4* do not)

Check-in can be done whenever you want, it is very nice and provides a lot of space

First of all, It’s worth to note friendliness and responsiveness of personnel at reception desk. Thank you, guys - you’re great! We also liked design of the room. It’s spacious enough and tastefully designed- nothing superfluous. The location is also very convenient for staying several days in the city - you can easily get to the main attractions as well to the beach (walking distance). Something to improve: - cleaning was not very good. Sand was on the floor and unavoidably on the bed. - some devices needed to dry towels and personal items. Humidity is high and you have no place where to put your clothes and towels to dry

Everything was nice,comfy and well designed,however the only concern I have about internet, which you should insert password and name every day ,or every time when you return to hotel

Just a very lovely hotel. Reasonable sized rooms. Traditional Spanish black out windows. Good location with excellent transport links to the centre and the beach. Staff very lovely.

The hotel is large and clean. The view from the window is average. But it is very close to the port and a good beach. The metro and stop are also a 3-minute walk away. There was not enough kettle in the kitchen. And a kitchen towel with sponges for washing dishes. There is also a closet, but no hangers. The apartments are small, but everything is there. The pool was closed at the beginning of April. Downstairs there are lounges with coffee machines and board games. There is a gym

The apartments are very nice but only when we arrived we notice the smell of cigarette, but good was everything very clean and ordered. We had the bad luck of having the broken sofa in our apartment but there were overtowels, soaps, cotton, a stick, a ladder and a board and there was even a small stick. As for the kitchen, it would be good if they put it a little more, for example, by putting more bayettes instead of just one and of non-drying fabric, a shoe and a picker instead of a small shoe and a shoe, more waste bags, a cutting table, Some batter, even small, a larger vitro or sticks and sleeves that match the size because they were hardly fit and was very uncomfortable.
