This was my first time stay in Grand Elty Krakatoa Lampung. Great Hotel with a great service and suitable for couples or family. The room was good and clean, the breakfast was nice, also all the staff was very generous. And most especially thanks to Mr Husein who help me and my family a lot during our stay and make our stay more enjoyable and beyond expectations. ผมจองจาก 1 สําหรับการพักผ่อนกับครอบครัวและคนชรา, melihat ada kolam dan foto2 yang dipasang bagus tentu tertarik dengan harga yang tidal terlalu mahal. Namun ketika sampai kami semua terkaget2 dengan kenyataan yang ada, ห้อง sama sekali beda dengan di foto. อ่างล้างหน้า sudah rusak, lantai2 ห้องอาบน้ําสกปรกและแม้แต่ห้องน้ําเมื่อ mellush ออกมามีน้ําสีดํา. ขาดตู้เย็นและ remote tv ก็ไม่ menjadi masalah asal kamar สะอาด. Ini seperti sudah lama tidak renovasi dan bau apek. ดิฉัน informasikan agar jangan ada yang kecewa lagi karena lihat foto2nya bagus sekali. โรงแรม boleh direfund untuk hari2 berikutnya, saya harap 1 dapat membantu refund sesuai prosedur pengajuan yang sudah dijalankan. กรุณาเปลี่ยนรูปถ่าย2 และถ้าเป็นไปได้ โรงแรมที่ได้รับการปรับปรุงใหม่

The staff was very kind and professional, they help you during the check-in or check-out process with super friendly attitude. They even remind you about the time several hours before the check-out time through the phone inside the room. The breakfast was okay but can be improved because some food doesn't really matched up with the main dish. There was a fried rice that looks similarly to Nasi Liwet but tasted quite different to fried rice. Room cleanliness was okay but the toilet are lacking a few things such as a place for putting soap and shampoo beside the shower and the toilet door looks like it needs a better cleaning or a new repaint. Overall the service and room were good and recommended especially if the price were still cheaper than the others.

Thank you for set up honeymoon in the room, the staff was friendly, good air conditioner, water heater but tv was bad. they dont provided iron for free so we hve to pay for the pressing. And the breakfast's menu was just so so. no milk for breakfast. fast check in and check out.

Sangat disarankan bagi yg ingin menginap dan singgah lanjut penerbangan. Ada akomodasi antar ke bandara gratis. Restorannya enak. Sy sudah bbrp kali menginap disini. Ketika penerbangan pagi minta sarapannya di fakeaway dan disiapkan paginya dg kotak menu nasi goreng mie capcay dan ayam kecap. Sangat puasss dsni sebelah indomaret maju dikit alfamaret. Depan pombensin. Pelayanan ramah dan puas hanya saja hari itu kebersihan lantai kamarmandi tolong diperhatikan pada saat basah padahal blom kena air sabun lantai sangat licin dan saya hampir jatuh dikamarmandi. Selebihnya oke.

Actually, this is a hotel that could be an option if you have a minimal budget and are traveling to Bandar Lampung. There is a swimming pool that is adapted for children and adults, the room is not too big but clean and most importantly the breakfast has lots of choices and the taste really suits the taste buds. Not inferior to 4 star hotels in terms of taste hehehe, this is the first time I've found a hotel that's not expensive but the breakfast has lots of choices and is delicious. I want to add more but I'm afraid of getting fat.
