It's good, but the room telephone needs to be fixed so that if we need something, we don't have to go back and forth from the room to the receptionist.

Overall, I am satisfied with my stay at this hotel. We booked the Executive Suite, and it was perfect for two adults and one 11-year-old child. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. The breakfast offered a good variety of dishes, and everything tasted delicious. The lontong sayur was especially outstanding—it was one of the highlights of our stay. There are a few areas that could be improved. The water in the bathroom drained quite slowly, so the bathroom floor may need some repair or adjustment to allow the water to flow properly into the drain. The parking area is limited, and assistance from the parking staff is needed to park vehicles. There was no hair dryer or iron provided in the room, although these may be available upon request. Lastly, I think the friendliness and hospitality of the reception staff could be improved to provide a warmer welcome for guests.

A perfect stay in a perfect location. Everything meets our satisfaction. Smooth check in check out, a spacious room with good aircon, kettle, fridge and spotless working bathroom. A big shout to all the staff from housekeeping, breakfast restaurant, reception, porter and secure staff. A special mention to the chefs who make delicious and plentiful breakfast we absolutely enjoy every morning. The best nasi kebuli I've ever had, so delish, so moreish, so perfect. The only thing is only 1 same sweet sambal everyday which would be better if homemade and varied. I would like to stay in the hotel group if they have them in different cities because I found Lampung is too small, and infrastructure to further beautiful areas such as The Sharks Teeth Beach are very bad, unfortunately I won't go back to this amazing hotel.

Absolutely loved this place! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The room was spotless, stylish, and the bed felt like sleeping on a cloud. The location is perfect, within walking distance to main attractions. I cannot recommend this hotel enough!

Seriously, this hotel is so noisy it's impossible to get a good night's sleep. The walls between rooms are just drywall with no soundproofing, so you can hear everything going on next door... and they were, uh, *banging* on the bed. 🥴 Not recommended if you're looking for a relaxing vacation.

The place is quite clean but there is no tissue in the room space, spacious swimming pool, spacious parking next to Padang restaurant and bakmie there is a big mosque next to the hotel, breakfast is less varied, the rice porridge is eeeenaaaaak bangeeet

What particularly disappointed me was the service. This was the second time at an Aston hotel that I was given a dinner menu where many of the advertised options were unavailable. It felt impersonal. The communication between the reception and breakfast administration also seemed less than optimal. Otherwise, everything else was fine, but no more Aston for me.

The hotel is quite new, and not fully finished yet. There's no elevator, so I had to carry my luggage up the stairs. The staff were friendly, and the check-in process was quick. There's a cash deposit required, which is refunded at check-out. There's a water dispenser near the room. The room itself is quite spacious and has a screen for watching TV. The bed is large and comfortable. However, the room's floor was a bit dusty. The location is great, close to a mall, and there are restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Parking is free; you just need to get your parking ticket stamped by the receptionist.
