The hotel's location is excellent, and the decor is very tasteful. Rooms are accessed via keypad locks, which is quite convenient. We stayed on the top floor, which had an attic-like feel. However, the sound insulation was very poor. The wall behind the head of our bed bordered another room's bathroom, and we could clearly hear loud noises from the shower, sink, and toilet flushing. As a result, I hardly got any sleep all night. I'm not typically sensitive to noise, but these plumbing sounds were genuinely too loud. The bathroom also seemed to lack proper ventilation, and its cleanliness could have been improved.
100 Banbury is one of the better places to stay in Oxford; whether you’re there for work or leisure. It’s approx 300 feet from two bus stations, but if you’re up for it, a 20 minute walk from central Oxford.
Our check-in, luggage storage, and the check-out processed were seamless. The only reason I’d give this 4/5 for amenities is the lack of ironing facility in-room. Would be great if it had a Muslim shower too, but that’s the case with (almost) every place you’re going to stay at in England.
We loved staying at the Mad hatter. The location is only 10-15 mins from the city centre, staff was ever so helpful, and the room is very atmospheric, it felt incredibly lush without being over the top and tacky. The room was very clean and felt brand new. Only downside is the karaoke bar downstairs, but they kindly provide earplugs and anyway it stops early. We would definitely book it again.
Exceeded expectations. The front desk was very nice and welcoming. The room is large and quite clean, just need to borrow a hair dryer. It is very convenient to go to restaurants and supermarkets around. It is far beyond expectations.
The location is excellent, close to the colleges, high streets, and main attractions, very convenient. The old house facilities of the school are average, there is no elevator, this room is in Basement, there is a patio, lighting and ventilation. Breakfast is in the student canteen, there are few types, you can experience the atmosphere of Dining hall. on campus, quiet in the noisy, and enjoy sitting on the lawn in the morning and evening for a while.

Opened in 2024, the Travelodge Burford Cotswolds Hotel is a great accommodation choice in Burford. The hotel is conveniently located just 9km from Shipton and 30km from Oxford Airport. This hotel is located near many of Burford's attractions including Church of St John the Baptist, Burford, The Stone Gallery and Burford Methodist Church. In their spare time, guests can explore the hotel's surroundings.
No coordination between Trips and the hotel on check in procedure. Hotel failed to notify guest on need to have check in code and the staff on call during the day couldn’t even differentiate between a hyphen and a dash and kept giving the wrong code. Very frustrating. Also the doors are too loud and noisy when they close can almost feel the shakes in my room 1.

GGuest UserThe staff there were very enthusiastic and friendly, and the room was clean and tidy. The house's location is perfect, close to the train station, and very convenient. The power sockets in the room are a bit few, it is inconvenient to can not charge at the bedside.

BButingxidelvxingThe hotel is located in Summertown, a relatively wealthy area in Oxford. The town is beautiful and you can walk to Oxford in 30 minutes. There is a bus to Oxford Station at the hotel entrance. The hotel facilities and sanitation services can only be said to be average, because it is cheap
GGuest UserTransportation is completed. You can walk to Oxford Center. It takes about 20 minutes to walk. It is very convenient along the way. The happiest thing is that there are three or four Chinese restaurants next to it to eat delicious food. There is also a shopping supermarket Taco. It is very convenient for the house to be old but newly renovated.
SScarlettWe had a comfortable stay. The staff were nice and friendly. The location was good, right next to the Oxford Station. The breakfast was lovely.
