Staying on top of Huangshan is a magical experience, and our stay at this hotel made it even better. The location is incredible for exploring the peaks, but the absolute highlight of our visit was the exceptional service from one of the staff members, 小敏. She truly went above and beyond to make our trip memorable. She gave us perfect, detailed advice on the best spots to watch the famous Huangshan sunset and sunrise, which made all the difference. We got the most amazing photos thanks to her! What touched us most was her genuine kindness and warmth. She even surprised us with a few small, thoughtful gifts during our stay! It felt less like we were at a hotel and more like we were visiting a friend. We are so grateful for her help. Thank you, 小敏, for making our adventure so special. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the mountain—the service is as stunning as the views!

Staff are super friendly and go out of their way to help you. The location is slightly difficult to find (you’ll need to walk through a random building hallway in order to find the hotel entrance). If you message the hotel in advance they will come out and help lead the way. Convenient location for restaurants and beautifully designed garden.

I have lived in this hotel a few years ago. It feels good. I feel that the best thing is that the hotel environment is very beautiful. The hotel is located in Lushan. The greenery is very good. The trees are shaded. There are large green spaces and golf courses. It is a good place to walk the baby. You can also walk up to Lushan from the ancient road behind the hotel, but the surrounding restaurants are far away. The hotel's free breakfast lunch and dinner buffet seems to be 50 people, and I have not eaten it. The health situation is not bad, the sheets, quilts, towels, bath towels are relatively clean, that is, the door is a little mild musty, can make some air freshener add-on will make people feel much better, the service is OK, the fruit snack is a highlight, and the departure of the store to send Juju is very good. The general breakfast is relatively simple, the restaurant has a buffet in the middle and evening, and there is a meal. The service staff in the ordering room is very good. The dining environment is also very good. The price is slightly more expensive than the outside, and it is acceptable. As a 4-diamond hotel, it is still worthy of the name, and it is a good place for leisure and health.

The rooms were great, perfect for families. The host was incredibly warm and welcoming. Since we were staying at a mountain-top hotel the next day, they kindly let us store our luggage and even helped us arrange a taxi. Its location is fantastic, only a 5-minute walk to the Xiaoyaoxi Transfer Station. There are also convenient dining options nearby. However, a pro tip: if you prefer milder flavors, be sure to ask the restaurant owner to use less salt. The restaurant owner was exceptionally accommodating. When they served the wrong dish, they let us keep it for free and promptly prepared the correct one. And when we mentioned the replacement dish was a bit too salty, they even treated our two children to complimentary Sprites! Overall, our experience was that everyone we encountered in Huangshan was wonderfully kind.

I like the room very much, it's a twin room with a lot of space. Because I couldn't confirm the exact arrival time at Huangshan North, I contacted the manager Huahua just before I got on the bus, and he immediately arranged a driver to pick me up at the station. The driver in the fleet was also very nice, he dropped me off near the hotel for free, and helped me contact the uncle in black clothes in the store, who kept helping to carry the suitcases. I walked slowly with my mother. When leaving the next day, Huahua helped carry the suitcase again, feeling very embarrassed. We took another driver's car in the fleet to the hotel in Tangkou Town. The scenery along the way was really beautiful. A stay experience beyond imagination.

The room was clean and bright, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the noise-free nights were quiet, allowing for a wonderful night's sleep. Junjun's service was friendly and efficient, and the check-in was quick. He also offered tips for visiting the scenic spots. Every attention to detail was meticulous, with separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom, and no odor. It's an excellent value, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in this city!

I have traveled so many times and stayed in many hotels. Suning Yayue in Zhangzhou left a deep impression on me. 1. The hotel room is large and the sofa is very comfortable, just like the hotel picture. 2. There is no bedside table in the middle of the twin room. The two beds can be very convenient to be together. Our family can sleep in a bed, and the children are very satisfied. 3. The service is very good. I arrived at the store around 6 pm on the 21st. The front desk lady quickly opened the room. Some requirements were also very refreshing and satisfied. I liked her. 4. The room has no smell, clean and hygienic, and there are many books. Our family Dabao quickly found the book she liked and read it. It was very good.
