I stayed here during a layover to decompress from my upcoming travels, recharge, and get some good rest. Let me share my experience with this hotel, which was my second stay.
1. The hotel's exterior looks quite old, but the interior is very nice. The lobby, in particular, is comfortable, clean, and aesthetically pleasing.
2. Check-in is self-service via a machine, which is very convenient! You just need to enter the last five digits of your booking number to check in. The room key card is dispensed directly by the machine. I should mention that before you get the key card, you'll need to pay RM5, which they call a cleaning fee. Honestly, I find it a bit baffling, and I'll elaborate on that later.
3. There aren't many dining options nearby, so you'll need to order food via Foodpanda or GrabFood. Delivery drivers aren't allowed upstairs; they'll leave your order on a table downstairs, and you just go pick it up.
4. The airport isn't far. A Grab ride costs around RM30, which has been consistent both times I've taken it, so the price shouldn't fluctuate much.
5. Remember to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste, as these are not provided here.
6. Bottled water isn't provided in the room, but instant coffee is. There's a Coway water dispenser on each floor in the central hallway, offering both hot and cold water. You can use the kettle from your room to refill, which is quite convenient.
7. There's a smoking area on every floor, located next to the laundry room. If you need to smoke, do it there, as smoking in the room or triggering the alarm will incur a hefty fine.
8. The self-service laundry room is very convenient, but you'll need to buy your own laundry detergent or have it delivered via Grab, as it's not provided here.
P.S. (Circling back to that cleaning fee) I paid it every day for my daily bookings, but no one ever cleaned my room! Even when I put the 'Do Not Disturb' sign on, no one came. I even called the front desk to arrange for cleaning, and they told me to take out the trash myself! I was dumbfounded! I stayed for a week straight, paying RM5 every day. I just let it go, but I really suggest they revise their policy, as foreigners might find it quite off-putting.
Really enjoyed my 2-night stay here. The hotel was very clean, cozy, and comfortable, which made it easy to relax and sleep well. The staff were also incredibly friendly. I forgot to bring my phone charger, and they kindly lent me one during my stay. which saved me a lot of trouble!!
Such thoughtful service made my experience even better! Definitely will visit again when I back to KL👍👍👍
I had a great stay at Paxtonz Premium Suites! The unit was very clean and well-maintained, making for a very comfortable experience.
The location is extremely convenient, having a Village Grocer in the building just opposite is a huge plus for grabbing essentials or a quick meal.
One thing to note is that the cellphone reception can be a bit weak inside the unit. However, the provided Wi-Fi was stable and fast, which easily bridged the gap for calls and data. Aside from that, I had no issues at all. The water pressure in the shower was also quite good, which is always a big plus for me!
Overall, a smooth and pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend it!
Everything was okay. The room was clean, the air conditioning was cold, and there were many amenities nearby (restaurants, bus station, car repair shops, Speedmart) and more. The prayer space was a bit small, but it was just fine, not a big problem at all. So yes, very recommended!

What I liked the most was the staff. They were extremely friendly, respectful, and always ready to help with anything I needed. They made me feel very comfortable and truly welcomed
I also want to give a special shoutout to Shoaib from the staff. He was very helpful, polite, and assisted us with several things with a big smile
Overall, it was a great experience and I highly recommend this hotel. I would definitely stay here again.
Pretty hotel, looks nice and clean. Excellent stay, the room and bathroom is big enough. But the only issue is the floor trap in the bathroom is blocked. When bathing the bathroom will flood abit at the floor trap area. Though it does not affect much, but if it is fixed, it will be perfect.
Easily the best hotel in K. Selangor. Very good facilities, convenient car parking space.
The room was great. Very clean and up to date. Had an excellent view of the river. Such a calming view to wake up early to watch the sunrise over the river.
Service staffs were excellent. Super friendly and cordial. Very Helpful when I needed recommendations on places to visit. Check-in/Check-out process was a breeze. would highly recommend the hotel just for the balcony view.

This hotel is located around 15-20 mins drive to KLIA. Another option while having long transit for next flight. There is a lot of shops nearby but we did not try it since we just stay for a night and back to airport next morning.
Check in having some problem with the machine luckily there is a guy helping me. Many eateries shop nearby. No problem with parking at the moment. Hotel is still under reno. There is a 99 speedmart beside.
Great Location, Needs a Makeover
5 stars for the lake view, but 2 stars for the room. The hotel is very dated—we're talking 90s era tiles and old TVs (with non functional remote). It’s a beautiful spot, but it’s high time for a renovation to bring it into the 21st century. If they updated the interiors, this would easily be one of the best stays in KL.

MMEGAT AMINUDDINI recently stayed at the Deluxe Mutiara Ville in Cyberjaya and booked the Standard Double Room. It was a very pleasant and comfortable experience.
The room was clean, well-maintained, and just the right size for a solo traveler. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. I also appreciated the little touches like fresh towels, basic toiletries, and strong Wi-Fi, which made the stay more convenient.
The location is strategic, close to shops, restaurants, and only a short drive from the heart of Cyberjaya. The building itself felt secure with good security measures in place. Self check-in was provided, but the instructions could have been clearer. The process felt a bit hasty and lacked proper guidance — especially for first-time guests unfamiliar with the building or its layout.
One highlight was the building’s facilities – especially the swimming pool. which were clean and not too crowded. Great for a quick relaxation session.
In summary, this place is a good budget-friendly option with a great location, but keep in mind the shared bathroom setup and limited parking. I’d recommend it for short stays or solo travelers who don’t mind a few compromises.
SStarferryStrategic location at Putrajaya. Right at the shopping mall and very convenient to find food. Room is spacious. However, the breakfast is packed breakfast that I think shouldn't not be offered at all. Anyone booking this hotel, need not book the room with breakfast. Full with disappointments only.
JJaxxZzzShares the lobby with Sunway Pyramid Hotel, but check-in is on the basement level. You have to carry your luggage down one floor, and the elevators are also a step down, with only two accessible from the basement.
The facilities are old; the duvet had faint, unremovable stains, and the toiletries were on par with a budget motel in China, and an old one at that.
On the bright side, the location is pretty decent, making it convenient for dining.
GGuest UserNice location, especially convenient if you’re attending a wedding dinner on the same building. The hotel room is clean and in good condition, though the TV wasn’t functioning during my stay. The only major downside is the lift service — it’s confusing and makes it quite easy to get lost. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
GGuest UserThe host was very resourceful. Everything was clearly explained which made the whole experience from arrival to departure smooth and completely hassle-free.
EEvilyn PowThe place was not clean when we checked in especially the bed, it is still can see got hair and dandruff.
Sink got used teabag, I hope the host can improve the cleaning service as this affected the stay.
AAu HBI stayed at Urban Inn Cyberjaya and overall it was a good experience for the price. The location is convenient, close to restaurants, convenience stores, and main roads, making it easy to travel around Cyberjaya and nearby Putrajaya.
The room was clean, simple, and comfortable, suitable for a short stay. Check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly and helpful. The air-conditioning worked well and the bed was comfortable enough for a good night’s rest.
GGuest UserI expected a modest room but instead encountered a series of household issues.
When I chose this hotel, I understood from the price (just over 1300 rubles) that the room would be 'weak' in terms of comfort. However, a budget price shouldn't excuse the lack of basic comfort and safety.
Here's what made the stay unpleasant:
Room Climate: The air conditioning couldn't cope with its task, and the room felt damp. Meanwhile, the fan on the opposite wall above the bed was so noisy that it disrupted sleep.
Ergonomics and Amenities:
There's not even a chair or a proper wall-mounted hanger in the room. There's nowhere to put your belongings. The interior is poorly lit and oppressive. The door is misaligned, and the door closer is so strong that you have to literally tumble out into the corridor with your bags, holding it open with your back.
Safety:
The exit from the bathroom area is extremely poorly designed. The floor is constantly wet and very slippery—it's simply a hazard.
Hidden Fees:
Upon checking in via the terminal in the lobby, I had to pay an additional 5 ringgits. It's a small amount, but it was an unpleasant surprise on top of an already paid booking.
Conclusion:
Staying in such conditions, even for one night, is unpleasant. While basic needs are met—there's a way to freshen up, a somewhat acceptable bed with stain-free linen, and polite service—I wouldn't want to return.
GGuest UserI recently stayed at Da Men Subang Jaya USJ by Iconique and had a very positive and comfortable experience. It's a great choice for both leisure and business travelers looking for a convenient base in the Subang Jaya area.
The location is a major plus. It's situated within the Da Men Mall complex, which is incredibly convenient. You have direct access to a variety of restaurants, cafes, a supermarket, and shops without even stepping outside. It's also very well-connected – just a short drive from the USJ Taipan food haven and a quick 5-10 minute Grab ride to the LRT station for easy access into Kuala Lumpur city center. The only minor point is that it can get a bit busy around the mall area, but the convenience far outweighs this.
The service was efficient and professional. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. All my interactions with the staff, both via messaging before arrival and at the front desk, were prompt and helpful. They were courteous and addressed my queries quickly.
The apartment was very clean upon arrival. The linens, towels, and bathroom were spotless. The living area and kitchenette were well-maintained and tidy. It felt fresh and comfortable, which is always a top priority for me.
The facilities are excellent for a serviced residence. The apartment was modern and well-equipped with a functional kitchenette, a comfortable working desk, and reliable high-speed WiFi. The building amenities, including the swimming pool and gym, are well-kept and add good value to the stay. Everything was in good working order.
I would happily recommend Da Men Subang Jaya USJ and would not hesitate to stay here again on my next trip. It offers fantastic value for money, combining comfort, convenience, and great service for a very pleasant stay.
