Stepping into this apartment, I was immediately struck by its exquisite design. The high ceiling and receptionist area in the seating waiting area created a sense of grandeur. Adjacent to the hotel was a convenient convenience store, while across the street, a variety of restaurants offered diverse culinary options, catering to even the most discerning palates. Upon entering my room, I was greeted by its spacious and accommodating layout, perfect for business travelers or those planning to stay longer. The room was well-equipped with essential amenities, including a mini-fridge, stove, and utensils, making it a comfortable and functional space. The apartment felt like a cozy loft, and I hope the pictures I took capture its essence. I had an amazing time there, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. It’s an ideal choice for those seeking a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Another good stay overall! Super friendly service from check in to checkout. Breakfast has all the standard choices which is perfect for this price range. Only thing to feedback this time is the rooms really start looking run down, instant water heater fitting very loose, missing flush button and even the mini fridge temperature gauge handle is missing. Can't remember but this trip bathroom floor mat also not provided, disposable slippers and extra towel available upon request.

I thought it was really sweet of the staff to contact me when I did not arrive on intended date.  I needed a late check out cos i confirmed if I could return in time. They kindly allowed me to hold on to my key and do the check out later. In the end they didn’t charge me extra for the overstay. And the coffee shop opposite is fantastic! Super convenient, nice and clean eatery! Wouldn’t mind staying there again, but it’s actually not near to where I needed to travel to. But price is really very good when I booked it. 👍🏻

The place was homely and clean. The only setback is the poor programming of the elevator system. As i was staying on the 21st floor, most times i had to take the lift up to 25 to go back down to Ground floor because of the no of people who does the same from the lower floors. Especially during peak times. Some days there’s also s stench coming from the toilets. And too many Grab drivers complain about coming in and leaving the Empire City because of (maybe) the lack of signboards from the highways. Other than the above, my stay there was nice. The nearby Empire City Mall is certainly a plus point if only more stores are open.

To make things even better, it would be great if you could provide clothes hangers. Here in Malaysia, many women wear headscarves, and sometimes we bring outfits for events, so it's really inconvenient not to have a place to hang towels and clothes. Also, a more absorbent bath mat would be helpful. That's all. The water pressure in my room's tap for the toilet was also quite slow, maybe you could check why. Anyway, overall the experience was okay, I wasn't frustrated at all. In fact, for the price I paid for two nights, I'm quite satisfied.

The room and bathroom is clean and neat. We watch the sunset from the balcony. The location is centrepoint for market, restaurant and other shops. This is our 2nd time staying this same hotel. Staff are very friendly and respectful when they handle us.. overall nice hotel to stay in Kuala Selangor.

I arrived at the hotel around 3:40 PM for check-in and there was a queue ahead of me. When it was finally my turn, I was told to have a seat because no rooms were available yet. I asked how long the wait would be — whether it would be 1, 2, or 3 hours. The staff member replied that it would not be “hours”. I then asked approximately how many minutes, but she said she could not promise anything. When I asked why, she responded that if she gave me a time, I would come back later and ask her again. I suggested that she check with housekeeping for an estimated time for the next available room, but she refused and simply told me to sit and wait. I also asked whether, if I sat down and another guest checked in while a room became available, that guest would be given the room first. She completely ignored my question. It is disappointing and irresponsible that more than four hours after the official check-out time, rooms were still not ready, especially when the hotel knew it was fully booked for the day. While delays can happen, the lack of communication and unwillingness to provide even a rough estimate made the experience much worse. In addition, the air-conditioning unit in the room was extremely noisy. The noise was so loud that I could still hear it clearly even while wearing noise-cancelling AirPods, which significantly affected the comfort of my stay. Overall, the poor room readiness, lack of communication, and unacceptable noise level made this a disappointing experience.

Hotel very clean even under the bed no dust. Staff very helpful. There’s lift easier for us with big luggages. Location is great, walking distance to Summit shopping mall, Damen Shopping mall, Giant grocery store and sport centre just above it, big Mydin all very nearby. There’s a metro nearby can go to KLCC too.

Pros: The hotel's close proximity to the airport makes it perfect for an overnight layover. A Grab taxi from the airport cost 33 MYR and took 16 minutes. The hotel also offers a taxi service to the airport for just 30 MYR, which was even cheaper than what I paid. The ride to the airport at 5:30 AM only took 10 minutes. The hotel itself was clean and tidy, and there are plenty of dining options nearby that are much more affordable than those at the airport. Cons: Noise was a major issue. While the occasional plane flying overhead was tolerable, the constant loud noise from the elevator was not. It sounded like someone stomping around in hard plastic shoes on a tile floor, and it continued intermittently throughout the night, preventing me from getting a good night's sleep. I wonder if a room further away from the elevator would have been better.
