The room was very clean and came with an induction cooker and microwave. It's a shame there were no utensils, only cups. If you plan on cooking or bringing takeout back, remember to bring your own cutlery.
Review of a 3-day, 2-night stay...
The room was comfortable, and the bed was large. The air conditioning was nice and cold. The bathroom could use a bit of an upgrade, but it's an older hotel, so I can't really complain too much.
The swimming pool was spacious and comfortable. There was plenty of parking available. The breakfast buffet food was delicious and always topped up.
As a coffee lover, I have a request for the coffee machine at the buffet: please use medium roast coffee beans instead of dark roast. The coffee was too bitter and undrinkable.
The hotel itself is quiet and peaceful at night. The sea is right behind the hotel, but unfortunately, you can't swim there. The sunset view, however, is truly beautiful.
Here are my review:
1. Remote TV doesn’t work. The brand of the remote and TV are not even tally, upon complaining, receptionist said, the night shift staff will go to my room and help replacing the remote, but never show up until check-out
2. Remote aircond’s battery is loose. Needs to turn of my phone’s flash light everytime I need to use the remote, imagine keeps on waking in the middle of the night just to look at the remote screen because the remote keeps on being shut off
3. When I called receptionist to ask for wifi password, she said “go inside the elevator and take a picture of the password pasted on the wall” which I did not know, because I took stairs. When I checked-out, I realised the password was also pasted on the wall behind the receptionist. Which concludes how lazy the receptionist really was
The place was homely and clean. The only setback is the poor programming of the elevator system. As i was staying on the 21st floor, most times i had to take the lift up to 25 to go back down to Ground floor because of the no of people who does the same from the lower floors. Especially during peak times.
Some days there’s also s stench coming from the toilets. And too many Grab drivers complain about coming in and leaving the Empire City because of (maybe) the lack of signboards from the highways.
Other than the above, my stay there was nice. The nearby Empire City Mall is certainly a plus point if only more stores are open.
To make things even better, it would be great if you could provide clothes hangers. Here in Malaysia, many women wear headscarves, and sometimes we bring outfits for events, so it's really inconvenient not to have a place to hang towels and clothes. Also, a more absorbent bath mat would be helpful. That's all. The water pressure in my room's tap for the toilet was also quite slow, maybe you could check why. Anyway, overall the experience was okay, I wasn't frustrated at all. In fact, for the price I paid for two nights, I'm quite satisfied.
The room and bathroom is clean and neat. We watch the sunset from the balcony. The location is centrepoint for market, restaurant and other shops. This is our 2nd time staying this same hotel. Staff are very friendly and respectful when they handle us.. overall nice hotel to stay in Kuala Selangor.
I arrived at the hotel around 3:40 PM for check-in and there was a queue ahead of me. When it was finally my turn, I was told to have a seat because no rooms were available yet.
I asked how long the wait would be — whether it would be 1, 2, or 3 hours. The staff member replied that it would not be “hours”. I then asked approximately how many minutes, but she said she could not promise anything. When I asked why, she responded that if she gave me a time, I would come back later and ask her again.
I suggested that she check with housekeeping for an estimated time for the next available room, but she refused and simply told me to sit and wait. I also asked whether, if I sat down and another guest checked in while a room became available, that guest would be given the room first. She completely ignored my question.
It is disappointing and irresponsible that more than four hours after the official check-out time, rooms were still not ready, especially when the hotel knew it was fully booked for the day. While delays can happen, the lack of communication and unwillingness to provide even a rough estimate made the experience much worse.
In addition, the air-conditioning unit in the room was extremely noisy. The noise was so loud that I could still hear it clearly even while wearing noise-cancelling AirPods, which significantly affected the comfort of my stay.
Overall, the poor room readiness, lack of communication, and unacceptable noise level made this a disappointing experience.
Located in Cheras, Cozy Suites at Saville Cheras by HCK is a great base to explore the city from.
During your down time, go for a swim in the outdoor pool. The gym provides a place for guests to work out.
This property is home to a restaurant.
At this apartment, you'll have access to a garden and playground.
Good for its price. The bed was very clean. No shampoo provided, so bring your own. The towels were clean but had a strong bleach smell. Hot water not adjustable, you get whatever comes. The floor tiles were not level so a little bit of shape edge showing. Some parts they fixed that with duct tape. The a/c was not working on the second night due to heavy rain so it shut itself automatically to protect short circuiting, thats what the staff told me. Next morning they came and fixed it. The staff were helpful. There is a ramp in front of the hotel but there are a few steps up the stairs to get to the elevator. Overall, I was quite pleased. It was cheap and clean thats the main thing. There is a convenience store just a few steps away which closes at 10 pm. A halal steak house opposite the hotel was nice.

Pros: The hotel's close proximity to the airport makes it perfect for an overnight layover. A Grab taxi from the airport cost 33 MYR and took 16 minutes. The hotel also offers a taxi service to the airport for just 30 MYR, which was even cheaper than what I paid. The ride to the airport at 5:30 AM only took 10 minutes. The hotel itself was clean and tidy, and there are plenty of dining options nearby that are much more affordable than those at the airport.
Cons: Noise was a major issue. While the occasional plane flying overhead was tolerable, the constant loud noise from the elevator was not. It sounded like someone stomping around in hard plastic shoes on a tile floor, and it continued intermittently throughout the night, preventing me from getting a good night's sleep. I wonder if a room further away from the elevator would have been better.
Very Good

GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay at Mutiara Ville, Cyberjaya. The room was clean, spacious, and very well maintained, making it extremely comfortable throughout my stay. The highlight was definitely the awesome cityscape view — waking up to the skyline and enjoying the lights at night was truly refreshing and relaxing.
The amenities were excellent and thoughtfully provided. The building offers great facilities, including a well-equipped gym, swimming pool, and secure access, which added a lot of convenience and peace of mind. Everything was easily accessible and well managed.
Overall, Mutiara Ville is a great place to stay in Cyberjaya, especially if you enjoy a beautiful city view combined with modern amenities and a calm environment. I would highly recommend it for both short and long stays.
EEvilyn PowThe place was not clean when we checked in especially the bed, it is still can see got hair and dandruff.
Sink got used teabag, I hope the host can improve the cleaning service as this affected the stay.
AAnonymous UserI had a pleasant stay at FOX Lite Hotel DPulze Cyberjaya. The location is very convenient, with D'Pulze Shopping Centre just downstairs and many restaurants, convenience stores, and other facilities nearby.
The room was clean and comfortable, and both check-in and check-out processes were smooth. The hotel is also conveniently located for travel to Putrajaya and Kuala Lumpur, making it a good choice for business trips or handling official matters.
I stayed for one night while managing some personal documentation, and the hotel offered good value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would consider staying here again on future visits to Cyberjaya.
CCHEONG LING CHIThe room was really spacious, and it was so convenient for going out to the mall. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby with delicious food. I'd definitely choose this place again. I originally booked it for an event I was attending, and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise!
GGuest UserThis homestay was absolutely wonderful. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is convenient and peaceful, making it a perfect place to relax.
The host was very friendly, helpful, and responsive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly felt at home during our time here.
I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.
KKelviN TeWThis is a great hostel; the accommodation is clean and tidy and has everything you need. It's a very worthwhile hotel, and the breakfast provided is also plentiful. The cleaning staff came to tidy up every day, and the room was spotless!
GGuest UserIt was pretty good, and the hygiene was excellent. Great value for money, as the price wasn't too expensive and the service was good too. For a stay abroad, the overall value for money is really good.
MMaple YapOverall room was nice and cozy. Cleanliness was okay, there’s hair on the sofa seat. Location is abit remote, no restaurant within walking distance but it was fine for me bcz i booked this area to attend a marathon nearby and i spend my day resting and grab food to the hotel so it wasnt an issue to me. Also not too far from airport which is convenient for me. Amenities wise was basic, there’s filtered water outside the room, toothbrush n towel provided. Would be nice if shower cap provided.
NNIJThe location indeed very strategic, just beside it you have mamak restaurant. If you’re hungry in the middle of the night / no worries if you want to sahur since i stayed during recent Ramadan. However, you got what you paid for. The room is small. You can hear almost everything whats happening outside the room. I like when it have wall fan. Haha. Yes..i’m fully aware it’s a budget hotel. So this is my honest review 😌
AAnonymous User-
The stay was very comfortable overall, and everything was quite good.
However, there are two things that need improvement:
1. You mentioned on the listing that it can accommodate 6 people.
In reality, there are only 2 queen-size beds.
The other two “single beds” are just thin mattresses placed on the floor, which are quite uncomfortable.
2. The sofa and beds should be cleaned properly, as there seem to be a lot of dust mites.
My children slept on the beds, my wife slept on the floor mattress, and I slept sitting on the sofa.
We checked in quite late, took a shower, and went straight to sleep.
The next day, all of us were extremely itchy, like monkeys scratching non-stop.
The ones who sat on the sofa had itchiness on the back of the thighs, and those who slept on the beds had very itchy hands.
These two issues need improvement. Other than that, everything else was very good.
Thank you.
