An absolutely delightful B&B experience! The room was spotless and well-equipped. Its riverside location, nestled between the scenic area's entrance archway and the Twin Bridges, made it incredibly convenient for exploring, shopping, and sightseeing. Plus, it was wonderfully quiet at night. In the evenings, I sat by the river on a comfortable lounge chair provided by the landlady (she even thoughtfully included mosquito coils!). I enjoyed a smoke and sipped tea in the cool breeze. The landlady's attentiveness was remarkable; she repeatedly offered to bring a thermos of hot water. Watching the tourist boats pass by, observing the diverse expressions of the visitors, and listening to the melodic songs of the sculling boatmen, I simply zoned out – it was incredibly relaxing and blissful! Before I left, the owner even gifted me some small snacks. Having seen many other B&Bs and guesthouses while touring the ancient town, I can confidently say that after comparing them all, I'll definitely choose this one again for my next visit to Zhouzhuang Ancient Town.

This is definitely one of the best hotel i ever stay in china. The receptionists are all very friendly and approachable. Service is top notch. The room is true to photo. It's very comfy, air-con is powerful too. Heater for the shower is excellent too!! They provide unlimited bottled water if you need extra, aside from those provided in your room. They also provide some tourist informations of where to go in suzhou. The location is great too, have so many selections of eateries every where, and its walkable distance to metro too. Most impressive part....they provide free washing machine and dryer! You can just use it yourself if you need it. Laundry powder and liquid are also provided. This service i doubt any hotel will usually provide it for free. Definitely a plus point They also give us some small snacks for free when we went out during the day. My booking exclude breakfast. Its like a suzhou delicacy riceballs. Its delicious On the day we checkout, the boss even give us 2 boxes of suzhou souvenirs snacks to bring home. I only hope this hotel will continue to keep it up. Will come back to this hotel, if i intend to come back to suzhou again. I will definitely recommend it to my friends if they intend to come visit suzhou. Thank you all again!!

First step into the hotel, we are invited by the fresh baking smell and cosy interior. Staff are all very well trained regardless, morning, afternoon and night time all their employees are very welcoming and nice to help you at all times. Not a single frustration seen upon our endless request totally a five star to their service. 服务真的真的一流😆😆地理位置无可挑剔！酒店仿佛在景区的中心，去观前街、平江路和双塔市集都是步行可达的距离，节省了大量时间和交通成本。

This guesthouse boasts an excellent location, being very close to the scenic spots and offering convenient dining options. The owner was incredibly helpful, proactively reaching out via WeChat to confirm our arrival time and even providing us with local travel tips. The guesthouse's decor is charming and unique, and we were even welcomed with a complimentary fruit platter upon check-in. The environment was spotlessly clean, and the service was truly outstanding. As we had quite a bit of luggage, the owner personally came out to assist us with our bags during both check-in and check-out. It was an incredibly satisfying stay, and I would wholeheartedly recommend it to any friends visiting Suzhou.

Cost-effective, the room facilities are complete, washing and drying clothes, microwave ovens, refrigerators are available, in the Jinji Lake scenic area, there are several large shopping malls around, it is convenient to go out, family travel can be selected

The room is nice and clean, i stay on the 28 Floor. The lift is fast and the location is great with many restaurants and malls nearby. The check in process i fast and smooth.

The hotel is in a great location, convenient to everywhere, in an alley, with a food street just outside, quiet in a bustling city. The sanitation is also very good, a hotel with a sense of history and characteristics of the Republic of China, the only drawback is that the sound insulation is a bit poor.

Highly recommended! The ambiance is wonderfully comfortable. Upstairs, they have family-style rooms, which are perfect for a group of friends traveling together. The downstairs area is also very inviting, and the entrance makes for a great photo op. Oh, and the coffee brewed by the owner? Absolutely delicious! Definitely coming back next time!

The room was quite spacious and came with a comfortable lounge chair. It was also very well-equipped with a fridge, washing machine, and kettle; all the facilities were excellent. We were originally scheduled to check in at 2 PM, but a room became available earlier, and the staff were incredibly accommodating, allowing us to check in promptly at 10 AM. They didn't make us wait until the official time, which was a huge bonus and truly appreciated. Whenever we encountered an issue and informed the staff, they were very quick to send someone to resolve it. Plus, luggage storage was available, which was super convenient.

A very authentic place to stay! Being foreigners, we enjoyed the ancient town atmosphere here. Everything is very beautiful, the master even provides you with wonderful jasmine tea to boil in a clay tea-set. It’s convenient that there are rooms with three beds. We had two rooms - one had a nice river view with a spacious balcony. The location is great - just 5 minutes away from the automobile road and five minutes away from main attractions in the town. Despite being close to the historic center, it is a quiet street - perfect for relaxing on the balcony at the evening. The master also helps you with your luggage to bring it on a small car from the automobile road.
