Shalom Hotel & Relax - an Atlas Boutique Hotel

A very enjoyable stay, thanks to the wonderful service delivered by every member of staff. From the front reception desk to the cleaners to the breakfast staff, everyone was exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to make guests feel special. The hotel itself is situated on HaYarkon Street, just behind the Hilton hotel and only a block in one direction from the beach and a couple of blocks in the other direction from Dizengoff St. The bedrooms are on the small side and decor is a little dated, but generally in good condition and very clean. In any case, with so much to do in Tel Aviv, very few people come to stay in their bedroom. Breakfast is served in the entrance lobby lounge area and is excellent, even by the high standards set in Israel. Not only is there a wide selection of foods on offer, but the quality is very high and generally very healthy too (chocolate babka aside, but exceptions can always be made for that!). Overall, it was a great experience - the reviews are true - and I will definitely return on future visits to Tel Aviv.

Lets start with the good. Great location and clean, breakfast was very good. I lived in Israel for over thirty year so I am aware of the Israeli version of ”service”. That being said. We made a reservation at the sister property Leonardo beach hotel, with a sea view room. That hotel was then closed (COVID?) so we were switched to a ”comparable” sea view room at the Leonardo Art hotel for the same price. When were arrived we were informed that sea view rooms were reserved for suites only and that we received an ”upgraded” room- well, this room was a small, dingy, hovel. The price we paid for this hovel of a room was therefore outrageous. The desk staff were surly and when I asked a question she pointed to a handout and said ”its all on the sheet”. Another front desk girl was using an old handkerchief to repeatedly blow and wipe her nose while touching the phone, patrons keys etc... so much for hand hygiene during pandemic. How about a stairwell from the 3rd to 2nd floor barricaded closed by mattresses? Firetrap? (see photo) The safe in our room was obviously broken and eviscerated (see photo) Lastly there is very little signage to be able to find wither the back or front entrance to the hotel and the entrance smells like an open sewer. Just sayin... there are many better options on the Tel Aviv beach. We certainly will take advantage of them on our next visit.

Located on Tel Aviv Beach, the hotel has a sea view and a balcony with views. The room is small, the facilities are OK, the breakfast is not bad. The Sabbath buffet dinner is more expensive, and the monks are 300 shekels. The front desk staff is very friendly, but the work efficiency is low.

Excellent location and service. The cleaning needs to be improved a bit. The breakfast is standard. I was there a few months ago and I didn't have a great experience. We received an additional night for free from the hotel. Tomer from the guest retention department was very helpful and kind, and the second time we were there was much more successful. We'll be back
Ink Hotel

In honor of my wife's birthday, I decided to go on a romantic vacation in Tel Aviv. I heard about the Ink hotel from a friend and decided to go for it. Booking the night was very smooth, but I felt the need to talk on the phone with someone to get more information. On the phone I talked to Dean. After two sentences, I realized that ”I found a friend” whom her pleasantness and professionalism will do as much as possible to please our stay. When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted by Inbal, the hotel manager, who was amazing to us and gave us the feeling that we are in the right place. The room was cozy and well designed. We dined at the hotel's Restaurant; The atmosphere there is great, we felt as if we were in New York, in my opinion this is the best Asian restaurant in Tel Aviv or in Israel.

Jaffa
Great location in short walking distance from Jaffa Old City and Port. We got a very friendly welcome at arrival and this set the tone for our stay which was very pleasant and comfortable. Spacious room and bathroom with good facilities including fast wifi. Plentiful breakfast buffet on the top floor with seating indoor and also outside on the roof top terrasse. Our only query is that smoking is allowed on the roof top terrasse, so we were exposed to a lot of passive smoking during breakfast.

Delightful change away from hussle and bussle and just a short walk to stunning beach and cafes. Staff couldnt do enough for us which was such a welcome change from other hotels. Rooms very clean and attractive, English movie channel, but the food truck was exceptional! Well done the Muse for creating a welcoming, friendly environment.
Savoy Sea Side Hotel

A lovely little hotel located next to the Tel Aviv boardwalk - a lovely lively location full of life day and most of the night. People walking, running, bicycling, exercising, dancing on the boardwalk and on the white sand beach running along it for miles. The rooms are well maintained, very clean, the service is friendly, there is a corner with an espresso machine and fruit available all day long. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Very good location. The breakfast was included and it was absolutely amazing: lot of options, delicious food and outstanding quality and taste. It is very dificult to find a good hotel at a resealable price in Telaviv. This hotel is my favorite option when I travel to Israel. Highly recommended.
Port Tower by Isrotel Design

Tel Aviv Port Area
We stayed at the Isrotel Port tower on August second which is a very busy season, and Tel Aviv daughter was almost fully booked . A very lovely place with high level of service. The location is great close to everything two minutes to namal and very close to the beach the stuff is amazing. Really gives a very positive energy we came in a very busy hour. There was a line at the reception, but the whole chicken process took less than five minutes more. The Front Desk Manager was there she’s really positive and always smiling and giving service to everyone. Adriana, the receptionist did our chicken he noticed is that he’s new but he did really great. Our room wasn’t ready yet, but they didn’t want us to wait and they gave us every room immediately. They have a bar restaurant on the first floor. The menu is great dairy bar restaurant the bartenders are amazing best margarita I ever had and Tel Aviv the coffee is very high-quality the wieners are very nice and kind also, on breakfast. They always came to check if there was any place to take from the table or if we need more coffee or anything else . The cheesecake on the breakfast is just to die for. Leron the food & beverage is so kind and sweet . We didn’t come with a toothbrush. We call the reception and ask for toothbrush and they gave us two for free and was in the room within five minutes. The room is amazing. The view is to die, for I really recommend the place not just an amazing place. Also an amazing staff. Very very recommend it. 10/10
