It met what I needed and the room gave me a peaceful night's sleep, and I was able to rest very well! The hotel is located in a location with facilities around it, so there was no need for the hotel not to offer meals. If I return to BH, the hotel will definitely be on my quote list! Vi muitas reclamações do hotel nas avaliações e fiquei bastante preocupado mas decidi encarar. E aqui está o meu resultado da minha experiência: Localização: Excelente localização, dá pra ir a diversos locais turísticos a pé tranquilamente. Mesmo à noite o lugar era super movimentado e seguro. Estacionamento: O fato de hotel não ter um estacionamento próprio não é um problema. Eles possuem convênio com um estacionamento que fica a menos de 1 min de caminhada do hotel, o preço é super acessível R$20,00 a diária. E fora do horário de atendimento do estacionamento os atendentes do hotel se deslocam para lá para abrir o portão super rápido, independente do horário, mesmo quando chegávamos de madrugada eles rapidamente estavam lá. Atendimento: todos os atendentes super educados e prestativos. Café da manhã: simples, mas completo e saboroso. Ainda há uma cortesia fornecendo noite de caldos para os hóspedes, não sei se é sempre ou algo momentâneo, mas muito gostoso tudo. Acomodações: As camas era bastante confortáveis, lençóis super limpos. Pontos negativos: As toalhas de banho eram velhas, mas estavam limpinhas. Banheiro tinha um forte odor, acredito devido ao mal cheiro estar voltando dos ralos. O banheiro estava muito mofado, o quarto também tinha alguns lugares mofados. Em geral a experiência foi bastante agradável. Uma simples pintura no hotel já resolveria mais 90% dos problemas.
