4-Star Hotels in Espirito Santo, Brazil

I booked a double room and when I arrived I discovered that the bed was actually two single beds that had been pushed together. I went to celebrate my anniversary and had to sleep with a hole in the middle of the bed. When I checked in I was informed that the hotel was full, and since I had already removed all my clothes from my suitcase, I didn't contact the reception, especially because it is the hotel's responsibility to ensure that the bed assigned to me will be the same one that was reserved. I also found the air conditioning to be weak, as if something was blocking it. The breakfast, especially the sweet options, were not tasty and left much to be desired.

The Sheraton Hotel in Vitória offers a comfortable stay, though it feels a bit expensive compared to what you might find for a similar price at hotels in other countries. That said, the exceptional service provided by the staff truly stands out—they create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere that makes the experience worthwhile. I have always enjoyed staying here, even back when it operated under a different name. The breakfast is delicious, and the hotel's central location adds to its appeal. The pool is now heated at 30C which is a very nice addition to the stay.

Hotel location is good a short walk to the beaches, shopping centre and local bars. There is a good supermarket 2 mins walk away. Room was large and newly decorated, shower was one of the best ever in a hotel room! New web enabled TV with Netflix etc. Included breakfast had a large selection of hot and cold dishes and was a great start to the day. Bar was reasonably priced and all the staff we met were friendly and welcoming. A great stay, can't wait to stay again :)

Hotel has already a high cost and still charge 10% service charge above the daily value... wonderful view but does not compensate cost benefit
