The owner of the hotel has two areas. The homestay I stayed at is diagonally opposite the Beijing Chinese Restaurant. The location is excellent, whether it is a taxi or a city walk. The shortest time to stay in the homestay, we arrived at 12 o'clock in the evening, when we walked in to find no pedestrians, we were a little scared, but it was our own heart function, there was a door in the room leading to the rest area outside, I always suspected that I could see the inside outside, but later I found out that I was worried. The breakfast was delicious, and I got up late and helped us keep breakfast. It's also beautiful inside!

Beautiful Ryad. Very well localised . Very friendly staff. Very attentive with my breakfast times even when I had to leave incredibly early , they made sure to go the extra mile and prepare a nice breakfast before my departure . If ever again in Rabat will surely book it again .

This is a good place to stay when you are transiting from Rabat to Kasa. It is right next to the train station. For dinner, my family walked 5 minutes to the train station to eat something cheap and big. The train station is very modern. Although the bed is not wide, I slept well. The breakfast is also OK. Good value for money.

The room is old-fashioned, the elevator is extremely small😂, there are no slippers, no toothbrush and toothpaste, no water heater, and the breakfast is relatively simple. Excellent view from the windows of the rooms on the park and the square, at night it is quite quiet and you can have a great rest after traveling. In the morning they provide a good breakfast with fresh juice, pastries, coffee and of course Moroccan tea with mint. If necessary, you can safely park a car or motorcycle next to the hotel. One of the best hotels in Rabat in terms of price / quality. You will feel at home there. For those who like to travel on foot, I think this is an ideal place, since you go straight to a beautiful street and walk along it to many important sights of the city, or easily call a taxi, it in Rabat (and in general in Morocco) costs almost as much as public transport, only more convenient. Also in the hotel and within walking distance from the hotel there are cafes and restaurants for every taste.

DDakunna~I always choose this hotel when I go to Kenitra. It is quieter than the hotels in the city center. There is a large supermarket next to it and it is close to the highway. It is very easy to find. The hotel is clean and the facilities are relatively new. It is suitable for business travel.
