The hotel has an excellent location, surrounded by numerous restaurants perfect for our business journey. Several tourist spots are within walking distance, making it easy to explore the area. Public transportation is readily available, allowing us to visit places like Chinatown, Divisoria, Baclaran Church, and more. The staff are fantastic; they automatically changed our bedsheets, and the room was clean and comfortable. The room amenities were also quite good. One downside was that the telephone for ordering food wasn’t working, but that wasn’t a major issue since the food was delicious. I particularly enjoyed the leche flan and calamares. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near Salazar Restaurant, which is known for its excellent dishes. We’ll book again.

Had a wonderful stay at Swiss-Belhotel Blulane Tomas Mapua. The location is super convenient, especially if you have business or errands in the area. It’s also so close to Wan Nan Eatery—our favorite spot! The staff were very accommodating and friendly, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Great value for the price. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience—I’ll definitely be booking here again!

checking in was smooth. The room is clean and the bed sheets smell clean and fresh. The shower area has molds in between grouting that needs to be brushed. The location is near the us embassy, intramuros and robinsons manila. The aircon works as expected. Overall, it was a good stay. Thanks!

This is an excellent hotel for the price. It is a newer property and very convenient to get to the airport. The beds was clean and very comfortable. The room is colorful and nicely decorated. This is not a full service hotel, as it doesn’t have a full service price. If you want bottled water, just order some via Grab. If you just need to spend a night or two as your transit through Manila, this is perfect. The breakfast was limited, but good. There’s also an omelet station and the top floor has a great view. We also received great service from the front desk. My one suggestion would be to deep clean the shower floors. The room is too new for the shower floor to look a bit dirty. Other than that, I would definitely return.

However, our experience was marred by poor service. Upon arrival, no one assisted us with our luggage. The reception staff on duty was unaccommodating and intimidating. I believe that working in the hospitality industry requires a high level of customer service, even on difficult days. If someone is unhappy in their role, it's better for them to leave rather than jeopardize the company's reputation with rude behavior. Unfortunately, this lack of service continued throughout our stay. No one helped us with our luggage when we departed, unlike other hotels I've recently visited, where staff were eager to assist. I also noticed that most staff members didn't smile, and it seemed that they provided preferential treatment to foreign guests. In terms of amenities, the hotel needs to improve its swimming pool. We were surprised by how small it was, contradicting the hotel's description of having both a swimming pool and a children's pool. In reality, there was only one tiny pool. So, some of my relatives didn't even bother swimming due to the crowds and limited space. In terms of food, my family stayed there for two days, and I noticed that the breakfast options lacked vegetables. It's essential to include vegetables as a choice. This hotel’s restaurant don’t cater to vegetarians.

Please remind that you need to put do not disturb on the door because they will wake you up in the morning to do cleaning service and they didn’t disclosed it when i checked in. They also have limited parking that can't support the total amount of rooms they are offering which suppose to be important. The rest are okay.

Booked 1 night to be close to Divisoria Mall Marketing. Nice experience once you're orientated. No bells or whistles but you save by not having them. We've stayed in hotels that included breakfast & coffee packs in room, but now we opt to go out & explore for breakfast time or go straight into lunch.
