DDauzOnlyI stayed in Manila, Philippines, and chose this hotel for a short staycation. It’s located in the Malate area, slightly on the outskirts of the city. From check-in until check-out, I was treated so nicely even though it’s a 3-star hotel, the service felt top-notch! 🏨
The staff, from the security guard to the front desk and housekeeping, were all super friendly and helpful. As you can see, the room is spacious and comfortable. The hotel facilities are impressive too there’s a rooftop area with a kitchen equipped with a fridge, waffle maker, oven, microwave, and other appliances. The rooftop view is beautiful, especially in the evening! 🌇
What surprised me the most was the free Sunday shuttle service to popular tourist spots such a thoughtful touch! The hotel also has a gym, game room, and some nice OOTD photo spots. There are vending machines for snacks and drinks as well, though I didn’t try them since I wasn’t sure if the food was halal.
Overall, I genuinely enjoyed my stay here definitely not overclaimed! Will surely come back again. Special thanks to Miss Jalen at the reception she was so cheerful, kind, and helpful throughout my stay! 💕

AAnonymous Uservery accommodating staff, the hotel room is spacious and clean, food is amazing. was able to do all the things i needed to do in Binondo as the location of the hotel is near the gold stores, lucky chinatown and divisoria. enjoyed the chinatown museum as well nearby.

The best positive staff, good, clean and fresh room and also Hop inn shares a building with 7/11, you can buy whatever you want 24 per 7. It was amazing experience. Only want a small cheap Café with local breakfast. And it will be the best option. Thank you ❤️🫂

AAT HervasI had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The housekeeping team kept the rooms tidy and well-maintained. Its prime location made it very convenient to explore nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops. The staff also provided excellent service, always friendly and attentive to my needs. Overall, a truly pleasant experience and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

GGuest UserI had a pleasant stay at Manila Lotus Hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and everything was functioning well—from the air-conditioning to the hot shower and amenities. The bed was comfortable and the room felt cozy and well-maintained.
The hotel staff were very polite and always greeted me whenever they saw me, which made the stay feel welcoming. My reservation process was smooth and easy since I booked online.

TTALAL MOHAMMAD HUSSEINYThe hotel has good service and you get access to the small gym and pool. The room is clean but the space is not big especially the bathroom. The bathroom seems tiny. The wifi and ac work well and you won't have any problems. In fact each room has its own wifi router.
