The hotel is sooooooooo beautiful, clean and with a pool, but its location is far from Lissabona, 25 minutes walking distance. You can go by train. Since I did not prefer Lissabona much, we went to a region called CasCais more often. Just come here knowing that you need to be fluent in English and it makes more sense to rent a car. Taxis are expensive. Choose an Uber taxi. Seeing Must-see places: Cascais Sintra. Definitely go to the beach, the beach, the sea, it's sooooooooo beautiful. CasCais is a restaurant in Iran. It's amazing. CasCais is an elite place. You can see the difference between Lissabon and the hotel. Breakfast at the hotel. If you choose the wonderful, friendly Londres Hotel, you won't regret it. It's sooooooooo ideal for children. It's a problem-free spotless hotel. CasCais is sooooooooo close. If you choose Uber taxi, you can go to CasCais without paying too much, we went for 5 euros. Best Regards, Kilinc family

The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the train station, which is perfectly acceptable given the price. Complimentary cucumber water is available by the front desk in the lobby, a welcome touch, especially on hot summer days. The room itself was spacious, though the breakfast options were quite limited.
Friendly staffs - the location is good, located along the side of road, away from the noises in the city. Also a short distance walk to Sete Rios the train and coach station. This is convenient if you plan to travel to other cities by train/bus.
It was my second stay at Star Inn and again it was great. The location is just in front of the airport so it is great for a night stay on a long layover. The room is small but clean, perfect for one night. Although, it was a bit cold so I had to turn on the heating (in the end of august 😅). Shower was good and a single bed comfortable and clean. The best is the breakfast that is served all night long so even for a very early flight you can have a nice and fresh breakfast. They are also serving buffet dinner for a super reasonable price. All in all, I will definitely stay there again due to my often layovers in Lisbon.
The hotel environment is very elegant, with complete facilities, free parking, a variety of breakfasts, and a good dinner menu in the hotel restaurant, but reservations are required.

Let me start with the conclusion: I highly recommend this hotel, which is the most comfortable one in our trip to Spain and Portugal.
The hotel is located in the old town, and it should have been newly renovated and opened not long ago. It is within 2 kilometers of the landmark yellow car, elevator, Augustus Arc de Triomphe, Castle of St. Germain, and Lisbon Cathedral. It is very convenient to walk or take a taxi.
We arrived very early on the first day, at 6 o'clock in the morning. We couldn't check in yet, but there were free hot drinks. We stored our luggage and went out for a walk.
I came back to handle the formalities at around 2 o'clock in the afternoon, and saw the welcome fruit basket when I entered the room. There were everything from red wine to cheese. The sofa bed was very large when opened. There is also a balcony.
The kitchen has everything from bread machines to coffee machines, refrigerators, and various tableware. You can also wash clothes. It's so happy.
There is a local supermarket ibl 2 minutes away from the hotel. There is everything. If you don't have time to go to the restaurant, buy all kinds of bread, ham and cheese in the supermarket, and heat them in the microwave when you return to the hotel. It's very rich.
The overall feeling is a combination of high-end homestays and hotels. The decoration style is also very tasteful. In short, the price-performance ratio is good and it is worth recommending!
This is a great hotel. Not only is parking convenient, the rooms are spacious and bright, the overall cleanliness and comfort are reasonable, and the price is reasonable. It is a highly recommended hotel. You won't regret choosing this!
The hotel has complete facilities, the place is clean, and the front desk staff is friendly. Although there is a bus stop near the hotel, it is far from the city, so it is usually more convenient to take a taxi.

SSantosThe room was super clean, the location is near a public transportation which I'd good ans bad at the same time due to noise, the stuffs are friendly and helpful.
Therr only negatives are:
There is a TV and AC, but in order to use it you must demand the remotes.
As well as the fact that we either give them a credit card or 50 euros as a warranty instead of a ID, which we found it not so common and were doubting it, ans of course we gave cash.
GGuest UserThe hotel building looks old but it's much better inside. I appreciate the family room which makes my life much easier when travelling with kids. The buffet breakfast was good too. We were starving when we arrived at the hotel, so we rushed into the hotel restaurant for lunch set (EUROS 19 with main course, salad bar and tea/coffee) , rather nice. Overall, value for money hotel, will come back.
SSefy LevyThis hostel is located about 3km walk from the center city, but does have some close by attractions (such as the Jeronimo's Monetary)
The room is extremely small, if you seat on the edge of the bed and try to stretch your legs, you'll most likely hit the wall.
We had our room replaced, as the first room had zero privacy for the toilet and the second room gave the illusion of privacy (as you can see in photos)
We've not seen any of the management, as everything is done thru WhatsApp to contact them and they will respond.
Breakfast was OK, it had a bit of choices but there was more cakes and cookies then actual food.
GGuest UserI spent a 5 nights at My Story Rossio and here are some of my thoughts:
PROS:
- Excellent location. Hard to beat this prime location. It's at the heart of the city with lots of things to do in proximity. There's also a Metro station across from it so you can take the subway directly from the airport.
- Nice decors and overall pretty clean.
CONS:
- The biggest issue I had during my stay was the poor structure of the building leading to disturbing loud noises. During housekeeping hours, the door to the cleaning supplies kept being slammed. Every time it was slammed, my whole room shook and I jumped up. I called the front desk asking if they could be more gentle with the doors. I was told that that was the way housekeeping was and to call back only if it still happened after 5pm (after housekeeping hours). It was impossible to get any rest during the day. I understand that housekeepers need to do their job but I wonder if this issue could be fixed simply by changing the door hinge to a slow close hinge. Also, in the middle of the night, I would wake up by the creaking noises of people above me when they walked across the room.
- Second issue was the thermostat. It was not adjustable and could only be controlled by the front desk. For some reason, the hotel decided that all the rooms needed to be in heating mode during the night. It was so hot and stuffy that I was not able to sleep for many nights. I had to call the front desk in the middle of the night to turn it off but sometimes it would automatically switch back on. Then I requested to have the cooling instead of heating on but it would be too cold at night and there was no way to dial it myself. So throughout my stay, it would feel like being inside either a sauna or a freezer.
JJaneShGood hotel, clean rooms. The location is great, there is a beautiful park nearby, metro, you can walk to the sights. Breakfasts are delicious, there is a large selection, only the breakfast to go (breakfast box) would be good to improve. If we go to Lisbon again, we will gladly stay in the same hotel.
VValentina Pampinellathis hotel is very beautiful, the attention very good, if you want to spend your days in Lisbon u have to go to this hotel also has a breakfast room. Ive been in the 202 room.so attractive i need to come back
AAlesyaNice apartments, the only thing I didn't notice is that there are no windows. It's quite hard to wake up in the constant darkness. Another thing that needs serious work is check-in. People arriving at the apartments don't understand where to go. The building with the apartments is closed. You have to walk 100 meters to the hotel reception to get the key. Why don't they send this information on the day of check-in? People are lost and don't know what to do, and this is the most unpleasant thing when you arrive in the city tired and want to get your place as quickly as possible.
KkukIt’s such a lovey hotel to be staying at. Friendly staffs and can accommodate any requests we asked. As our departure to the airport was at 4:45am early in the morning, I requested to have some sandwiches and drinks to pick up before we left the hotel, instead, they had prepared a big box of food consisted of cheese and ham sandwich, apple, banana, juice and water for us. We heartfelt for what they have done to us. Indeed everyday, we have full breakfast delivered to our room n the food was decent. Also, one night there was a movie night by the pool side, and I found it amazingly care and trying their best to fulfill everyone’s needs. The hotel room is clean and very high standard. I will highly recommend people to stay in this hotel/ serviced apartment ( as it come with an open kitchen). And we happened to stay at their hotel on their 1st anniversary, and celebrated with us and with a delicious cake! 😜
GGuest UserThe location is very convenient, just near the subway exit and next to the busy shopping street. Unfortunately, the drainage in the shower area is not smooth. Halfway through the shower, I was flooded to my ankles. The movement of the room is a bit unsmooth, and there is no place to put the suitcase.
