The hotel is conveniently located near the train station. There’s an elevator, so you don’t have to worry about carrying your luggage upstairs. When you open the window, you can see the street view. The room is not big, but it’s clean and comfortable. The bathroom is modern, and the shower has good water pressure. It’s a great value-for-money hotel—highly recommended!
clean hotel in a good location especially for those who have to take the motorway. The hotel has parking and is located within walking distance of a large shopping center where there is everything
We were satisfied with the locations they offer and especially the area were the hotel is located is wonderful. In one point we were absolutely disappointed, that was concerning the less efforts they bring on the day, when we our daughter (7) lost here cuddly toy.
We left the toy in the room when we checked out, but realized it several hours later. The only answer we got from the men at the reception was, that they have a rule that everything what will be found, will be returned to the reception, but there was nothing returned on that day. We left our email address, but I have my concerns if the really take this topic seriously. For them it’s only a stuffed animal toy, for the kids it is much more!
Overall good service!
Beautiful place!
But:
Beds in the bungalow are quiet small
we wake up with a strong smell coming from the bathroom that made all the experience awful
Sadly I can't recommend this place and I will not come back again until they fix this.

Just to make ourselves understood.... we happened upon this hotel by chance on New Year's Eve 2024 (obviously a few days' holiday) and we were very impressed by the friendliness of the staff and the simple beauty of the structure (the many photos that decorate each floor and each room are wonderful), breakfast super for variety and abundance. Coincidentally, a sporting event brought us nearby and we had no doubts in rebooking with them and honestly we can't wait to be able to return :-)

GGuest UserHotel location is close to the Florence train station. Also it is easier to walk center of Florence. There isn’t elevator in 5th floor. So we have to go 4th floor with elevator, then we use stairs to get our floor. Hotel personal was friendly and helpful. We arrive hotel before check-in time and they let us to store our luggage in hotel.
AAlexandraSHotel overall is okay for a 3 star. Employees were always friendly. Free parking and if full, hotel as a old garage underneath which it was where we parked. Breakfast was okay also for a 3 star hotel.
Amenities nothing to be honest, on our room we had some stuff broken also… could get some refurbishment. And also, it is not a queen bed, it was two single beds close to each other… with no top mattress anything…
AAnonymous UserThe room facilities are average, there is no kettle, but another hotel near the Leaning Tower of Pisa has one. Just like the hotel in Siena, if you want hot water, you can boil a kettle immediately, and you have to go down and bring it up yourself. The service in Siena is more old-fashioned, and the front desk is very polite to bring up the white porcelain kettle and two matching porcelain cup trays.
The location is close to the train station, and it only takes 15 minutes to walk to the airport.
The air conditioner is broken, but fortunately it was warm that day and it was ignored. The room upstairs makes a lot of noise when walking at night. The room given is not very good, and it feels a bit different. Anyway, it's just a one-night stay. I didn't eat breakfast.
Pisa is a good town, with a quiet and relaxing atmosphere.
BBenforceoneI could not be happier with this hotel. Exceptional service from the staff, helping me when i made a mistake with my booking days. The rooms are what you would expect for the price, which is great value within minutes of the train station.
Will definitely stay again - the staff make all the differebec at a hotel and every person i talked to were amazing.
ZzhaologyThe hotel is super close to the train station, few steps away and near eateries. Note that there was no kettle in the room and we had to go to level 1 to get hot water.
SShijie SunA very good budget hotel. Although the facilities are a bit old, you can tell that the business is renovating because the toilet has been obviously renovated. Considering its price, it can be considered a very good hotel, clean, with a good location (near the tram station), convenient parking and friendly service.
But I have to mention that the hotel has poor sound insulation, the windows and walls are a bit old, and the rooms are not well lit.
JJUNHWANIt was so good. The advantage is that there is a tram right in front of you, and the price is cheap as it is a little far from the tourist spots. There was a big mart at the station just before, so it was nice to see the market. The downside is that you can go to the tourist spot by tram for about 20 minutes, but it wasn't a big problem. It was nice to be quiet. The room was spacious and the shampoo filled every day was well used. However, the check-in process was a bit cumbersome. I would like to reuse it if I come to Florence again next time.
AAlfredGood location, very close to the train station & Centro storico. Room size was very good, with a BALCONY! Even though privacy may be a bit compromised but can’t have everything. It had very good natural lighting. The bathroom was also big, bigger than most bathroom in Italian hotels. I could dance & turn around in the shower stall. Check in required a bit of tech-savviness & naturally the internet. Unlocking gate & room required the use of an internet browser/done on a smart phone. There’re plenty of food options around, a bar/cafe/gelateria right down the building. Coffee machine & drinking water available for the taking. There’s a big shared fridge and an in-room fridge. Internet was fast. Plenty of charging ports/power outlets, conveniently placed (including bedside). Maybe one small suggestion: perhaps there’d be a desk. The TV didn’t work but I wouldn’t watch anything in Italian. I could YouTube with the fast internet. Good toiletries & drinking water provided & refreshed daily (some hotels don’t do this). Highly recommended.
