Ótimo hotel, fica numa região próxima (20 minutos de carro) de Florença! Quarto ótimo com aquecedor central banheiro grande e chuveiro quente e com ótima pressão! Café da manhã muito bom. Espaço ótimo e atendimento sempre pronto a ajudar. Único ponto que não foi 100% foi o restaurante a noite com poucas opções e sabor um pouco sem graça da refeição. Voltaríamos com certeza.

We liked everything, yes, perhaps, as the numbers write some old-fashioned in the plan of furniture, it is not vintage, but simply morally obsolete. But the magnificent area of the hotel, the pool, the purity, the stunning abundant breakfast and dinner menus above all praise. Want to return).

Just next to the well square, the window is facing the well, and the dining tour is very convenient. There is an elevator and sound insulation is OK. The room and facilities are OK, and the breakfast is not bad. The biggest problem is that it is troublesome to drive up, and it is easy to navigate to the hotel. It is better to direct to the well square. There are many people in the path and there are steep slopes. It is not recommended to drive up if you have no skills. The hotel does not have a parking lot. After unloading the luggage, the front desk will tell you how to park. It is also a lot of people. Stop overnight for 15 euros. After I checked out the next day, I was pulling my luggage down. Luke, I had to walk for 10-15 minutes. It is recommended to call a taxi after parking in the parking lot below when checking in.

Suitable for self-driving, otherwise you need to take a taxi, more than 7 kilometers from the ancient city of Montepulciano. The ancient city is very beautiful, there is a millennium wine cellar that was rebuilt from the previous church, highly recommended! Belongs to the best wine in Italy. Very suitable for a slow life holiday, with swimming pool. The hotel has its own wines and can be booked for a visit to the winery.

You need to have a car to go to other cities or buy a bus ticket at reception. Clean and well-accommodated place but with animals/insects. Right in the middle of the forest. Very good restaurant.

The hotel is well maintained and has a wonderful view of the hills outside Siena. Breakfast buffet varies, but a little confused (maybe we were at the wrong time) and many proposals had vacuum vacuums not restored for more than half an hour.

Nice but urgently needed hotels, beautiful pool and location in general with view of the historic tower.Personally I found little breakfast. Gentle and prepared staff. The nearby restaurant (Barbarossa) is not eating badly.

GGuest UserOk and not bad, reasonable price Here is a 1000 word hotel review: Title: Luxurious Oasis in the Heart of the City Located in the bustling downtown of a major metropolitan area, the Ritz-Carlton Hotel is an urban oasis of sophisticated elegance and modern comforts. From the moment I stepped through the grand revolving doors, I was struck by the hotel's timeless grandeur and impeccable attention to detail. The lobby is a masterpiece of marble floors, sparkling chandeliers, and plush seating areas that exude an air of refined opulence. The staff greeted me warmly and efficiently checked me in, offering a refreshing glass of chilled lemonade as I completed the formalities. I was then escorted to my room, my anticipation building with each step. Upon entering the room, I was immediately impressed by the sheer size and luxurious furnishings. The king-sized bed, adorned with crisp linens and plush pillows, beckoned me to sink into its comfort. The sitting area featured a cozy armchair and ottoman, perfect for curling up with a book or simply enjoying the city view through the large windows. The bathroom was nothing short of breathtaking, with gleaming marble surfaces, a deep soaking tub, and a walk-in shower with multiple showerheads. Thoughtful amenities, such as plush robes, slippers, and high-end toiletries, added to the overall sense of indulgence. The room also featured a well-stocked minibar, Nespresso coffee machine, and a large flat-screen TV with a vast selection of channels. However, it was the attention to detail that truly set this room apart - the perfectly placed artwork, the elegant lamps, and the seamless integration of technology with the classic decor. As the sun began to set, I decided to explore the hotel's dining options. The Michelin-starred restaurant, helmed by a renowned chef, did not disappoint. The menu was a symphony of innovative flavors and exquisite presentation, each course a true delight for the senses. The sommelier's wine pairing recommendations elevated the dining experience, and the impeccable service from the attentive staff ensured that every moment was perfection. After dinner, I ventured to the hotel's luxurious spa, where I indulged in a deep tissue massage. The serene and tranquil atmosphere of the spa, combined with the skilled touch of the massage therapist, left me feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. I then spent some time exploring the hotel's other amenities, including the state-of-the-art fitness center and the stunning indoor pool, complete with a retractable roof that allowed for year-round swimming. Throughout my stay, I was continually impressed by the Ritz-Carlton's commitment to excellence. The staff, from the concierge to the housekeeping team, were attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Whether it was arranging a private car to take me to my meeting or providing a recommendation for a local must-see attraction, the service was impeccable. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's central location, which allowed me to easily explore the vibrant city. Within a short walk, I discovered charming cafes, high-end boutiques, and bustling cultural landmarks. The Ritz-Carlton's concierge team was an invaluable resource, providing insider tips and arranging reservations to ensure I made the most of my time. As my stay drew to a close, I found it difficult to leave the plush comfort and refined elegance of the Ritz-Carlton. This hotel truly is a world-class destination, offering an unparalleled blend of luxury, service, and attention to detail. Whether traveling for business or pleasure, the Ritz-Carlton Hotel is an exceptional choice that will leave a lasting impression. I can't wait to return for my next visit.

SSoleneAlthough the location is pretty far from the city Centre, riding the tram was pretty easy and convenient (about 20 min to downtown). The staff at the desk were friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the morning was buffet style with a variety of breads, baked goods, scrambled eggs, yogurts, meats and cheeses. The room was very clean and the cleaning staff are very diligent. Also the furniture choices for the room were perfect. Small side tables and a small desk didn’t take up too much space. The only things that were a bit dissatisfying were the noise level (we could hear other guests’ alarms in the morning and stomping in the upstairs rooms) and some parts of the room were a little worn or old, including some damage to the wall and baseboards, missing grates from the air conditioning vent.

AAnonymous UserThe room facilities are average, there is no kettle, but another hotel near the Leaning Tower of Pisa has one. Just like the hotel in Siena, if you want hot water, you can boil a kettle immediately, and you have to go down and bring it up yourself. The service in Siena is more old-fashioned, and the front desk is very polite to bring up the white porcelain kettle and two matching porcelain cup trays. The location is close to the train station, and it only takes 15 minutes to walk to the airport. The air conditioner is broken, but fortunately it was warm that day and it was ignored. The room upstairs makes a lot of noise when walking at night. The room given is not very good, and it feels a bit different. Anyway, it's just a one-night stay. I didn't eat breakfast. Pisa is a good town, with a quiet and relaxing atmosphere.

GGuest UserVery pleased with my stay. Hotel kindly upgraded me from a Single Room to a Double Room in low season in November, which is really nice. The room is spacious, with good natural light, double glazed windows and good ventilation/air con/heating. Toilet with stand shower is of a good size as well, not too small and cramped. Hotel location is super close to the central station in Florence, around 5 mins walk only to it, which is very ideal for travellers arriving into Florence by rail. It's slow walkable to pretty much all attractions (within 15-25 mins), so is a good place to base yourself in for a short stay. Similar to many hotels in Italy, there are a few steps at the entrance but there is a lift to get you up to your room. Check-in process is smooth and complimentary breakfast is decent. I especially love the coffee and jucie machine and pancakes offered. It'd be great if besides scrambled eggs, some kind of breakfast meats like sausages can also be offered. They do have some basic cold cuts and cheese and ham as well, yogurt, and cornflakes, it's a more diverse continental breakfast, which is great for a 3 Star Hotel. As the hotel is very close to the Train Station, you do hear trains / trams passing through from the streets, but the noise level is acceptable with the double glazed windows' insulation. I would recommend this hotel for solo travellers.

SShijie SunA very good budget hotel. Although the facilities are a bit old, you can tell that the business is renovating because the toilet has been obviously renovated. Considering its price, it can be considered a very good hotel, clean, with a good location (near the tram station), convenient parking and friendly service. But I have to mention that the hotel has poor sound insulation, the windows and walls are a bit old, and the rooms are not well lit.

JJUNHWANIt was so good. The advantage is that there is a tram right in front of you, and the price is cheap as it is a little far from the tourist spots. There was a big mart at the station just before, so it was nice to see the market. The downside is that you can go to the tourist spot by tram for about 20 minutes, but it wasn't a big problem. It was nice to be quiet. The room was spacious and the shampoo filled every day was well used. However, the check-in process was a bit cumbersome. I would like to reuse it if I come to Florence again next time.

AAlfredGood location, very close to the train station & Centro storico. Room size was very good, with a BALCONY! Even though privacy may be a bit compromised but can’t have everything. It had very good natural lighting. The bathroom was also big, bigger than most bathroom in Italian hotels. I could dance & turn around in the shower stall. Check in required a bit of tech-savviness & naturally the internet. Unlocking gate & room required the use of an internet browser/done on a smart phone. There’re plenty of food options around, a bar/cafe/gelateria right down the building. Coffee machine & drinking water available for the taking. There’s a big shared fridge and an in-room fridge. Internet was fast. Plenty of charging ports/power outlets, conveniently placed (including bedside). Maybe one small suggestion: perhaps there’d be a desk. The TV didn’t work but I wouldn’t watch anything in Italian. I could YouTube with the fast internet. Good toiletries & drinking water provided & refreshed daily (some hotels don’t do this). Highly recommended.

GGuest UserStrategically well located, within 3-5 minutes from the Firenze station. With lots food options at reasonably and budget priced. For instance, just outside the hotel, less than a min walk, a Chinese no frills restaurant provides a good Asian spread of Chinese, Vietnamese, Japanese Ramen and fusion at competitive prices. Mcdonald is a 2 minute walk from the hotel. Other Italian restaurants are found within 3-5 mins walk from the hotel. Though, this place is busy and bustly, it is rather safe to move around. The security system in the hotel is good and rather peaceful. Staff are excellent with good knowledge of The city of Florence. The Duomo (see Pic) is about 10mins walk from the hotel. Further down, about 5 mins walk, you can access the Uffizy Gallery with great Art collection of the Renaissance era. Also, you can take a 10 mins walk via the Firenze station to access coaches for our daily tours and Designer’s factory outlet at The Mall. No regrets booking Cosimo for comfort and convenience for our great Florentine experience.

SSofia AbdulMy stay here was fantastic. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We needed to carry heavy luggage up the stairs then take small lift to the hotel lobby. The room and toilet were a bit cramped. The floor was very cold when I visited at the end of November, but luckily I brought my own slippers. The room was clean, albeit a bit old in design, with provided toiletries except for a toothbrush and toothpaste, which was fine since I had my own. They also provide a kettle and water bottles. The hotel is within walking distance to many attractions, the leather market, a halal restaurant, and is conveniently located near the main train station. We can leave luggage before check in & after checking. Overall, highly recommended.
