From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the exceptional service and professionalism of the hotel staff. Check-in was seamless — quick, efficient, and welcoming. The front desk team took the time to walk me through all the facilities and amenities available, which I really appreciated. It made settling in easy and stress-free.
The room itself was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy, and everything I needed was thoughtfully provided. It’s clear that cleanliness and guest comfort are a top priority here.
Throughout my stay, the staff continued to go above and beyond. Whether it was offering local recommendations or checking in to see how things were going, their genuine hospitality made a lasting impression.
Check-out was just as smooth as check-in — no delays, no confusion, just a perfect end to a great stay.
Overall, I couldn't be happier with the experience. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service, comfort, and a hassle-free stay.

Great stay there. Rooms are comfortable and breakfast is incredible but crowded . Lots of variety of cheese , Asian and western food , with coffee , tea and juices (not fresh fruit).
Swimming pool is huge and better be earlier to get a chair around 10am or after 14:00. Food is reasonable price at the pool, and it is really delicious.
There is a very nice gym with cold and a hot tub , steam and sauna. Sometimes there is free yoga class at 08:00 am (I think on Wednesdays), but remember to put your name the day before in the gym reception. Lots of walk in couldn’t do because number is limited to 15 people.
Gaming room is quite fun with PS5, some retro arcade (they need some maintenance as some buttons weren’t working), and a billiard table . Unfortunately the billiard table should limit each guest to use for 30 minutes and make a reservation list so everyone can have a chance to play. Sometimes kids stay for hours and there is no chance for others to play.

Good day!
The rest in this hotel was perfect.
The breakfast was fantastic, the room service also on a high level. The location was really good, near to Bali Collection where u can buy a lot of souvenirs and other staff, the market with fruits also close, like 10 minutes walk. Also nearby u can buy SIM card. Strongly recommend for staying.

Great location, on the main road in Seminyak, surrounded by shops, restaurants, massage spas, money exchanges and the beach is just a five minute walk. The swimming pool is fantastic and clean, and huge! Plenty of space with lots of loungers. Breakfast was varied and on till 11:00. Great stay.

Bali Seminyak Beach Hotel Indigo: A Designer's Review
As a designer, I appreciate how this hotel masterfully blends Balinese craft with contemporary aesthetics. The lobby's wooden screens reinterpret traditional Songket fabric patterns - a subtle nod to local culture through a modern lens.
Rooms are thoughtfully designed. The 50 sqm Partial Ocean View room cleverly balances function and beauty with its spa-style bathroom and private balcony featuring a daybed. Local materials and vibrant colors create warmth without sacrificing modern comforts.
The property's five pools are highlights. The ”Secret Garden” adult pool and beachfront waterfall pool seamlessly merge with the landscape, creating that perfect indoor-outdoor flow Bali is known for. At sunset, the infinity pool's visual connection to the ocean is pure magic.
What sets this hotel apart is how it integrates community culture. The pottery-themed café and SugarSand Beach Club with bamboo structures don't feel like hotel facilities - they're living spaces connected to Seminyak's creative energy.
Minor notes: some rooms show humidity traces (expected in tropical climate), and pools get crowded at peak hours. But overall, Hotel Indigo succeeds where many fail - it doesn't just use local elements as decoration, but reinterprets Balinese spirit for modern travelers.
For designers seeking inspiration, this hotel offers a masterclass in cultural translation through design.

I recently stayed at Ayana resort in Bali, and it was an unforgettable experience. The resort’s private beach provided a serene and exclusive escape, allowing me to relax without crowds. The breathtaking seaside views were simply mesmerizing, especially during sunrise and sunset—truly picture-perfect moments!
The rooms were incredibly spacious, beautifully designed, and well-maintained, making my stay exceptionally comfortable. Waking up to the sound of the waves was a dream. The resort’s overall ambiance was peaceful and luxurious, perfect for a relaxing getaway.
The staff were warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure a fantastic stay. Whether you’re looking for a romantic retreat or a tranquil vacation, I highly recommend Ayana resort. I can’t wait to return!

Hilton Bali Resort offers a stunning cliffside location with breathtaking ocean views, making it an ideal spot for a relaxing getaway. The lush grounds, scenic setting, and access to a private beach add to the overall charm. Rooms are spacious and clean, with balconies that let you soak in the incredible surroundings. While the resort does not offer halal food, there are decent vegetarian options available at several of the on-site restaurants, which helped accommodate dietary needs.
Staff are friendly, professional, and always willing to help, enhancing the experience. The facilities—including the pools, spa, and kids’ area—are well-maintained and add to the resort’s appeal. Though food choices for certain dietary restrictions could be improved, the atmosphere, service, and location more than make up for it.
Overall, Hilton Bali is a fantastic choice for anyone looking to unwind in a peaceful and luxurious environment with unbeatable views.

Very Good
RRichard TherouxThe resort was really nice. Very secluded and relaxing. The staff were wonderful. The only drawbacks for me were that there was nothing around, and the menu selection at the restaurant was very limited.
GGuest UserHotel service very good, staffs very friendly and helpful.
The only think need comment is food, no so variety choices for a 5 stars hotel. Limit, I don't know overall holiday Inn hotels standard I think, because my experience before at others holiday Inn all most the same.
But the experience at the hotel is good enough.

NNat who travelsThe hotel is okay, location is quite good and has shuttle to the restaurant and shops area.
In the room the bed was old and making squishy sound whenever you move slightly.
The pipes smell not nicely and flush would be quite weak.
Did not swim in the pool as it was not as appealing, but the beach access is very nice.
There are a lot of random people and boats on the beach, which makes the air polluted and hard to breath.
GGuest UserA wonderful hotel close to the river and jungle, very quiet and with beautiful nature. The hotel stuff is exceptional friendly and helpful. The food is very delicious and the restaurant stuff very nice, helpful fullfilling your requests. We felt extremely welcome there. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone 🤗Thank you so much for having us. Mr. Dominik and Ms. Joanna
EEstheThe InterContinental Bali is the perfect escape! It’s a private resort with direct access to the beach. The rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was fantastic with so many options. Many lounge chairs for sunbathing, a big pool to cool off in and incredibly friendly staff! Well worth the money.
MMickeChoI had a wonderful stay at this hotel and was truly impressed by the excellent service from the staff - they were very friendly, attentive, polite, and always ready to assist with any request. The breakfast selection was fantastic, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day right. The property itself is quiet and peaceful, making it a perfect place to relax and unwind. The only drawback was the cleanliness and a slight moldy odor from the bedding (pillows and blanket), which could be improved to enhance the overall experience. Despite that, I would still highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a comfortable and serene stay with top-notch service and a delightful breakfast.
GGuest UserThis place is a Beachfront Gem with Impeccable Service and Comfort.
I recently stayed at this hotel and was genuinely impressed by every aspect of the experience. The location is unbeatable—right in front of the beach, with a vibrant stretch of restaurants just steps away. Whether you’re in the mood for fresh seafood or a sunset cocktail, the options are plentiful and delicious.
The hotel staff were consistently helpful and kind, making the entire stay feel welcoming and smooth. Check-in was quick and hassle-free, and checkout was just as seamless.
Breakfast was a daily highlight—plenty of variety, beautifully presented, and genuinely tasty. It’s clear they put thought into catering to different tastes.
With two pools on-site, there was always space to relax without feeling crowded. The rooms were spotless, and I appreciated the precision of the daily cleaning service, which happened at the same time each day like clockwork—quiet, efficient, and thorough.
If you’re looking for a relaxing beachside escape with great food, friendly service, and clean, comfortable accommodations, this place is a fantastic choice. I’d absolutely return.
