The location is excellent to meet Zacatlan, all very close.

📍The location is really good, same area for a big commercial area: restaurants, bars, stores, gym… 🅿️The parking lot is shared with the mall, don’t forget to ask the reception desk to validate your parking ticket. 👩🏻💻The lady from the front desk was really helpful and friendly 🛏️ The room has the basic equipment, the bed is really comfortable and they offer 2 kinds of pillows: soft and middle hard 🍳The breakfast is good, you can order eggs to your liking, there is fruit, bread, etc.

The window was completely sealed, couldn't be opened, just entered, the room smelled, dizzy, the air conditioner opened the door for a long time, only a little better. The elevator is very old and slow. The toilet has no shower curtain, after the shower, the whole floor is full of water, and it can't flow away.

The location is very good, the hotel in the mall, convenient for eating and shopping, rich breakfast, nice clerk!

Generally good. Including that they have a lactose-free milk option at the buffet. The person who was outside only told me where the reception was - which was closed - but with both hands occupied by the suitcases, it is difficult to open it (since it has a knob) and they do not help you open it despite seeing that you have your hands busy, I considered it a minus point to the hospitality. It would be nice if there was a plaque explaining what the hotel was previously. What is that chimney and what was it used for, etc., as well as they have signs of what the fauna is called. 性價比非常高，位置很好，房間和衞生間都很大很乾凈，淋浴的熱水也很熱。走路就可以隨便逛中心區的各種博物館，工作人員也特別的nice，還有自助早餐。非常推薦!

房源還挺緊張的，不得不分開兩個訂單預訂不同的房型。這裏還真奇怪，一個床的房間，還真衹放一瓶水，夠節省了。
