Excellent hotel located right in the heart of Puebla downtown. The room was clean and the service at the front desk was courteous and prompt. This is really one of the best values in Puebla and would definitely recommend for anyone travelling on a slightly tighter budget!

El lugar esta muy limpio, cama cómoda, buena atención y cerca de todo. Todo esta muy muy bien pero me pareció muy mal que en la ducha los jabones que tienen son de botes de jabon para las manos! Creo que no cuesta nada tener un bote de shampoo y otro de jabon de cuerpo, sino da mala imagen por todo lo bueno del hotel.

The hotel is beautiful and the location is excellent, and the front desk staff was very kind. Unfortunately, our experience was ruined by the unprofessional attitude of a housekeeping staff member, who denied us access to the lobby restroom in a rude manner even when we needed to change our baby’s diaper. I understand restrooms need to be cleaned, but the way it was communicated made all the difference. Hopefully, the hotel reinforces guest service training, as it truly has great potential.

EXCELENTE PARA VIAJE FAMILIAR. Una experiencia muy agradable y confortable y segura. Recomiendo ampliamente al Hotel Isabel, en mi próximo viaje vuelvo al hotel sin dudarlo.
