We extended our stay with the hotel twice because it was quite a nice place to spend our time whole in Puebla. All staff were great. The room was a good size, the beds were comfortable, and the amenities were a plus. The AC, hot water, and water pressure were a bonus. The location was nice for walks. There are many things to see and do close by. Taxis are plentiful outside the hotel and quick drive to zocolo. Should I return to Puebla, I would stay here again.

This is an extension from our previous stay. We think this is one of the best hotels in Puebla for the price. The rooms are large with a partial kitchenette that has a small sink, fridge and microwave. The AC worked all the time and was cold and the water pressure along with hot water was consistent and enjoyable. The beds were very comfortable. All other amenities were a plus such as drinking water, coffee and coffee cooker. The hotel is in a great location that is walkable in a pleasant neighborhood. It is very easy to catch a taxi by the hotel. Everything about this hotel was just wonderful. We extended three times here during our stay in Puebla and while the Day of the Dead was going on. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel's surroundings, facilities, and services are all impeccable—relative to the traveler's budget. The hotel offers a locally-styled buffet breakfast to satisfy most travelers' needs. The 24-hour hot water, coffee, and chocolate milk are a delightful surprise. Although the hotel's location is slightly out of the way, it's still within walking distance for healthy young and middle-aged travelers to visit Puebla's central cathedral and the city's historic castle. This hotel is highly recommended for travelers who are physically fit and enjoy hiking.
