Sink and shower are leaking. Tv is not working but tge staff replaced it immediately Pool is warm and relaxing Total stay not bad for the rate

The service provided by the staff was very good. They were all respectful to the guests. The food in the included breakfast buffet was great. The food variety was excellent but it didn’t have any fruit juice available. Otherwise the Lotus Blue cafe also had great food at a very reasonable price. The location was very close to the main downtown area and walking distance to clean malls with plenty of food and restaurant options. The area is also very safe and friendly. Unfortunately, we had a bad experience with the room. The hot water heater inside the room was not working. We immediately reported that to the front desk. They sent a maintenance mechanic to fix it but same issue every time we tried to use the shower. They promised to replace the heater while we were away on our tour, but when we came back the hot water heater was still not working. The water from the shower would first come out very hot and difficult to adjust. Then after that the water came out very cold. I reported the same issue to the front desk but no results. Thank goodness we were only stuck for two days.

The location was so good. If you walk a little, there are banks and park cathedrals, so it's okay to go and see them and it's safe. The staff are so kind and listen to your requests. When I asked where to go and whether there was a jifree in the morning, he told me without any blockage and arrived at my destination immediately after leaving the room 👍👍

This is my 3rd time to book this property. I liked very much the location very near to all spots I need for my quick visit in the area. Access to my assigned room is very accessible even if there is no staff was there to assist me when I arrived and came late.

The hotel is cozy and near commercial district of legaspi.

WoW! As in wow. Sayang kasi saglit lang kami sa hotel dahil flight na namin ng 6am. All amenities and the room (even the bathroom, pangmayaman huhu), 10 out of 10 talaga. Super classy, clean, cool, complete needs from towel, coffee and all. Definitely will book again here kapag nag visit ulit ako sa bicol for personal and work travel ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Sulit every penny! Also, the staffs and even the owner mismo is friendly and accomodating. 🙏❤️ From the cost (na sulit talaga kapag nakita mo ung room), the rooms with amenities to staffs - 100% super recommended! Friendly staff, checked in at 10am. The room is large and clean, you can see the volcano from the window. Breakfast is silong and coffee. Good location - the bus station is a 10-minute walk away. Cons - Wi-Fi disappears, no hot water, the door to the room opens with difficulty.
