Service attitude is very good But it was too old and noisy. The ventilation system kept making noises of parts falling off for more than 10 hours. So I chose a room with a bathroom and toilet. I wanted convenience, but I didn't expect that it would be inconvenient to take a bath. The bathtub was too small and there was bleach in the water. The smell, and the water in the bathtub is still completely wet even if there is a shower curtain blocking the floor. It is very uncomfortable. The wind power of the hair dryer is close to zero. It is recommended to bring your own hair dryer, otherwise it will really collapse. The hotel may be too old. I really don’t recommend it if you want to enjoy skiing. This hotel has been in a state of collapse. I stayed there for four nights and it was really uncomfortable. Then when the room was cleaned, the floor was not vacuumed. The room was really dirty and the slippers were rusty in it... In short, I will not come again! ! ! Really ruined a good ski trip

The atmosphere looks rural, quiet, suitable for relaxation. Good food, good service. When returning to Himalayas, the hotel arranged a car to take us to the train station. Excellent service.

It seems that renovation work will be underway until December 15th. Ritchia is very nice. The buffet was also very enjoyable with a very extensive menu.

The hotel is in a great location, with a car rental company and a large supermarket across the street. There aren't many dining options nearby. There's a smoky yakitori restaurant and a Western-style hamburger place. Breakfast is simple and all-you-can-eat. There's a ********* lady at the front desk who speaks Chinese. It's close to the bus stop, and you can go up to the rooftop to watch the stars.

The food is very attentive, and the scenery outside the window is also beautiful. However, the opening hours of the large bath are too short, which is a fly in the ointment.

The service was great and kindly responded! The building is old, but nostalgia from old is also full. I enjoyed it very much with a Refa dryer in the room and a shampoo bar with various shampoos from Paula! The meal was luxurious and delicious. It was a great trip.

Although the hotel is a bit old, it is well-equipped, neat and clean, and the indoor and outdoor baths are also very comfortable. It is only a 10-minute walk to nearby restaurants. If you take the hotel's special car, it only takes 5 minutes to get to Gala Ski Resort or Echigo Yuzawa Station!

One of the nearest accommodation to Gala Yuzawa Ski Resort and shuttle via a mini bus is available. Shuttle bus goes to Echigo Yuzawa station too. It is walking distance from Gala Yuzawa. Approach any staff at the Ski Resort with the telephone number of the hotel to request for it. Stayed there for a few night for snowboarding. Breakfast selection was fabulous with two local Japanese sake available! The room is big, clean and well furnished. It even come with a great view! Onsen street which is the street lined with restaurant is 10-15mins walk away. I recommend making reservation for dinner if you do not intend to go out for dinner. Great service is one of the key reason why I would return to stay!
