The room was clean and tidy, very close to the airport, and offered a free shuttle to Meilan Airport. Even though I arrived in the middle of the night, the hotel still provided excellent service. There are also snacks and convenience stores nearby. It's a wise choice for a layover or transit.

Every single staff member at the front desk was incredibly responsible, polite, and genuinely went out of their way to provide suggestions and feedback to guests. I was extremely satisfied with their service. Both the two gentlemen on the morning shift and the two ladies on the evening shift were so friendly and welcoming. Besides the excellent location of the hotel, I must also highlight the breakfast – it was absolutely fantastic! The ingredients were fresh, healthy, nutritious, and delicious. This was a very satisfying stay. Big shoutout to Ji Hotel! Thumbs up! 👍☺️

24-hour free shuttle service to/from Haikou Meilan International Airport and Meilan Station twice: Arrived in the early morning, and the pick-up service was incredibly convenient. Truly excellent service. The hotel is also very comfortable, and it offers great value for money near the airport. Even the standard room beds are large, which is a definite plus.

I arrived at 11 PM, and the lady at the front desk was incredibly warm and even helped me with my luggage all the way to my room. I really appreciate it. The hotel is right in Qilou Old Street, which is super convenient. You can just step out and start exploring right away.

Booked the mini room but got a free upgrade from the hotel. Aside from that, the hotel has many amenities which is great for a solo traveller. The hotel is also located right in the middle of 骑楼老街 and many other attractions. So it is absolutely friendly for both family and group travellers as it minimises travelling. AND the staffs were great and helpful!! 酒店免费为我升级了房型。除此之外，酒店的设施非常齐全 - 看起来挺新的。酒店的地理位置也非常方便，刚好在许多景点的中央 - 非常适合家庭旅游，主要是方便！最后，酒店的前台小姐姐们非常热情。

This hotel is truly excellent! It's the best I've stayed at during my Hainan trip. Both my friends and family loved it. It's quiet at night, no noise at all, and the room was very clean. The front desk staff were very attentive; they saw we had a child and gave us special care. Oh, and they offer free coffee on the first floor, which is a nice touch!

The front desk staff member was incredibly enthusiastic and kindly helped me with my numerous bags 😊. He was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are located in different buildings depending on the room type, but they're not far from each other. I stayed in building C, which was a mid-rise, and the elevator wait wasn't too long. The room had a fresh, clean style, and from the side of the balcony, you could even catch a glimpse of the sea near Coconut Dream Corridor, haha. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and there was a small kitchen next to it, equipped with a spatula, bowls, a cutting board, knives, and a rice cooker. It was quite well-stocked, though you need to buy your own condiments. Although the weather wasn't great today, it was still better than rain – even a cloudy Dadonghai looks beautiful 😁

The hotel has an excellent environment, is well-equipped, and perfectly located. It's very close to the 'Romance of the Song Dynasty' show and also near shopping malls, making it super convenient for getting around. Highly recommended!

Facilities: All the amenities expected of a business hotel are available. Cleanliness: The cleanliness was quite good. Environment: The surrounding area is relatively quiet and not far from the beach. Service: Free parking is available, but spaces are limited.
