The room is clean this time. It was a beautiful room. It was good to be a twin as a wide 々. However, it is a pity that I couldn't want a non-smoking room because there were only ”partial non-smoking” or smoking rooms on the reservation site at the time of booking. As a result, I was glad that I was able to call directly and change to a non-smoking room, but I felt that I wanted you to prepare a lot of completely non-smoking rooms. I feel unfair when I think that I could use it at a cheaper price in a smoking room. I am satisfied because the breakfast was very delicious in the buffet style. The correspondence of the staff was also kind.

Superb onsen hotel. We took sea view and it was superb with a small balcony. Room are very confortable and big. Onsen was excellent with an outside bath looking at the bay. We had dinner also and it was 5 star. Staff were super helpful (front desk, restaurant etc)

It was my first time staying in Iwate. When I arrived at the hotel, the lobby was crowded, so I had to wait in line. The man who helped me was very kind and I was able to check in smoothly. He was very helpful. The room was also well-cleaned, so I was able to spend a relaxing and peaceful day. My family and I have talked about staying here again if we ever go to Iwate (Morioka).

Next to the train station. When compared to other hotels, there aren’t many amenities to use. But they do have the necessary amenities.

A very historic hot spring hotel founded in 1900, the rooms and so on are very clean. The service is completely in accordance with tradition, all the service staff in the hotel are very polite, the dinner breakfast is very good, and the dinner on the second night follows the tradition and is more advanced than the first night. The most rare thing is that breakfast is also made in accordance with the traditional Japanese set meal, which is really rare, because many high-end hot spring hotels have changed to buffet breakfast. Good for those who love a strong shower after an exhausting day. There is an outdoor onsen which is open overnight.

The hotel has an excellent location, surrounded by restaurants and large supermarkets, and provides free parking. The double room is large enough and has an oversized balcony for guests to use. The breakfast was also very good, I really couldn't find anything to fault.

Stayed for one night before heading to Geto Kogen ski resort. Right opposite the train station with restaurants and Lawson within walking distance. The breakfast was quite nice too and the price was very reasonable. Had an enjoyable stay overall.
