Hello I’ve been there last week with my brother so I arrived at the hotel around midnight and I wanna check in so I’ve waited so long about that. The hotel was so big and looks great. In my room was a bit dirty and my room dont have AC! So it’s my bad I didn’t read in description they dont have AC but my room has a big fan and yess pretty loud when we slept

Staffs were very helpful and they even let me checkin late because of flight delay, which was after 12am. They even helped me to eat my food in the reception tables in 2 am bc i disnt have chance to grab dinner. Bathroom was super clean and as you can see in the pixture, they even have hair dryer and shower gels

The location is a certain distance from the subway. A little closer to the bus and tram station. Why the eating place nearby is a bit deserted. Hygiene feels very general. The noise of cars coming and going outside sleeping at night is very noisy. The equipment is okay, each bed has a charging port and a bedside light. If you bring a lock yourself, there are also cabinets that can be locked. Breakfast is provided, which is pretty average, but you don’t have to go out and look for it again. The toilet and bathroom are separate, which is good.

I highly recommend this small hotel in Brussels. And I would like to thank Monique, the receptionist, for her homely welcome and efficiency. She is a perfect hospitality expert and a nice personality. The place is impeccably clean: the linen, towels, bathroom, public areas. There is a nice catering area and a pretty small yard. The location is very convenient. I am definitely going to stay at this hotel on my future visits.

GGarciaAntonioVery well-located hotel next to the Cinquantenaire Park and the metro. The room and bathroom were clean and renovated. However, the room faced the street, which is quite noisy (buses, trams). The mattress was extremely hard, and the room was next to the breakfast room. At 5:30 a.m., we were woken up by the noise of people clearing the tables and setting out the plates and cutlery.

AAnonymous UserCheck in was fast and friendly. The dorm and common rooms were very clean (cleaned daily). Even though the bed had metal frames is was not making noises and very comfortable. Additionally to the en suite bathroom there were more on the hallway and I never had to wait. Only thing is the noise from the street was pretty loud even at night when the windows are opened. Its about 10min walk to the Grand Place.

HHAL_xoshxoI did a late check-in. The reception is open 24 hours so I was able to check in with peace of mind. It was hard to work at night so as not to disturb other guests. There are no curtains for the beds. There is a bathroom and toilet in one room.

It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the central station and the North Station. There is a McDonald's within three minutes. The six-person female room I stayed in was too low to sleep safely. There was no curtain. It was recommended to wear an eye mask. Everyone had a locker, but it seemed that the suitcase could not be stuffed. After checking out, you can also store your luggage for free, which is great! Overall, the experience was good.

There are six beds, including two separate small beds. You can choose whatever you want when you arrive early. There are windows, sirens are constantly sounding, two toilets, and a bathroom.
Because I stayed for two days, based on my observation, they provide bed sheets, etc., but the quilts are not changed, only the sheets are changed. If you cover yourself with a quilt directly, it is equivalent to covering yourself with a quilt that has been covered by a person.
The overall experience is average. If you are not alone, you would not stay here.
