It's 20 mins walk to Union Station and 15 mins walk to Union Market. Bus station & few convenience stores nearby. However, there are plenty of homeless asking for money where I have to circle around to avoid them following me into the building. Apartment is spacious but the door banging sound is loud. Homeless yelling downstairs is also annoying. Nice to have washer, dryer with washing tablets and drying paper. Dish washing tablets are also provided. Complete utensils (I think cos I did not use them) and 2 bottles of water. I like the dripping coffee. Receptionists were all poker face and told me there is no bottle water when I called to check. Open door for me when the door access machine is not working but she complaint a bit. Overall satisfied and recommend to stay here.
The hotel boasts an excellent location and spacious rooms. It's incredibly convenient for visiting iconic landmarks and museums, with plenty of fast-food options nearby. Its close proximity to Washington Reagan International Airport also makes it ideal for travelers without a car.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the University of Washington and a ten-minute walk from the Lincoln Memorial Reflection Lake. The rooms are not big or luxurious, but the facilities are very clean and functional, and the shower water is also large.
Stayed four nights for a conference across the street at the Hilton. I have stayed here once before and had a good stay. It seems to have gone downhill, as the service was terrible no matter who I spoke to at the front desk. Housekeeping never came my entire stay despite: 1) being told housekeeping is every 2 days (according to one person ) or 3 days (according to a different person); 2) requesting trash pickup, extra hangars, two clean towels on Day 2 and being told it would happen while I was gone for the day; 3) requesting it again on the next day since it didn't happen previously. Again, I returned to my room at the end of the day and it had not happened. Explained this to the front desk upon checkout on Day 4 and they were ”shocked.” No attempt to rectify/compensate though. Another problem was I missed a delivery one evening because the phone was not working in my room. They never fixed it. I was dealing with a different person each time and not a single one was able to address any of the above issues. Last time I am staying here.

Perfectly placed in Dupont Circle SIXTY DC is a dynamic and stylish stay in the most powerful capital in the world. With 73 rooms suites and the premium Treasury Suite flanked by Casamara Restaurant Reynolds Lounge and the Rooftop this is where power suits meet leather jackets and where diplomacy dances with desire.
The location is really wonderful! It’s close to the most famous places like the White House and DuPont Circle. you only need to take a bus to go to Georgetown. It’s about 10 minutes. The room is clean and I really recommend the restaurant on the ground floor! Overall this is a nice place to stay at when traveling in dc!
I had a fantastic stay at the Holiday Inn Washington-Central/White House! The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to the White House and many of the city’s major attractions. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and very well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any questions or requests.
The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a pleasant stay. The bed was especially cozy, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after a busy day exploring the city. The complimentary Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and the business center was a great touch for any work-related tasks.
What I loved most was the convenience of having a restaurant on-site, serving delicious meals in a cozy setting. The breakfast options were varied and tasty, giving me a good start to my day.
I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Washington, D.C. It’s the perfect balance of comfort, location, and value. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip

Good solid hotel just over the road from Union Train Station. Room was a fantastic size, clean but could be a little noisy at night from the traffic outside. The hotel does supply ear plugs but we didn’t need them. Would really recommend if you want to be around the Capital Hill area. Certainly would book again

The location is very close to the famous street, the White House, a few minutes walk to Georgetown University, the health is also very good, the 1305 restaurant downstairs is very good and worth trying! As the most convenient mid-range hotel facilities from Georgetown University, it is also very good!

GGuest UserGood staff. Excellent location. Hotel/apartment solution, despite the non-new moquette. Excellent wifi connection. Cleaning to improve.
NNovax2 bedrooms and 1 living room. There are 2 large beds in the room. The sofa in the living room can be unfolded into a large bed. There is a mattress, but it is soft, so it is suitable for children. It is difficult to sleep with one big and one small. Turning over will make a creaking sound, so it is most suitable for big children who sleep soundly, so as not to affect the quality of sleep. There are 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped, but there is no supermarket nearby, so buying ingredients is a problem. The hotel can buy them for you and charges a 30-dollar courier fee. There is a small supermarket in the hotel where you can buy snacks and water. Breakfast includes scrambled eggs, waffles, sausages, oatmeal and other hot foods, and drinks are all iced. Self-service coffee, hot water is provided in the self-service coffee area. The hotel has free water filling equipment, so bottled water is not provided. It will change slightly every day. The hotel parking fee is about 53 dollars. There are many parking lots around, but it is also quite expensive (I don’t remember the specific price). You can take the subway Silver Line to Dulles Airport, which is 6.75 one-way plus 2 yuan card fee. It takes about 1 hour to get to the airport. Walk to the national mall area, about 10-15 minutes walk

DDawenxiaojiejieFacilities: Basic needs can also be met
Hygiene: OK, stayed for a few days without letting the waiter clean the room
Environment: The location is very good. The White House, the various attractions and museums of the Congress are nearby. There are still a lot of old black tramps on the street, but they will not take the initiative to talk to you.

Jjoshua snyderThe concierge was very helpful and gave good advice about where to get food. Didn't use any facilities, I thought the breakfast was complimentary and when I got down there in the morning I found out that was false. I thought the prices were a little steep for breakfast so I passed on that. Overall had a good time though.
GGuest UserThe room hygiene is OK and meets the standards
The hotel is on the first floor, and there is a strong odor every day
Hotel service: There is a reason for giving a bad review. On the first night, we found a stranger hiding outside our door, so we called the front desk for help. We called three times, and the front desk promised us that they would come up to check, but they didn't. They kept asking us to wait, and then there was no more. I don't know why, but that night I felt that I was in a very dangerous situation and was very nervous. I blocked the cat's eye and put something on the door handle. This is how Courtyard treats customer needs. Still pay attention to safety
GGuest UserHotel stay was nice, easy check in, valet was not orginized safely and had us stopping in the middle of the road to get out and offload luggage. There was not a designated, safe area for valet to handle the vehicles. Elevator smelled like sweaty workers and had poor air circulation, the hall way smelt like ****(not always a bad thing, just not at that time and place), and the most disappointing thing was the horrible service upstairs at the ”resturaunt and bar.” Service was non-existent and they were not busy in the slightest, the music was all ”hard” rap music cursing that was not appropriate at that time considering there were still families present. My wife and I sat there for 30 minutes before I had to ask the bartender to make us a drink and I had to pay the bill at the hostess stand since our waiter never came at any point.
