Staff is super friendly and helpful, making a little bit of conversation and a laugh at every encounter.
There was a strike from the metro and bus services on the day we were supposed to leave and they notified us early so that we could keep that in mind on our route towards the train station. Even offering to bring us if neccesairy.
Room was super clean, breakfast is very complete for 10€ extra. All-in-all a great stay.
They have a very nice outdoor garden/lounge area where you can buy a drink and sit peacefully too.
Thanks for the great stay!

A decent hotel in a good location, near the train station. Rome is honestly not that big, thus this was nearer to all the main attractions than I expected. The room's style seems a little old, but hey you're not going to be spending your time there (you'll be out on the streets), and its a comfortable and clean space to come back to each night. We also had a private patio access from our room which was lovely too

We arrived very late. Although there was no staff, it was very convenient to enter with the password. The four passwords also made people feel more at ease. The hotel is located across the street from the airport bus station of Termini Railway Station, which is very friendly to us who are catching the bus in the early morning of the next day. The area around the hotel is noisy, but the room is still very quiet. There is a shared kitchen where you can cook. There is a water dispenser. The hotel facilities are relatively old. The quilt is just a thin blanket. The air conditioner can be turned on but not very powerful. It was quite cold all night. From the price-performance ratio and location, it is generally satisfactory.
The hotel is very new and the location is very good. It is a 15-minute walk from the Vatican Museum. There is also an old coffee shop nearby for breakfast. The young lady at the front desk is very enthusiastic and helpful. She will send an email in advance to confirm the arrival time and inform the details of the password lock. Please pay attention to the mailbox.

Very nice private terrace and other shared terrace. We went there on December/January me and my husband and we liked the place so much everything you need for nice trip in Rome but there was some noise from the street but it went out after 12

GGuest UserGood location. I like to walk, so I was able to walk to the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain. Breakfast was also good. However, the shower room is very small.
GGuest UserThe hotel has a convenient location, two steps from the Trevi Fountain. Overall, you can stay here for a couple of nights, but next time I'll look for something more comfortable. Cleanliness is mixed: on the one hand, the room was cleaned every day, bed linen and towels were changed, and the bathroom was well-cleaned. On the other hand, the carpet in the room is definitely unnecessary, why do they use it in hotels with high traffic? The carpet was poorly cleaned (or not cleaned at all) by the time we arrived, so we walked around the room exclusively in slippers. The bathroom was very stuffy, like a sauna, and we could not figure out how to deal with the air conditioning, it seemed that the bathroom was heated centrally. However, the air conditioning in the room itself did not work, but we did not contact them, since the nights were warm and we did not freeze. Yes, an important point! There is no soundproofing in the hotel at all, I woke up at night and early in the morning from footsteps in the hallway and someone's conversations.
GGuest UserOverall it's OK. The price is a little high but it's OK. The location is good. It's close to the station. The hotel facilities are old. The bathroom has a little smell. The front desk service is good. The elevator is old and can only accommodate two people. In addition, the elevator door must be closed before the person below can get on the elevator. There is a small supermarket downstairs, which is very convenient. Overall it's OK~
GGuest UserTitle: A Comfortable Stay at Hotel.Paris in Rome: Convenient Location and Helpful Staff
Introduction:
During my recent trip to Rome, I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel.Paris for four days. The overall experience was comfortable, thanks to its convenient location, helpful staff, and pleasant atmosphere. However, the repetitive breakfast menu may become monotonous for guests planning an extended stay.
Location and Accessibility:
Hotel.Paris is situated in a prime location, just a 10-minute walk from Termini, making it extremely convenient for travelers arriving by train or using public transportation. The hotel's proximity to many major attractions was a significant advantage, allowing guests to easily explore the city's landmarks and cultural sites without spending excessive time on commuting.
Comfortable Stay and Helpful Staff:
The hotel provided a comfortable stay with clean and well-maintained rooms. The ambiance was pleasant, contributing to a relaxing atmosphere after a day of sightseeing. The staff members were exceptionally helpful, offering prompt assistance and providing useful recommendations for nearby attractions and dining options. Their attentive and friendly service added to the overall positive experience.
Breakfast Experience:
One area where Hotel.Paris could improve is the breakfast menu. While the quality of the food was satisfactory, the fixed breakfast menu for all days became somewhat monotonous for guests planning to stay for more than a day. Having a limited selection of dishes might disappoint those who prefer variety or have specific dietary requirements. Introducing some variety or offering alternatives for guests staying multiple days would greatly enhance the breakfast experience.
Conclusion:
Hotel.Paris in Rome offers a comfortable and convenient stay, with its prime location and helpful staff being notable highlights. The proximity to Termini and major attractions makes it an excellent choice for travelers looking to explore the city with ease. However, the fixed breakfast menu may become monotonous for guests staying for an extended period. With a little improvement in this area, Hotel.Paris has the potential to enhance the overall guest experience and become an even more popular choice among travelers visiting Rome.
GGuest UserThe hotel is situated on a lively square. It is clean, appears newly renovated (in the rooms) and well maintained, with a reasonably attractive aesthetic. The accommodation is plain and simple: a bit student dorm-like with small rooms, but the room is pleasant, and clean, and the aircon actually works (unlike most in Italy). The lobby is staffed 24 hours a day (which is a plus), and the staff are helpful. The downsides are the small room size (oddly did not bother me) and the thin cheap doors. I chose to stay here rather than an airport hotel during a transit, and found the experience quite fun, being able to walk around Rome for a few hours overnight. ONE PROBLEM I would mention is that they are currently renovating the top 2 floors of the hotel (4 storeys) ... and it makes a lot of noise in the morning if you are trying to sleep after 8am. If you get out of the room before 8am, it probably won't bother you too much ... but if you like staying up late, I would find somewhere else to stay. Also, the hotel should warn guests of the problem, and they do not.
GGuest UserWe have booked for one night and yes, we did call them that we'll be arriving very earlier, like midnight to 1 am and asked if we can just stay in the lounge because there's also a 24-hour desk. We're probably gonna stay at least 3-4hrs tops cause we're planning to see Rome very earlier to get decent pictures before tourists arrive. They told us yes, and that we can also do earlier check-in like 1-2pm if the room is ready. We have arrived and the receptionist was very rude right from the start. There's also one foreigner before us who clearly doesn't speak Italian. The receptionist was all over the place, commenting about how come people want to book earlier, mind you we understand everything cause we also know how to speak Italian. But when it was our turn and told him everything, he basically turned us away and that we cannot stay there. It's fine, no problem, but we did asked if we could just stay a little bit to find another hotel to stay for the night, a little 10 mins won't hurt anybody but no, he did tell us to go outside and literally throw us away, mind you we're 2 girls outside of Rome at 1-2am in the morning, the least you can do is let us stay inside until we get another place to stay. After 10mins outside with no hotel to book and 3 men we're coming towards us with a bag that you can literally tell they stole, we forced ourselves back at the hotel cause we're very scared and YES, THE RECEPTIONIST TOLD US NO AGAIN, even though we told him that there are 3 men 5 ft away from us. He told us that his work is also dangerous because the door was broken, which is by the way not our fault. We didn't have a choice but to book for the night that costs us 170 euros, from 1am-11am! After we paid and got our key-door, it's like nothing happened, he's suddenly very accommodating, very talkative like he didn't throw us away 10 min ago.
This was the worst 3-star hotel I've ever been to, everything is perfect apart from that old receptionist. Never again!
LLukeTW86The hotel was a solid experience overall. Location was near a metro station, so it was easy to get around Rome. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable (although a little small). The bathroom and shower were nice and clean.
My only gripe about the hotel was the AC. It was positioned above the door, which was not facing the bed, and it was not that powerful (it was an older wall unit). It got quite warm in the hotel room, even with the AC running full power They did not have any extra fans, so I had to go out and buy a small one at Tigre. I’m
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is conveniently located, the service is warm and thoughtful, the room is clean and comfortable, and the bedding is soft and comfortable to sleep on. You can see the wishing fountain from the window. Highly recommended! Will come again next time!
DDilysLHad a great 2 nights’ stay, room’s clean & neat, spacious w/ necessary amenity, our room can enjoyed site of a museum next to the hotel. Location’s convenient with 10 minutes’ walk to main train station. Pietro, the front desk officer was friendly and helpful.
