We stayed at this hotel for the first time. We booked a triple room. From the moment we checked in, we already felt at home – the reception staff was very welcoming. We really liked the room: comfortable beds, a desk, and the bathroom had everything we needed – shampoo, soap, shower gel, body lotion, and a set of useful little extras. Breakfast was a real surprise – an excellent choice of dishes, juices, coffee, and fresh yogurt. The hotel has a rooftop terrace, accessible from the 4th floor via stairs. The view is stunning. There are a few exercise machines and a sunbed area where you can sunbathe. The hotel is just a couple of minutes’ walk from Rome’s main railway station – very convenient.

The hotel is very close to Termini Station. If you take the street with restaurants and a small supermarket, it's fine. But the other street has homeless people and a urine smell. The room isn't small, and the mattress is comfortable, with simple decor and good air conditioning. However, the details are a bit lacking. The shower leaks, and the sheets had stains. I asked the front desk to change them, but they weren't changed when I came back in the evening. The safe was broken, and no one came to fix it. Breakfast is simple and had small flies.

The environment here is really terrible, worse than a 200 RMB budget hotel in China. The decor is incredibly basic. I've been in Italy for a week now, and the hotels in Rome on my first night and then Venice were both cheaper than this place, but their overall cleanliness and decor were much better. This is the first time I've felt this disappointed; I really couldn't resist leaving a bad review. Not giving one would be an injustice to this environment.
