It's extremely close to the hospital, just a short walk away. There are also plenty of eateries around. The staff were very friendly. The bathroom was spacious, and the WiFi was fast.
Booked this hotel for 1 night. It is a budget hotel and worth with the price. Even though a bit old and the facilities is not so tip top, but it still ok and comfortable. Their staff were friendly and helpful. Not far from the Siti Khadijah market, walking distance in about 10minutes. Not so bad.
2nd time staying at this place.
This time got a room at 1st floor. Hence nearer to restaurant below. So for light sleeper better request for higher floors.
Oh ya, by the way, no lift ya. Staircase all the way.
In the room, the internet connection relies entirely on the hotel's Wi-Fi, likely due to the lack of windows affecting mobile data reception. Internet speed was slow at night. Plenty of parking is available, including open street parking. It's decent enough for a solo traveler.
”I had a great stay at this hotel! The room was clean, well-maintained, and had a cozy atmosphere. The location was very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and dining spots. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. The amenities were simple yet thoughtful, including a workspace, a mirror, and a kettle for convenience. The air conditioning worked well, ensuring a comfortable stay. While the space was a bit compact, it was still a great value for the price. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant and hassle-free stay!”
For families with babies, no fridge in here. Cheap enough for the price though so just an fiy. Then, the exhaust fan in the toilet were very loud (It's link with the toilet light). Would disturb sleep if you're a light sleeper. Advertise for its Muslim friendly, but still no tap water at knee height for easy absolution, there's tap water at the sink, bidet (with the trigger) and a shower head.
The room was comfortable, but cleanliness was an issue. The TV channels were difficult to use. I tried repeatedly to reach customer service via WhatsApp and phone calls, but received no response. Check-in instructions were only provided on the day I was due to check in.
The location is strategic, close to shops in the city center. The elevators were fast. Security was good, and parking was convenient. The Ibis cafe was also enjoyable.
However, the area leading to the parking lot felt quite run-down despite being new. It was full of cobwebs, and the lights weren't working.
There is not much space to move around in the room. Bathroom has no shower stall so what you get is a wet and slippery floor if you go in after someone’s used the shower. No wardrobe or closet just a few hangers on a railing . Even though there’s an electric water jug what is provided is paper cups . Meaning you are not able to re-use the cups if you want to make hot drinks again. Very very basic amenities.
The room is clean, there are mineral water provided & even dental kit for use. There are infinity swimming pool that faces the city view. Right below the residency there are convenient shops, restaurants & cafés.

AAnonymous UserPros: strategic location, spacious room, apartment style with pantry
Cons: bathroom seriously need and upgrade, mold everywhere and do not look clean. The room also have a look wear and tear. Need and upgrade as well.
The hotel is in a very good location, room spacious and definitely the area have a Madinah/Mecca like feeling. Easy to go to Muhammadi mosque. But the hotel ia in serious need of an upgrade and renovation.
