Overall, I was quite satisfied with my stay. The place was clean and comfortable, and the service was good. My only complaints are that the hotel has no elevator, which made carrying luggage a bit inconvenient, and the room lighting was a little too dim. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay

Reasonably priced and comfortable to stay with decent bed,shower and airconditioner. Theres free parking space and common hot and cold water dispenser. The staff is friendly and the location is good away from the noisy main road but nearby to places of interest. Recommended for those travelling on a budget

the good thing,hotel is center of Kota Bahru.bed is comfortable.aircond is good.lift working good and not crowded when we there.there is a gym also. restaurant is just side of hotel,food no issue at all.there is convenience shop in the hotel.near hotel also Ghibli Coffee,nice for hang out. the minus,no water bottle inside the room.if extra pillow will be much better. oveall,we stayed multiple times at this hotel and never regret to repeat again.

Из плюсов только расположение 2 минуты от басстейшн Номера убитые ,очень старые ,сразу хочется сделать ремонт) Удивительно ,что написано построен в 24 году ,за год невозможно так убить помещение Да как будто жил в подъезде ,где тушат окурки об стену Спасибо парню на ресепшн ,что разрешил пожить 2 ночи без депозита

My effort to change the check-in date from 25.12.2025 to the date of 26.12.2025 was not approved by the hotel owner even though I applied for a change 2 weeks before the date allowed UTK to get free cencelation. I call the hotel keeper. Hotel minta call Trip Com I called help desk Trip.Com.... they said they can help if the hotel agrees. I called again the hotel keeper ... they understand that they didn't accept what the call from Trip.Com . I still check in 26.12.2026 3H2M

The stay at Hotel O Rayyan Soffea was okay. The room was basic and clean, but nothing special. Facilities are limited, so it’s more suitable just for a short stopover. The location is convenient, but parking can be a bit tight. Staff service was fine, though not very attentive. Overall, it’s decent if you just need a place to rest, but don’t expect too much.

The hotel location is in the middle of town.. so many shop and local restaurant u can enjoy

Clean and very condusive to stay.. only provide body shower for customer, should provide shampoo and tooth paste also.. not all customers bring their own toothpaste.. otherwise 9/10 star.

Excellent staffs and Services provided Greatly recommended to be here again. Most Welcome staffs and Really friendly.

The room is very clean and comfortable. Parking is very easy if you want to take out or put bags in the car. There is also provide ‘sejadah’ for solat. There are also many CCTV outside the room and in the area near the hotel.
