The room is spacious and affordable, with a shopping mall downstairs, and Chinese restaurants nearby. Taxis are also readily available. It's one of my favorite hotels, and I'll definitely stay here again next time. Haha.

A few minutes of walk to the domestic terminal. A few more minutes if you are coming from / heading to the international terminal. The room was in general decent. Nice bed and furniture. However, we were unlucky to have some really noisy customers staying next door and they chatted very loudly at very late night which disturbed our sleep. They only stopped after we sought help but then they did it again and we had to seek help again. The hotel probably needs to do some work re the walls between the rooms.

The hotel environment is good. I stayed there for a exhibition. There's a convenience store downstairs and many Chinese restaurants.

I had such a pleasant stay at Model J Hotel Jakarta. The hospitality from the staff was truly wonderful. Everyone at the front office and the housekeeping team greeted me warmly and made me feel very welcome. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully arranged, which made my stay even more enjoyable. It was a lovely experience overall, and I’m really happy to have found this hotel. If I return to Jakarta in the future, I would definitely love to stay here again. Thank you for the great hospitality. I would like to sincerely compliment Shinta at the front desk for her exceptional service. From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly friendly, warm, and welcoming. Her genuine smile and positive attitude immediately made me feel comfortable. Shinta was also very helpful throughout my stay. She handled everything efficiently, answered all my questions patiently, and went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed. Clean, comfortable, spacious. The staff are superb. David the airport shuttle driver and Abhi (I think) were very helpful. Breakfast was basic, but it’s good enough. Will definitely stay again in the future. However, the airport shuttle should be more than just 3 times in a day.

The room was simply gorgeous. To be fair, the entire hotel looks well designed and maintained. The bed is so soft that we overslept everyday 😂😂The couch by the window is a nice touch to watch the views outside. We were blessed with beautiful sunsets while we were there. Food: The breakfast buffet includes western and Indonesian cuisine. I actually preferred the fruits prepared at dinner than breakfast. You can choose to eat at the restaurant on the 6th floor or ground floor, both serve the same meals at the same time. The prices are a bit steep but totally worth the taste. There is an ice cream bar on the ground floor😋😋😋 Amenities: There’s a pool and jacuzzi on the 16th floor. The jacuzzi is large enough for a group of about 6 friends to comfortably sit in there. We had massages while we were there, quite an average experience. What was supposed to be a 90-minute experience was greatly shortened with no explanation. The facial was below average and should be cut out of the treatment if there are no individuals trained to provide the service. The massage rooms look spectacular with a private shower and bath. Perhaps include some aromatic elements to elevate the experience.

Had a fantastic stay! The room was spotless and tidy, with comfortable bedding and excellent natural light and ventilation. All the facilities were complete and worked perfectly. The front desk staff were warm and efficient, responding to requests promptly. The location is convenient for transportation and has a wide variety of dining options. Overall, it offers incredible value for money, making it suitable for both leisure and business trips. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!
