I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. A special mention to ROYIN and LU YONG JI they truly made my stay memorable. Royin was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always had a warm smile, ensuring that I felt comfortable and well taken care of. Lu Yong Ji went above and beyond to assist me with everything I needed, showing great professionalism and kindness throughout my stay. Their genuine hospitality and positive attitude really reflect the high standards of the hotel. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area not only for the beautiful environment but also for the amazing staff who make you feel right at home.

Lovely accomodation. The overall service was warm and friendly. The eggplant parmesan was my favorite dish as well as fresh juice. The room looked just like the pictures. They do seem to need a bit more staff to cook and serve when the dining area gets busy. Pre-ordering meals doesn't necessarily mean that all food will be ready at once. Our friends had about 40 minutes wait between dishes. Also, the first morning, breakfast was served beuatifully. The second morning, we had to inquire about different parts of our breakfast since it was not all served at once. Overall, very kind service with a smile. The welcome fruit was a nice touch.

Very good location. From airport stop at Ding'an Road and walk around 500 metres to Yongjin Plaza. Take lift to 5th floor. All bed brand new and comfortable. Laundry available to use for free. Washer, dryer, detergent and steam iron provided for free. Gym also available. Nearby to West Lake. Walking distance to halal restaurant and Hubin Yintai and Fountain Music. Fountain music start at 7:30pm. Get there early to secure your position in front of Grand Hyatt Hotel. Recommended to traveller.

I really enjoyed my time at European Style Theme Smart Hotel. The hotel’s European-inspired design gives it a unique charm, and the modern smart features made the stay extra convenient. The room was spotless, well-decorated, and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing night’s rest. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location made it easy to get around the area. Overall, this hotel combines style, comfort, and technology beautifully—I’d happily stay here again!

Perfect location to stay. Even in 38 degree you can explore many coffees and local food just after stepping out of hotel.They even have a bar on terrace.Special thanks to the staff as they supported a lot for cooking baby food for my 1y kid and also for late Checkout. Perfect location subway is just 5min walk and also you can take didi from 2 min walk. Street in front of hotel is very relaxing. Will come again .

The room was quite spacious. They offered complimentary breakfast for children, and we also received welcome fruit and a small parting gift. Complimentary sodas and snacks were available on the first floor. The breakfast included several Indian-inspired vegetarian options. The hotel is also conveniently located near the International Trade City, with plenty of international restaurants in the vicinity. Overall, a very good stay.

The Hotel is a really good Choice.We have been staying here already for 3 times. It offers a friendly reception,very near location to Futian Marcet. There is always free icecream between 3.pm-6.pm and at the reception are the possibility to get little items for body cleaning free. The hotel is just new renovated and everything is very clean. The breakfast in the morning is very rich. The cook offers personally fresh made eggs,chinese soup,or pancakes. There is a good balance of european and asian Cousine. The pictures on Booking com or Trip com are showing the reality. This is a type of low budget Hotel we really like. We can recommend the place 100 per cent Andi and Juana

Good location at the center of the town. Near to West Lake scenic area by 10mins bike. Price through Trip.com discount is worth it. Appreciate more hooks to hang clothes important towel in the toilet. I prefer brighter room with more lights.

A very cosy and beautiful homestay. The lady boss was very friendly and gave us a lot recommendations on food and how to move around. Next to the gate of Wuzhen water town so was very convenient. Only issue is that is that the toilet area are using clear glass so a little inconvenient if not traveling as couple. There is still a curtain to draw.

Hotel is very close to YIWU international trade-city . Just in walking distance. Has a very good breakfast. Rooms are clean but some of the bedsheets and quilt covers are damaged with cigarette.
