Confortable bed and bedding. Need electrical adaptors for devices, but there's a hair dryer provided. Room and hotel are equal to what a US hotel provides. However, rooms don't have A/C, so you need to prop open the big window for air. Bathroom is big enough, toilet and walk-in shower are US-style, and water pressure is strong and warm enough. An R2D2 robot delivers requested food or water bottles to rooms. There is no fitness center or spa. Hotel is walkable to restarauants (10-15 min) but no convenience stores or supermarkets nearby. However, the lobby has a small convenience store room that is open sometimes.

I wasn't expecting this caliber of hotel in a smaller town such as Jilin. It is better than some 5 star hotels I've stayed at in other larger cities in China. Our room was extremely large, as we were able to accommodate two additional friends in our room for lunch with plenty of space to spare. Speaking of lunch, the delivery to the room was delivered via robot, much to our son's delight. The room and bathroom were both clean and well appointed. Nothing felt run down or low rent. The generously sized bath tub was put to good use for bathing our son, as well as soaking in a relaxing bath. The staff was extremely professional and catered to our special needs, including a crib and extra care for our son. Would also like to mention the busboy (礼宾部田静润) who was extremely helpful in loading/unloading of our extra large luggage into the taxi.

Because we booked a special tatami room in advance, he was afraid that we southerners would not be used to it, so he upgraded our room type. When we arrived at the hotel, he patiently took us to see two types of rooms. The breakfast was very rich, and the facilities in all aspects were also very smart. The children especially liked the tatami, but the water temperature for taking a shower was a little low, and the drain was a little slow. Everything else was great. I forgot to take a picture of the room as a whole, so I'll post a picture of the Burhatong River in front of the hotel. 😄 By the way, Wanda is not far from the hotel, and it is very close to Chaoyangchuan Airport and West Station, very convenient!

Yu Lingshan provided very good service and helped to book tours and cars, which was very convenient. The hotel also provided breakfast. Although the main meal was at our own expense, we ate there twice and both were very delicious.

Li Yucang at the front desk was very enthusiastic and informed us of many things. He also cared about our stay experience during our stay, which was really heartwarming. The hotel is in a good location, with a commercial street on the first floor and very close to the ski resort, which is very convenient. The interior decoration style of the room is simple yet elegant, and the quality is reflected in the details. The bedding is soft and comfortable, allowing me to sleep peacefully every night and relax my body and mind. This stay experience is great, and I will give priority to this hotel in the future.

Booked this hotel due to VIP tianchi & free 3 hrs ski. However, we are still resolving an issue of refunding deposit. Deposit of 1300 was not claimed due to rushing of check out. It was a tricky refund and process is taking long due to cash was involved. Hope it can resolve soon. Overall, the welcoming and service is excellent. However, the hotel is abit inaccessible. This means it hard to get to town and food choices are limited unless u pay rmb 80 to town. 2 places to dine in hotel- level 1 skewer and steamboat buffet 188 per pax and level 2 korean food. Please dont dine at Korean restaurant. The food is expensive and not nice. The beef soup and meat doesn’t have any beef taste and waiter reply adding chili to spice the soup. This doesn’t mean any sende as the soup will taste chili instead of beef.

A great hotel, great value for money! It's not good in one aspect, but a hotel that is particularly good in all aspects. It is almost perfect in this price range of tourist attractions! It is the best hotel I have ever stayed in! Highly recommended! There are couple of things that I love about this hotel and some things that they can be improve. 1. Hotel is nice, bed is comfy as expected 2 . Very near to the mall, where there are tons of delicious food/ restaurants there 3. There is subway just beside the hotel which is very convenient if you choose to take subway 4. Breakfast is varies from Chinese to western which is great. I usually have omelette, toasted bread, coffee and juices. We had issue with the air purifier, and asked for someone to fix it then seems it couldn’t be fixed, then they keep coming back coz after 5 mins of use it’s broken again. We asked to change to another one, at first they keep saying that no way that it’s broken, but it is broken. Finally they changed, but they wasted our time, we wanted to sleep early instead having them in the room with us. This kind service should be improved. They should just take it away and fixed it somewhere else and not to disturb guests.

The location is good, the attractions are all around, the old site of Changying is opposite, there is a mountain next door, and the No. 54 tram is downstairs. The hotel has a good sanitary environment, especially the service staff has a good attitude and first-class service. Special praise for the beautiful staff named Hu at the front desk, who is responsible for her work and solved many problems for us. Very good accommodation experience.

I had the most wonderful stay at the Crowne Plaza Changbaishan! The room was exceptionally spacious and impeccably clean, which immediately made us feel comfortable. The staff were incredibly considerate and attentive, always ensuring that every need was met promptly. A special thank you to 邹明 and 小张 for going above and beyond to make our stay even more memorable. Although tickets to Changbaishan were sold out they we’re able to secure some in arrangements to great experience going above and beyond  The hot springs were absolutely amazing—so relaxing and rejuvenating. We also indulged in the massages, which were top-notch and truly relaxing. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options that catered to every taste. Overall, the service, amenities, and atmosphere made this an unforgettable experience. We’re already looking forward to our next visit! The check-in experience was very good! The hotel called to make an appointment for the high-speed rail station pick-up one day in advance. The driver Wang Yan was very enthusiastic to help with the luggage. On the way to the hotel, he took us through the Genting Market and the Merganser Park. He introduced these two attractions to us in advance, so that we didn't even have to make a guide! In the next few days, we said we wanted to go to the Edelweiss Park, and he sent us there for free; we said we wanted to go ice fishing, and he also picked us up for free. Through the corridor to the opposite side of the river is the hotel's hot spring area, which has several hot springs of different sizes, and there is also a popular iron pot stew, which is really unique in style! The hotel's breakfast is Cantonese style, with siu mai, xiaolongbao, steamed spare ribs, steamed chicken feet, fried rice noodles, etc. There are not many varieties, but it is very friendly to us Cantonese people! Lunch and dinner can be solved in the hotel's Shaojiu tube, the product is very good, special roast chicken, special braised butterfly fish, Northeast pig-killing dishes, Rensen pigeon soup, fresh lamb skewers and many other choices. We stayed for four nights and had dinner here every night. The dishes we ordered were different every night, and the taste was great! Chef Qin is very nice. He gave us some extra free dishes every night, from Changbai Mountain wild vegetables to peanuts for drinking, and he gave them away at hand! I have stayed in many five-star hotels, and so far Erdaobaihe is the one I am most satisfied with in Zhihe!

Located in the central part of Erdaobaihe Town, Changbai Mountain, and the town is not big, it is very convenient to travel. It may be limited by the season. There is only a half-year tourist season, and the other half is deserted, so the hotel's facilities and services are indeed different from those of the same level hotels in big cities. But it is still good in a small town and suitable for short trips. There is a hot spring on the rooftop. It is perfect to soak in the hot spring at night after climbing the mountain during the day to relieve fatigue.

The room was quite good and warm. There are outdoor hot springs and indoor ones. But the management is not good. Someone actually smoked in the indoor hot springs and I stopped them. I didn't go to breakfast and didn't get up. The room layout is quite good. The room service I ordered tasted good and the service was also good. The pot-fried pork and roast duck were very good. The stone pot bibimbap was very fragrant. They also gave me ginseng soap, which was very good. Wash your face and body.

This is the best hotel in Yanbian area, with luxurious facilities and five-star service standards. The exterior of the hotel is very grand, and at night it looks like a Chinese movie set. There are many places to take pictures, not only during the day, but also at night. A North Korean girl played the piano in the lobby, and the reception staff were efficient and multilingual. The breakfast was very varied and the seating was very comfortable. The room was so large that I felt like I was living in a Korean palace. I stayed in this hotel to celebrate my wedding anniversary and all I can say is wow wow. what a amazing stay I had here. if anyone is going to this hotel I recommend you to find Sophie from the reception counter. She knows what customers like and can make your stay money worth. the hotel and rooms are very clean big and all staff are so kind and helpful first time I got the feeling of a hotel stay in Changchun. Amazing stay. I like to praise the management for the awesome job but just one thing I didn’t like is the restaurant staff is very immature running and tickling each other looks a little unprofessional in a high establishment there. The Hotel Location is ok, near to city Center. Some small restaurants nearby. Outside is currently City Hall construction site. So far ok, but could be noisy at some point. Room a little old and smaller than expected. In second day, some towels and Shower gel not refilled. Pool is ok, but the Sauna and other switched off Breakfast big selection, quality so so Would rate it 4 stars in total

A decades-old hotel, renovated last year. Because I lived here when I was a child, I took a few southern friends to choose here decisively this time. The location is excellent, opposite the hotel is Nanhu Park, Guilin Road and Hongqi Street business districts are about 1.5 kilometers. There are mountains and Eurasian merchants in this neighborhood, which is very convenient. This time I booked 5 rooms. Guo Qiuyang at the front desk was also very good. The impression of friends in the south was also very good. He also presented fruit and room upgrades. A great experience. Some comments are also mentioned: 1. Because the temperature setting of the room after check-in is 28 degrees 29 degrees is very hot. Sleeping at night feels very uncomfortable. Trying to turn on the cooling but it didn't work, and after calling, I knew that the central air conditioning control could not turn on the cooling. The customer service center gives a suggestion to turn off the air conditioner. Open the window again. At night, because of the location of the hotel, the window is particularly noisy. It is not very good to open the window at night in winter. It is recommended to either add a static fan or inform in advance. 2. After the bar in the room is renovated, there is an automatic sensor light belt. When no one moves around in the middle of the night, it will be automatically turned on and off, and there is no intelligent control to force the shutdown. In the middle of the night, I have to call the customer service to move the bar to unplug the power to solve it. 3. The sensor light in the toilet is too bright, it is recommended to add light belt in the sink cabinet. 4. The curtains have a slightly worse shading and leaking light. Toiletries can add some razors, cotton swabs, etc. The overall stay experience is still very good. If you come back to Changchun and stay in a hotel in the future, you will still choose here. It's always a pleasure to be able to come to GuoXiNanShan hot springs and Hotel. Their attention and attentiveness is amazing! I am giving them a 5 star review. It's clean and beautiful. They gave us a welcoming fruit platter and gave the kids a welcoming gift. The hot springs are wonderful, so warm and relaxing. I totally recommend you visit this hotel and Hot Springs. I remember this place being guarded by armed soldiers back in the days when I grew up in Changchun. It hosted many top officials from China and many other countries. It was a surprise to see it open to the public now. We had a great experience staying there. This compound is unique in that it sits on a large piece of land with lakes, walking paths and bridges. This hotel is old but beautifully maintained over the years. It is quiet at night, a nice change from the busy city. The breakfast buffet doesn't have many Western options, but very good regardless. Friendly staff.

Service: The service is very attentive. Manager Han and the cleaning sister are very considerate and enthusiastic. They will try their best to help if there are temporary needs. They also gave us small gifts before leaving🤗 Environment: Nice environment, comfortable Double bathing package: Bathing is very comfortable, Sheniu can experience it haha Hygiene: The room is clean and comfortable Breakfast: I was looking forward to breakfast before checking in. I highly recommend this hotel! The design is perfect💯, the service is perfect💯, the little rabbit at the door is very eye-catching, so fun.
