We book a family room, & the room are located just beside the Bar or Club. Was in summer time, room have no aircond so we need to choose between the loud noise or sweating inside the room. Our kids don’t understand why is so loud & they can’t sleep. we close the window so the noise not so loud. but end up sweating. Im barely sleep just about 4am when the party is over, i open the window for fresh & cold air.
The rooms are relatively small but very quiet. Best isolation. The location is very good, tram station in and from the city of Basel practically before the entrance of the hotel. Great shopping centre vis a vis. The breakfast buffet is rich with only fresh goods. He tasted. The rooms were only superficially cleaned during our stay and the bed linen were changed in 8 nights only once.
Love my stay at this hotel. The room was clean. Location was good. It was near train station and a huge supermarket. My room was facing train track but I cannot hear any noise from the train.

Good hotel well located, perfect litre, the staff of the hotel is very sympathetic, the left lift makes noise (grynzing) by reaching the second floor is quite disturbing especially at night but otherwise nothing to say

GGuest UserPlus:
Location. Almost literally opposite the Stuttgart train station.
Hospitality: great hospitality from front desk. I personally like it and enjoy it I hope you do too.
Minus/ room for improvement
The bath room can be Abit small for six footer ( people who are more than six foot tall) and with BMI great than say 23-25.
There is some water flow situation where after one take shower then water can get to the floor of the bath room and eventually get to the floor of the room. I am raising this hoping the owner could pay some attention / do something about it when all situation permits for the flooring is very nice, it seems like a pity to get damage in the long run due to excess water from the bath room.
Other tips / reminder
There is Abit of stair cases at the front door and involve moving your luggage uphill to arrive at the hotel. If you need assistance, it is better to inform the hotel and see what can be arranged. I am sure they are happy to help if it is within their means. ( I find them friendly and helpful and enjoy the service. I hope you would enjoy the stay too if u happen to choose this place).
AAl - MusafirIt was my first time in Germany , leonberg . I have to say this place of stay was quite good . I checked in at exactly 2pm as stated on the E-Receipt, I was shown everything I needed such as kitchen , toilet , shower and other types of amenities. The Wi-Fi was pretty good and all in all a nice clean environment. There are a couple of things I’d say can be slightly better . Firstly, you can see through the keyhole of the door , it’s not major but I covered it anyway. There’s a 2-3cm gap under the door , again not major but you know . And just a bit more soundproofing . Other than that. I would definitely recommend this place to ANYone and I am definitely staying here again . Thanks
AalpjaHello!! The room is very clean and have enough space. About the personnel, when I checked last August 31, 2023 around 5PM, the staff in the front desk was NOT FRIENDLY. I know & I understand that she is a foreigner because I am a foreign in Germany too. But she must act friendly AND POLITE. BUT the staff who is incharge & who entertained me in the front desk in the morning of September 1st was very friendly AND ACCOMMODATING. Then overall, I would recommend this hotel and I will give it a 10/10stars. More power!
CComer the roamerJust a heads up, you might think this is a quick walk from the HBF, but it’s a nice little hike uphill! If you know the way, it’s a quick 12-15 minute walk. If you’re unfamiliar with the area it could take 30 minutes. I got a corner room on the 1st floor and loved the 3 big windows around the room. I didn’t spend much time in the lobby but they had a bar, pool table, and foosball. The laundry required you to download an app and pay contactless. Just let me use my coins smh
GGuest UserNice hotel with amazing staff! Everything is new and convenient, offering great value for the price. The location is perfect for staying near the airport. A big thank you to a guy who checked us in—he was incredibly kind and welcoming!
GGuest UserUpon arrival we were received unfriendly. We still had to pay something and wanted to do this in cash. The machine did not accept the note that had just been taken from the machine, after which we were ordered to pay by card. Fine. We brought the stuff to the room and I went to walk the dogs. Immediately the unfriendly man appeared and asked unfriendly again if I had paid for them. I thought I had, but after checking it turned out that this was not the case. I had to come later to pay.
Since the entire treatment was bad, I decided to pay only upon departure. My husband is ill and needs his rest, so I hung the ”do not disturb” on the door. 2 hours later there was a knock. I did not open the door.. Another 2 hours later again. Whether I wanted to pay for the dogs. Yes, tomorrow morning! I have never experienced this before!!!! Upon departure I asked why the knock was necessary since the label was hanging on the door. Was he so afraid that we would not pay? The cash register was wrong, was the answer. We travel a lot, but we will never go back here!!!!!!!
HHelen RenTo be honest ,I have to say that I will back it again! That’s the best one hostel in my trip experience until now. The staff and I think who is owner of the hostel so so so nice 👍.She prepared everything for you and you will just like at home. Free oat for everyone and I was impressed by the cozy decorations. The location is good for visiting any sightseeings and nearby the station of telpher. That is a awesome hostel and I will book it again to enjoy Heidelberg castle 🏰.
HHamza MuridiCame here for a football game, didn't realise how rural the town was. Regardless, the hotel is 10 minutes away from the main town station via taxi.
Very homely and cosy hotel, host was very helpful and patient. Helped with booking taxi, which in this town is a big thing especially if your coming from a big city. The room was clean and spacious, suitable for a solo traveller or couple.
Overall, it was a lovely experience and appreciative of the hospitality provided
GGuest UserThe room we booked was small, but it was very clean, even if the air-conditioning room was not turned on, it was very warm and the traffic was extremely convenient. There is a pedestrian street and supermarket nearby, and the restaurant is very convenient to eat.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel stay with good area. You can walking from train station and very close Ulm Münster so it will have bells sound often. At first floor also have cafe&restaurant. But here have no elevator so please careful to request high floor if you have a big luggage 😅 The staff so kind and help me to carry my big luggage to my room. The door of the hotel is on the side of hotel. You should come to check-in at the cafe “Henriettas Coffee World”
