I had a wonderful stay! I'll definitely come back next time! They even kindly gave me two bottles of mineral water when I checked out—the service was amazing!"

This underpass leads directly to Kerry Centre Mall, with plenty of restaurants and cafés. - Great for food lovers: About a 10-minute leisurely walk to Wulin Market, where you’ll find a wide variety of food options and shops selling clothing and souvenirs—don’t forget to bargain. - Excellent convenience: A 7-Eleven is located just beneath the hotel, making it easy to grab essentials anytime. - Exceptional customer service: The staff are consistently polite, courteous, and friendly. "We stayed at the hotel for 7 nights, and we enjoyed our stay so much. Rooms are clean and modern, with heated toilet and remote controlled window curtains. Loved the breakfast buffet which has nice varieties of Chinese style and western style foods. All foods are fresh and taste good. They changed the main dishes each day during our stay there. Used the free laundry services every da y and saved us a lot of time. They also provided other amenities for free such as mosquito repellent, international power adapter, etc. Big shout out to Xiao Zhang at the morning front desk - he went out of his way to help us and made us feel so welcomed. Actually all of the staff at the hotel are so friendly and nice and this is what made the hotel stand out. We will definitely be back if we have the chance to visit Hangzhou again in the future."

"The hotel is very close to the Qiantang River, just a 5-minute walk for an evening stroll. The breakfast was plentiful and the service was excellent. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next business trip."

"The room is large and spacious. Loved that the toilet and shower are separate, with a sliding door separating the toilet space from the room, though the door is still quite see-through when close to it. Location seems good, with a rather large mall located opposite the hotel, providing lots of food and drink options. For the room type we stayed in, there is a washer cum dryer, which made doing laundry super convenient. Detergent for laundry is also provided. The only issue was that on the last night, when we came back (after houskeeping), the room smelled of cigarettes. Called the front desk, and they provided an air purifier to help with the smell. Overall, we enjoyed the stay and will recommend the hotel."

And the elevator is too slow, so you have to stand too long to wait for the elevator to go to your floor which was a bit of an inconvenience. But overall it’s good."

The only minor drawback is that the soundproofing isn't top-notch; I occasionally heard noise from next door. Nevertheless, it's suitable for both business trips and leisure travel. I've already saved this place for future reference."
