Overall, the environment is clean and elegant, and it offers incredible value for money. It's now my top choice for accommodation when traveling. I've already recommended it to friends, and I'll definitely be staying here again next time!"

"Location: The hotel is super close to Hangzhou's West Lake. You can walk out the back door and be at the lake in just 5 minutes. It's really convenient for taking a boat ride or just strolling along the shore. Facilities: Although the hotel is a bit older, it's generally well-maintained. Service: The hotel breakfast, however, was a bit underwhelming. There weren't many options, and they only offered one type of freshly squeezed juice each day. It was okay, I guess."

"Love the view of the hotel! Room stayed is clean and the ambience feels really peaceful and relaxing. Loved the amenities (can’t stop thinking about the bedroom slippers - it was so soft!!!). Staffs were really helpful and nice. Breakfast options were limited as it’s a set meal (as shown in pictures, rather than a buffet). However, it’s still delicious! I enjoyed the sausages and wantons a lot. Location is near Longjing village. Downside is that there’s no lifts - however the staffs will help to carry the luggage up/down. Overall, I am so happy to have stayed here and will be back here again if I’m coming back to Hangzhou! ＜3"
