The location of this store is particularly good to find, the room is really large, the lighting is good, the big bed is particularly comfortable to sleep, the hygiene is particularly clean, the sheets and quilts are snowy, the bathroom can't even see the water stains, and the aunt cleans very carefully. GGuest UserI traveled to Qiandao Lake in late August and chose two hotels that were highly recommended. I had high expectations for Minghao and specially arranged to stay in the second one. The result was quite different from what I imagined.
First of all, I was very satisfied with the room hygiene and facilities. It is a newly opened hotel. The sanitary napkins and shower room are separated, and the constant temperature shower is good. What I was not satisfied with was that the balcony of the third-floor room was blocked by a half-person-high wall, and the lake could not be seen from the house. Even now, the balcony is not high enough and is blocked by trees, so the view is not wide. It is recommended to choose rooms on the fourth floor and above.
On the morning of the check-in day, the housekeeper called and added WeChat, and sent the arrangement of special summer activities and the business hours of various facilities. The content looked rich and colorful, but it was actually very special. Most of the parent-child activities were set up in a booth in the lobby. No one organized it, and no children participated. The form was greater than the content. The outdoor swimming pool that I was looking forward to was far away from the hotel lobby and could not be accessed indoors. It took a long time to walk under the scorching sun. The road was not separated by people and cars, which was very inconvenient, and it was only open in the afternoon. Some vouchers were given upon check-in, but they all have thresholds. The two free ice cream coupons also have a time limit. I didn't have time to use them in the end. I blame myself for not seeing the activity time clearly. The main playground is not as big as I imagined. I personally think it is less than 3,000 square meters, but it is enough to play. Many areas in it have empty shelves, the carousel is not always open, and the ground in the overall walking area is really hard.
Five apples were given as souvenirs when I checked out. The attitude of the hotel staff is also very good, but there is always a feeling of being forced to operate, and I can't feel it from the heart. The overall feeling is that they want to build a high-end hotel, but they only achieve the form, not the spirit. It is not recommended for vacation.

GGuest UserAmazingly clean hotel and great location right next to West Lake and Wulin Night Market. The shared bathrooms are the cleanest I’ve ever encountered and they seem to be cleaned after every use. They are also very practical with a changing space in each shower separated by a door. The army of cleaners they employ makes this possible but don’t leave anything lying around like my empty water bottle because it will disappear almost immediately. Service was great and friendly too. Downsides are that they give you disposable towels to use and it seems like there used to be a bar and cafe that is now closed. Would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a basic but spotless room in a convenient location.

The evening buffet is delicious and we enjoyed breakfast too. LLYNETTELIMIt was a very comfortable stay. The family room we booked had one queen and one super single bed which fit us very well. The amenities provided by the hotel was great too. Water, kettle, coffee, tea etc was well replenished. Location was also perfect, not too far from the Xihu and shopping malls stretch IN77. Many eateries, convenience shops just below and one famous Japanese bakery that opens till 2am. Hotel staff were helpful and the tour agent there was great. We just did an ad hoc day trip and the driver was accommodating, knowledgeable and patient. All good. Highly recommended.

GGuest UserI do not recommend this hotel at all, especially if you are a foreigner.
First, there was no place to check in and the booking only had a phone number. After a long day, we were wandering around confused, until I called. We were then instructed to go to a place that had no signage and was in a building that looked like peoples’ apartments.
Then all communication was over WeChat. They asked for a 100 yuan deposit over WeChat, plus a list of “extras” they would charge for, like a 50 yuan charge for cooking or having extra trash. We didn’t cook, but why provide a stove and charge people to cook on it? They nickel and dime you. Plus there wasn’t even soap in the bathroom or kitchen which was irritating.
The room itself was decent though and the loft is nice. However, the beds weren’t too comfortable, and the bathroom had mold. But the location is good and the area had restaurants and Hippo grocery, and was a close walk to the train station.
Overall the whole experience was sketchy and weird. I’m not even sure it’s a real hotel, it felt more like a non-hosted AirBnb, but with worse amenities. I speak Chinese, but if you are a foreigner, you would be confused and unhappy.

I really appreciate how he wemt above and beyond to call our hotell in Suzhou to lookout for the delivery. He even updated me on the status of the delivery. Booked a family room with Westlake view but mostly blocked by buildings and could only see a small corner of Westlake.
Breakfast - limited options with no western food (bread and cereal). They do change their cooked food (alternating days)
Overall a pleasant stay but they need to beef up on their cleanliness and provide more variety for breakfast.
