GGuest UserThe staff and owners were all wonderful! They proactively helped me with my luggage. The soundproofing was also quite good. The scenic area itself is very quiet, and there are no businesses nearby, so normally you only hear birds chirping. Even though the rooms are close to each other, you can barely hear anything once the door is closed. The staff even gave me a small gift because they mistakenly remembered my check-out time! The breakfast had a great variety, and you could choose between coffee, milk, or tea. The cats were super cute too – you could pet them, hold them, and give them kisses. If I come to Hangzhou again, I'll definitely choose this place! 👍🏻

PPweshiThe Hilton hotel is a spacious and family friendly hotel. It is clean and well maintained with friendly staff. When you first arrive you feel welcomed and treated warmly by staff members. They are patient and offer to carry your things and help you navigate the very design of the hotel. This is not to any detriment to the hotel itself but merely a result of the many offerings it has such as a hall for hosting private functions and events, 2 restaurants and the recreational area. This was my first time staying at this hotel and I was pleasantly surprised. The room was spacious and clean with a nice shower and toilet. Our room was graciously upgraded and it came with a bath tub and lake view. The two restaurants are Taste (Asian cuisine) and Eatzy café and bistro. The meals in Taste are generally delicious and packed full of flavour. We ate there twice and while it was excellent I would say it was a bit pricey. The portion sizes are decent but there are some inconsistencies with the quality. That I believe was either due to them being very busy when we revisited. The venue and decor are quite beautiful. The staff at the restaurant are very accommodating and friendly always willing to help.
There is a sauna and steam room available in the men and women's locker room for the pool area. Only the indoor pool was available at the time and it was fine though I wished the outdoor pool and bar was open. Sadly it was closed indefinitely. The hotel has some comfortable areas outside to relax around and enjoy. I also noticed little things like extra towels not available in the change room and within the 40 minutes of using the sauna, I wasn't able to ask for a new towel to shower.
There is a little beach volleyball area with white sand and shaded cabana like areas for your family and friends to sit and enjoy. Just below the hotel is a Waterpark which has many activities like wakeboarding, paddle and electric boats and more. I felt that it was far too pricey per person. As hotel guest, there should have been a discount. It seems at every turn there is a charge for little things around the hotel that makes it a bit disheartening at times.

GGuest UserThis was my first time staying in a hotel like this, and it was perfect for a solo traveler like me. I originally wanted to book a hostel, but they were all full, so I booked 'One Lemon' instead. I arrived late at night, and the two long-haired ladies at the front desk were incredibly friendly, spoke softly, and had smiles on their faces. They even escorted me to my room. The room was very small, but it was just right for me. Since I'm scared of ghosts, having the rooms close together, small and compact, made me feel safe staying alone. I also really liked the shared bathrooms; it felt a bit like going to a public bathhouse. Plus, there was always an auntie cleaning, so it looked very clean and comfortable. Other facilities were also well-equipped, like the water dispenser, which made getting hot water very convenient. If I had to mention something negative, it would be the room floor. While there wasn't any visible trash, the floor itself was very dirty. I used a tissue to wipe up some spilled soup, and the tissue turned completely black. I suggest that the room floors be regularly disinfected and mopped with water. Since the floor is made of adhesive tiles, it could also be wiped with wet wipes or a disposable towel.

GGuest Userhad a great stay here. The staff were consistently friendly, and the receptionist Alex stood out, he went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable, answered every question, and handled any issue quickly.
Unfortunately, I became sick right before arriving, so my entire six-day trip ended up being spent inside the hotel. But honestly, that wasn’t too bad. The room had 500 English movies and a full kitchen, so I was able to rest comfortably.
The hotel is modern, the gym is solid, and overall I really enjoyed my stay. My only criticism is that the hotel should consider adding a food-delivery robot. The elevators are fast, but when you’re sick, getting up and down to pick up food is difficult.
Besides that, I’d definitely stay here again.

JJingzishishengI originally booked the Red Mary room, but due to an issue with the electric windows needing repair, the hotel upgraded me to a Metropolitan room. The decor is aesthetically pleasing, and the cleanliness is excellent. The room also features a smart speaker (Xiao Du) for controlling lights, which is very convenient. The soundproofing is better than the Hilton across from Jinsha Lake, and overall, I found it very comfortable. The only downsides are that the bedroom area in this room type is too dark, and the reading light is quite glaring. I wish there had been a refrigerator!

AAnonymous UserThe most important thing: everyone is very considerate (both guys and girls), consciously keeping their voices down when entering rooms and using the common study areas. The location is excellent, quite close to the subway station, making it very convenient to get to all the famous attractions. Security is great; you need to swipe your card for each floor in the elevator. The common study area is large with excellent facilities, making it very convenient for everyone to work and study – I really like it! The bedding is very comfortable to sleep on and helps you relax. The bathroom has toilet seat covers and disinfectant spray. The shower has hot water quickly, and shower gel and shampoo are provided.

BBeautiful day to travelA beautiful stay in Hangzhou. Not far from the hustle and bustle of the busy, touristy streets. Only 30-40 minutes car ride from Xizili Westlake Art Hotel located at North Jianguo Metro station. We needed a quiet and peaceful place to relax and enjoy and this was perfect! We got to explore the premises and enjoy the scenery of the tea leaves plantation.
The hotel is right below the tea leaves plantation which we took a hike after late lunch. Breathtaking view! They also provided welcome fruits, drinks, tea, desserts and a little bag upon check in and out. Breakfast was sumptuous and serving was generous! Very responsive on WeChat and provided us with extra bottles of water and pillows. They also kindly gave us an option for free upgrade to a bigger room. Hot shower and bathtub was good!
I enjoyed the books at the communal area and wished I had more time to relax and read there. My son loved the bicycle and cycled around the premises. We enjoyed exploring the village and enjoy the local restaurants and cafes.
It was a short but enjoyable 1 night stay!
Wished the pool was open for use with hot water!

Ttititi❤️This time I stayed by West Lake in Hangzhou. I knew the Grand Hyatt was old, but I only realized how truly dated it was upon arrival. I booked a Club room, and at check-in, I paid an extra 291 (RMB) to upgrade to a Lake View Club Twin room. Once in the room, I found it incredibly small; it felt like there wasn't enough space for two suitcases. The two 1.1-meter beds weren't big enough for me and my child, so we had to push them together. However, the bed frames couldn't be moved, only the mattresses were joined.
Here's a heads-up: there's no need to book a Club room. The breakfast selection at the executive lounge is very limited and quite unappetizing. It was my first time having congee that was burnt at the bottom of the clay pot. I mentioned it to the kitchen staff, but I'm not sure if they ever changed it. The hot dishes for dinner were decent, albeit few in number, but the taste was alright. If you want a lake view, just book a Lake View room with breakfast.
Also, the hotel floors are low, and there's a single-story building in front that partially obstructs the view (see picture). It's very close to West Lake – just downstairs – but the traffic is terrible, so you can only walk out. On the plus side, the location is excellent; Intime In77 is right next door, and the subway station is also nearby.
When booking through Ctrip, a guest relations officer will contact you in advance, and you can tell them if you have any issues during your stay. Although, it didn't seem to be very helpful anyway. 😂 All in all, spending almost 3000 RMB a night during the May Day holiday here truly felt like I overpaid.
