"I would totally recommend this hotel as it is very convenient and close to many locations, there is a Haidilao on the same level and their receptionists were very responsive as my tv was malfunctioning but they fixed it quickly! You can order delivery as well! There’s also 4 washing machine and dryer as stated and they provide toothbrush, toothpaste, comb and hair net as well as conditioner, shampoo and body wash ! No worries if you didn’t bring adapter as well as they provide usb lighting socket, usb socket attached as a picture !! Overall, its has been a pleasant stay and if I ever come back to Hangzhou!! I will book this hotel again!"

"The hotel facilities are complete, with a laundry room and gym in the main building. It's conveniently located near West Lake, which is practically on its doorstep, and transportation is excellent. The rooms are clean, tidy, cozy, and comfortable. Xiao Zhou and Xiao Xie provided excellent service, helping with check-out and early psychological support, which was very thoughtful and welcoming. I'd definitely come back and recommend staying here. Thumbs up!"

"The most delightful surprise of this trip! The log-cabin style decor felt even warmer than in the pictures, and the bedding was so soft I never wanted to get out of bed. The floors were spotless, even for walking barefoot, and the bathroom was dry and odor-free. The hostess was incredibly responsive to all my questions but also gave us our space, making it feel just like home. It's a quiet oasis nestled in a lively area, with super convenient public transport to all the sights. So cozy and definitely great value for money compared to hotels in the same price range. I'll definitely be back with friends next time! A truly wonderful guesthouse with a unique charm."

"The hotel was nice enough and the room was fantastic. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bath and decor were stunning. The view of the canal was there, albeit minimal. The staff were lovely and made sure we knew how to control the room, set up WiFi etc after we checked in. The location was excellent and in very close proximity to two metro stations. The rooms and corridors were very clean, however there was a strong lingering cigarette odour on both floors as someone was smoking in the family rooms. We could smell it in our room faintly, but the corridor was particularly pungent. We didn't have our kids this weekend or else it wouldn't have been acceptable. But in non smoking rooms, it should be addressed. It's not the hotel's fault someone smoked in their room, but it was something that stuck in my mind. The breakfast was dreadful to be honest. The options were very limited, cold and not the freshest dishes. It wasn't inedible by a long shot, but it wasn't good at all. Also, there was no fresh coffee only the sugary sachets and paper cups. Luckily, there's a Luckin coffee shop on the ground floor. Overall, it's not bad value for money, the room is great and the metros are close by. With a few improvements this could be an exceptional hotel! Thanks for a lovely stay in Hangzhou"

"I booked Hao Yi for my business trip to Hangzhou. Initially, I just picked it because it was close to my work location, but the experience totally exceeded my expectations – I have to give it a shout-out! 💼 The location is absolutely perfect. It's right on Zhongshan Middle Road, part of the Southern Song Imperial Street. Just a short walk from Ding'an Road subway station, you literally turn a corner and you're there. I only had to carry my suitcase for a few minutes, no wandering around in the sun or rain trying to find it. The lobby has a simple yet chic design, with a subtle, pleasant scent. Check-in was super quick, and the front desk staff were very welcoming and even thoughtfully directed me to the underground parking, saving me a lot of time looking for a spot. On the 1st floor, there's a coffee machine, an ice maker, and a water dispenser! "The location here is incredibly convenient; it's easy to catch a taxi to nearby subway stations, Hangzhou East Railway Station, and the West Lake business district. The room offers a great view and makes excellent use of space, making it perfect for multiple guests. I especially loved the thoughtful and cozy lighting design. The room facilities are far superior to what you'd expect at this price point, offering outstanding value for money. The laundry room is also well-equipped. Overall, my experience was fantastic, and I'll definitely be back!"

"Excellent value! A perfect 100 out of 100. It's a 20-minute bike ride from the train station, and a straight 10-minute ride to West Lake. The place is quiet with great soundproofing. Everything you need is provided. The automatic curtains close 95% for privacy when you enter the room, and then automatically open when you leave to ensure plenty of natural light. The air conditioning cools quickly, and the bathroom has a nice wet/dry separation for the shower. The young lady at the front desk was friendly and sharp, and the cleaning lady upstairs was very kind and thoughtful with a great attitude."
