Guest UserThe butler will contact you via WeChat beforehand to give you directions. Upon arrival, someone will help carry your luggage to your room – the service is excellent. The breakfast, though simple, is nutritious. What I dread most when staying in the mountains are mosquitoes, but they thoughtfully had an electric mosquito repellent plugged in and screens on the windows and doors. I'll definitely be back for the osmanthus season in September!

Had a wonderful three-day, two-night stay at the Fuchun Resort, a place I've long admired. The architecture, rich in Chinese aesthetics, blends seamlessly with the natural environment of Fuyang, creating a truly harmonious feel. Hiking here was wonderfully wild and scenic. The resort's thoughtful service was evident in every detail: from the welcome greeting and the consistently helpful and responsive personal butler (Benson) before arrival, to the doorman's proactive and natural assistance with luggage, and the waitress's meticulous inquiry about dietary preferences at breakfast. All these touches reflect the hotel's high standards of service and made me feel truly respected. I even left my hat in the calligraphy class and only realized it when the instructor notified me and said it would be promptly returned to the lobby. The shuttle drivers were also very punctual, almost always available on call. The housekeeping staff were diligent and friendly. The hotel also offers a wide range of activities, and the travel photography service was particularly high quality. Fuchun Resort truly lives up to its reputation as a high-end resort. I'd love to visit again!

DOTAliService: The hotel staff were excellent and attentive. The catering also had its unique touches, especially the scallion oil waffles at breakfast which were incredibly fragrant and always had a queue. For the dinner buffet, the Black Forest cake and tiramisu desserts were very good and highly recommended. However, the variety of seafood was a bit limited; it would be great if they could add more options.
Ambiance: The outdoor infinity pool is a standout feature. The hotel's photo shoot service is quite interesting; the outdoor environment is perfect for great photos, so I recommend bringing some resort-style clothes for some beautiful shots.
Facilities: The shower threshold in the room was a bit low, causing water to spill outside the door after showering. I suggest raising the threshold or improving the sealing of the waterproof strip under the shower door for a better stay experience.
Our butler Anna provided thorough service. We'll definitely choose Hilton again for our next family trip! 👍🏻

ECNU-My three-day, two-night stay was the perfect introduction to a resort-style hotel. Both the hotel's facilities and services were impeccable! ❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥
✅ First, let's praise the hotel's excellent location: who knew the exclusive access to Xan Shan Peninsula was such a privilege?!
(Pictures 1-16 show the hotel facilities and surroundings, unedited photos)
The hotel also boasts a very large garden and surrounding attractions perfect for photoshohoots. It's just beautiful, beautiful, beautiful! Within a few minutes' walk, you can reach Xan Shan Botanical Garden (honestly, not much to see, but there are daily parent-child activities), Lover's Gorge (great for couples to take photos), the hotel's exclusive lighthouse (Picture 7, very atmospheric), and the hotel's seasonal fruit orchard (high parent-child interaction, with different fruits available for picking in different seasons).
When the weather is good, you can take many beautiful scenic photos. When it's cloudy or rainy, you can experience the unique humidity of the Jiangnan region and the fresh air provided by the lush vegetation.
✅ Next, let's talk about the hotel facilities.
The hotel is divided into three buildings, A, B, and C. Building B offers the best lake views, with a complete panorama of the lake's beauty. The layout is very reasonable, with convenient connections between all areas. You can tell a lot of thought went into the design.
The indoor and outdoor pools are regularly disinfected with chlorine balls, and the water is clear and sparkling, perfect for children to play in. The hotel also has a swim shop with affordable items, which is very convenient for guests who haven't brought all their swimming gear.
Every day, the hotel has an activity schedule listing the names and locations of various parent-child activities at different times throughout the day. There's a wide variety to choose from.
There's also a super large indoor children's playground, which is cleaned very, very thoroughly. I really want to thank the cleaning staff for their hard work here.
✅ Dining (Pictures 18-19)
The hotel has a Chinese restaurant, a Western restaurant, and a Japanese restaurant, offering a rich and diverse selection. Set meals can also be purchased in advance on your phone. The hotel even provides a free shuttle service to nearby farmhouse restaurants (PS: the prices are very, very, very affordable, and the vegetables are freshly grown and incredibly fresh).
The most commendable aspect of the dining is the complimentary breakfast buffet. The variety is incredibly extensive, and they even adjust the dishes daily to better cater to different guests' preferences. Soups, desserts, freshly squeezed juices, freshly made guokui (griddle cakes), mini-hamburgers, and more! You can also scan a QR code to order noodles and freshly made wontons. I always end up eating too much every day, darn it!
❗️They even consider the need for liquid food for infants and provide various flavors of rice cereal.
In addition, whether it's the minibar in the room and the complimentary welcome drinks (Qiandao Lake beer), the incredibly seasonal, crisp, and sweet fruits, or the thoughtful turndown service, every detail showcases the hotel's humanistic care. It's truly commendable (Picture 17).
✅ The absolute most praiseworthy aspect is the high-end, meticulous, and thoughtful service staff. Special thanks to: Ada and Joey at the front desk for check-in, Connor and Cindy from concierge, and our butler Landy.
As soon as we got out of the car, concierge Cindy greeted us warmly and proactively helped with our luggage, leaving a deep impression. The young man at the front desk who handled our check-in was also very enthusiastic in confirming our booking and upgraded our room for free.
Throughout our stay, Connor drove us to and from nearby restaurants, the lighthouse, and Lover's Gorge. He was practically on duty all day until 10 PM, driving steadily and with a truly excellent attitude. He was super cool!
Finally, and most importantly, our very, very responsible butler, Landy. She first introduced us to the locations and functions of the different venues, and informed us of the breakfast times. From the moment we added her as a friend, she consistently upheld her initial message: ”Please contact me anytime with any questions.” Whether it was day or night, she would respond and answer immediately to any query, booking vehicles, and even introducing nearby attractions and routes (with accompanying pictures for us to decide whether to visit).
During our stay, there was a miscommunication during the cleaning staff's shift change. We had requested no cleaning the day before, but someone still entered the room and tidied it thoroughly. This unannounced entry made us a bit anxious when we returned to the room in the evening. Our butler immediately called us to calm us down and quickly contacted housekeeping. Soon after, we learned it was a thoughtful turndown service. We had initially considered contacting the duty manager to investigate, but we declined. This butler Landy truly, truly deserves praise. Her immediate contact and quick resolution smoothed over the issue, and left us with an extremely satisfying three-day, two-night experience.
Her warm and thoughtful greetings every evening and morning made us deeply feel the hotel's excellent staff training and abundant humanistic care! 👏🏻
See you next time, Freedom Intercontinental Palace!

The hotel is conveniently located with bus stops nearby, making it easy to get around. The room wasn't very spacious but had all the necessary amenities. On our first morning, the breakfast selection was very limited because a large group of students on a spring outing had checked in, and the hotel didn't replenish the food in a timely manner, which was a poor experience. Things were better the second day. A nice touch is that the hotel offers late-night snacks in the lobby.

Guest UserThe self-service laundry room is definitely the highlight of Zhejiang Hotel. My daughter's seven-day summer camp just ended, and we were continuing our trip after picking her up. Being able to get all our dirty laundry done at the hotel was incredibly convenient. The laundry room is spacious, with plenty of washers and dryers, and a well-thought-out layout. They even provide detergent, an ironing machine, and sewing kits – everything you could need. The hotel's location is also super convenient, right next to a subway entrance. It only took 50 minutes to get from the airport to the hotel, which was even faster than taking a taxi. It's also very close to West Lake and Wulin Night Market; you can just grab a shared bike and be there in a few minutes, much easier than dealing with traffic in a taxi. The room itself is spacious, with two 1.35m beds, which was still plenty of space for a family of three even with an older child. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Hangzhou.

This hotel is wonderful! It is very clean, quiet, staff is great and very helpful. However, I need to write a review that will help other foreigners that want to stay here. This hotel is in the middle of a village and very far away from the city!!!! If you want to go out, eat foreign food or have easy access to places, do not stay here! This place is only convenient if you want to see the attractions around the village, and you want a quiet and peaceful vacation far away from the city. It is almost impossible to get to the city center, just getting out of the village took us around 45 minutes each time. It is possible to walk, but note that it’s more than 4km to West Lake, so it’s not very convenient. There is also traffic control at certain times, so car hailing is not even possible. You would have to walk/take a bus/find a random taxi. There aren’t enough foreign friendly food options around, but Meituan works, it will take them more than an hour to deliver, but they will. I can’t imagine any foreigner that doesn’t already live in China managing to arrange all of those things on their own. Note that there are no pharmacies in the village, so you would have to order any medicine if needed.
That being said, we embraced the quiet and tranquil vacation, even though it wasn’t planned that way (I booked this hotel because it was advertised on Trip to be 1km walk from West Lake). I have to say that the staff was extremely helpful and nice, even though I imagine it was difficult handling two demanding foreigners 😅 all in all, I would HIGHLY recommend this place if you are looking for a calm, slow paced, village vacation. And they have two very cute bunnies 😍

Guest UserWe upgraded to the Little Yellow Duck two-balcony, two-bedroom suite, and the room was incredibly spacious with stunning panoramic views of Qiandao Lake. We received gifts both at check-in and check-out, and a daily weather reminder arrived promptly. A big thank you to Xiao Qian for the thoughtful service! Housekeeping staff Wang Huamin also provided exceptionally attentive and considerate service. ❤️

Guest UserOur stay at Landison Longjing Resort Hangzhou was so memorable and absolutely magnificent that highlights remain sharp, vivid, and immensely uplifting. As tea lovers, it would have been lovely enough to be back in deciduous forests with bursting red maples and bright yellow Ginko trees accentuating autumn colors surrounding the beautifully manicured Longjing (Dragon Well) tea plantations that rest quietly within the hills of the peaceful landscape so very close to the resort—next to and just across the street, in fact!
However, our trip’s joys skyrocketed with our stay at the Landison. The staff was totally fantastic! Exceptional service in every way. Working with a phone translator Tracy, Brandy, Wen Yi (I hope his name is spelled correctly!), and Chris provided patient, attentive, and thorough care, concern, and heartwarming attention as they fully considered and answered our many daily questions on where to go, what to do, how to get there and back. (We were thrilled to use the excellent public transportation in and around Hangzhou. The hotel is just meters from the bus stop of two main lines. These buses provided easy connections to other main lines linking us to much of the rest of the city) Staff also guided us where to buy excellent tea, which turned out to be right there at the hotel, as well as from other lovely teashops nearby!
Landison’s breakfast menu, included in our booking, remained the same throughout our stay and never disappointed. Every day we enjoyed a large selection of beautiful, delicious food that included fresh fruit, vegetables, egg dishes of differing styles, rice, dim sum, pastries, and our go-to each day: a piping hot bowl of noodles, prepared to order by the chef standing behind the varied selection of noodles and fixings! There was so much fresh, delicious, interesting, vegetarian cuisine we can’t account for the entire extensive buffet.
The dining staff was totally incredible with their refined, careful, complete attention. Dining Room Manager Xu became our dear, memorable friend, offering us sweet, caring personal attention and comfort throughout our visit. We couldn’t help feeling disappointed when we didn’t see her the day before we were to leave. When we returned to the hotel for the evening and saw her through a dining room window, we popped into the area to say hello and a magical connection manifested that only world travel can provide, when the distance between two vastly different cultures disappears under the glow of human kindness, warmth, and connection. She provided such outstanding delight for us that our hearts hurt when we had to say goodbye to her. When she translated on her mobile phone, “looking forward to seeing you again,” we smiled broadly and added a very hopeful nod in agreement.
Extra lovely perks included nightly delivery of a delicate, nourishing white mushroom soup to keep us warm and help us sleep, a specialty of the establishment. It was tasty and nurturing every day! The housekeeping staff was amiable and friendly, mutually acknowledging and appreciating the human relationship!
In addition, the parking area staff offered cheerful, welcoming, and happy engagement with us throughout our stay.
Our extraordinary stay at the Landison is the kind of experience that highlights the vast benefits of world travel where the barriers of worldly concerns and tensions can fade away or even disappear into the significant and transformative mix and engagement with a time and place different from where we come from or know habitually. Where one realizes that, although time and place may differ considerably and provide many positive catalysts for meaningful change, the human heart and mind are inextricably linked together by way of mutual desires for happiness, well-being, safety, expression, and connection, however that may unfold in its immeasurable arrangements. Thank you very much, Landison Longjing Resort Hangzhou, for helping to create an amazing lifetime memory.

I initially thought this wasn't a new hotel, so the price was very budget-friendly. But to my surprise, besides the affordable price, the hotel rooms still felt five-star quality, with a very comfortable king-sized bed. Plus, the hotel's location is right next to West Lake; opening the window offers a magnificent panoramic view of the lake – amazing! Finally, I have to give a special shout-out to the hotel service. After booking on Ctrip, a staff member from the hotel's reservation department (I think her name was Shao Linfang) immediately contacted me. After understanding my travel purpose and preferences, she arranged a room with a fantastic view and prime location – excellent! This hotel will definitely be my first choice for future business trips to Hangzhou.
