Traveling with kids, we chose this hotel and had a pretty good experience! The front desk service was excellent, very warm and welcoming to children. There were small cakes in the lobby and a free coffee machine, and complimentary drinks in the room. Plus, there's a laundry room with a dryer on the first floor. It's conveniently located, a great choice for families with children!

This was my first time in Hangzhou, and I was lucky enough to stay at this hotel – I absolutely loved it! It's a hotel with a very strong design aesthetic, truly unique and full of character. The location is superb; step right out the door, and there's the 195 bus stop, making it incredibly convenient to get to West Lake and the surrounding areas! There's a breakfast spot called Youbu Doujiang just a 4-minute walk from the hotel, and we went there two mornings in a row, it was so good!😋👍🏻 Turn right out of the hotel, and just a few steps away are two unbelievably delicious restaurants: Yuanxing Noodle House and a Hong Kong-style restaurant. Turn left, and in a few steps, you're on Southern Song Imperial Street, super close to all the popular photo spots! 😍 Besides the smart toilet, Tmall Genie-controlled lights, and a screen-casting TV, the circular washbasin was incredibly practical, and the bed was so comfortable; I slept wonderfully all three nights! The front desk staff were all very friendly and kindly provided unlimited bottled water. The hotel lobby also has a free water dispenser offering warm water, coffee, and milk tea, plus complimentary umbrella rentals and parcel collection services. I'll definitely stay here again if I get the chance! 😘🫰🏻

Great location, and the front desk staff were incredibly helpful. The room was clean and tidy, and I especially enjoyed the electric curtains and smart toilet – they made for a really comfortable stay. The hotel also has a gym and laundry room, which is super convenient if you want to work out. Breakfast offered a good variety too. Overall, excellent value for money!

This hotel boasts an excellent location in Hangzhou's Qianjiang New City, offering convenient access to transportation with a subway station right next door, making getting around incredibly easy. There are also plenty of shopping and dining options nearby, perfect for both leisure and business travelers. The hotel is surrounded by a quiet environment with beautiful scenery, and the Qiantang River view is particularly captivating. The lobby, situated on the 44th floor, provides expansive views, and you can even enjoy a light show at night. The overall design of the environment is novel and unique.

The hotel is conveniently located with bus stops nearby, making it easy to get around. The room wasn't very spacious but had all the necessary amenities. On our first morning, the breakfast selection was very limited because a large group of students on a spring outing had checked in, and the hotel didn't replenish the food in a timely manner, which was a poor experience. Things were better the second day. A nice touch is that the hotel offers late-night snacks in the lobby.

It's like living in a forest, with acorns constantly falling from the trees. The hotel is very clean, with virtually no mosquitoes. The room facilities are all excellent, especially the toilet flushing, which isn't too loud. Special praise goes to the hotel staff; their service was exceptionally good from check-in to check-out. They provided afternoon tea with fruit platters, nuts, and tea; offered ginger soup and ice packs if you had a cold; and promptly came to your room to help with any issues. The hotel only offers vegetarian food. I tried it once, and it was quite good and creative. Compared to the Black Pearl Hotel (averaging 1000 RMB per person), it's definitely not quite as good, but it's much better than other vegetarian restaurants in temples. Every ingredient was very fresh, although there were some issues, like the watermelon in the complimentary fruit platter being sweet and the blueberries being extremely sour. If you don't want vegetarian food, the surrounding farmhouses are a good option, offering fish, chicken, stir-fries, etc. I randomly picked a few and none were bad. The hotel also arranged various courses, including a healing class and Baduanjin (Eight Pieces of Brocade). Lying in a cabin surrounded by trees and feeling the breeze on a platform by the forest river was a truly therapeutic experience! I stayed for two days and there were still many courses I didn't get to try, so I'll make up for them next time! I'll consider bringing my parents next time.

This hotel offers excellent facilities and services, which is highly commendable. We arrived before noon and they were able to accommodate us with an early check-in, and luggage storage was also available. The bookstore in the lobby is a nice touch, offering books for browsing or purchase. The best part, however, is definitely the location [strong emoji]. It's less than a ten-minute walk to West Lake, and you can even catch a glimpse of the lake from the side of the higher-floor rooms. Transportation is incredibly convenient. You get off at the Line 1 subway station and enter an underground passage connecting three shopping malls, so you're never exposed to the sun. From the mall, it's just a one-minute walk to the hotel after turning left. My stay was very comfortable, and the front desk staff were super friendly! The nearest subway entrance is practically a paradise for anime fans. The hotel breakfast is also fantastic, offering incredible value for money.

It's quite clean and the service is great. The robot delivery service for meals is very convenient. It's close to Intime and West Lake, not far at all – just a short walk or a quick taxi ride. I'll definitely come back with friends next time!

Our stay at Landison Longjing Resort Hangzhou was so memorable and absolutely magnificent that highlights remain sharp, vivid, and immensely uplifting. As tea lovers, it would have been lovely enough to be back in deciduous forests with bursting red maples and bright yellow Ginko trees accentuating autumn colors surrounding the beautifully manicured Longjing (Dragon Well) tea plantations that rest quietly within the hills of the peaceful landscape so very close to the resort—next to and just across the street, in fact! However, our trip’s joys skyrocketed with our stay at the Landison. The staff was totally fantastic! Exceptional service in every way. Working with a phone translator Tracy, Brandy, Wen Yi (I hope his name is spelled correctly!), and Chris provided patient, attentive, and thorough care, concern, and heartwarming attention as they fully considered and answered our many daily questions on where to go, what to do, how to get there and back. (We were thrilled to use the excellent public transportation in and around Hangzhou. The hotel is just meters from the bus stop of two main lines. These buses provided easy connections to other main lines linking us to much of the rest of the city) Staff also guided us where to buy excellent tea, which turned out to be right there at the hotel, as well as from other lovely teashops nearby! Landison’s breakfast menu, included in our booking, remained the same throughout our stay and never disappointed. Every day we enjoyed a large selection of beautiful, delicious food that included fresh fruit, vegetables, egg dishes of differing styles, rice, dim sum, pastries, and our go-to each day: a piping hot bowl of noodles, prepared to order by the chef standing behind the varied selection of noodles and fixings! There was so much fresh, delicious, interesting, vegetarian cuisine we can’t account for the entire extensive buffet. The dining staff was totally incredible with their refined, careful, complete attention. Dining Room Manager Xu became our dear, memorable friend, offering us sweet, caring personal attention and comfort throughout our visit. We couldn’t help feeling disappointed when we didn’t see her the day before we were to leave. When we returned to the hotel for the evening and saw her through a dining room window, we popped into the area to say hello and a magical connection manifested that only world travel can provide, when the distance between two vastly different cultures disappears under the glow of human kindness, warmth, and connection. She provided such outstanding delight for us that our hearts hurt when we had to say goodbye to her. When she translated on her mobile phone, “looking forward to seeing you again,” we smiled broadly and added a very hopeful nod in agreement. Extra lovely perks included nightly delivery of a delicate, nourishing white mushroom soup to keep us warm and help us sleep, a specialty of the establishment. It was tasty and nurturing every day! The housekeeping staff was amiable and friendly, mutually acknowledging and appreciating the human relationship!  In addition, the parking area staff offered cheerful, welcoming, and happy engagement with us throughout our stay. Our extraordinary stay at the Landison is the kind of experience that highlights the vast benefits of world travel where the barriers of worldly concerns and tensions can fade away or even disappear into the significant and transformative mix and engagement with a time and place different from where we come from or know habitually. Where one realizes that, although time and place may differ considerably and provide many positive catalysts for meaningful change, the human heart and mind are inextricably linked together by way of mutual desires for happiness, well-being, safety, expression, and connection, however that may unfold in its immeasurable arrangements. Overall, it was better than I expected, and the location is practically unbeatable. Although it's an older hotel, honestly, the facilities aren't too dated, and there wasn't any noticeable musty smell. **Pros:** The bathroom was a highlight—it's huge! You'd be lucky to get one with a window. The round bathtub was also a big plus. The shower area is spacious too, and the Grohe showerhead made for a really refreshing experience. The room layout was quite reasonable, and it's clear that many of the furnishings and facilities were top-of-the-line back in the day. The hotel service was excellent; the quality of service from this established luxury hotel hasn't diminished, and the valet parking service was spot on. It's quite rare for an older hotel to have delivery robots, which shows they are keeping their facilities updated. **Cons:** The mattress was too soft—the softest I've ever slept on. Perhaps soft mattresses were popular in the past, but this one offered no support at all. Also, the toilet flush seemed a bit weak. The soundproofing of the door seemed a bit lacking; there was even a slight draft. When the next-door room closed their door, ours would vibrate. Overall, it's a pretty good deal on weekdays and weekends, especially for a hotel in this location. The value for money might not be as good during holidays. If you appreciate the old-money style of established luxury hotels or enjoy taking baths, this place is perfect. However, if you're looking for modern decor and smart home features, this isn't the right fit.
