The check-in process was smooth, and the receptionist named Xiaozhou was also friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location is strategic, being very close to West Lake.

酒店地理位置優越，交通便利，飲食便利，到西湖遊船碼頭步行3分鐘就可到達。房間配備洗漱用具，熱水非常好。缺點:1.床鋪咯吱咯吱響；2.淋浴間有乾濕分離，但對房間的玻璃大門遮光不好，私隱空間變得不夠私隱，並且這玻璃門還像麪鏡子照着床，睡覺還在照鏡子；3.不得不吐槽的裝修，兩張床的上方天花都有橫樑正正壓着，這樣的設計我第一次見，我不知道其他房間設計是怎麼樣的，衝著這個裝修，我是不會再選這家酒店；4.一樓大廳的保安像是誰欠他幾千億，真正做到黑臉門神。

房間還不錯，乾淨衞生，設施雖然有點舊，影響也不大，離地鐵近，離西湖也非常的近，購物也非常方便，位置太好了，省時。服務還是不錯的，天熱時可以傍晚步行五分鐘就到西湖了。滿意的入住體驗

Located between in77 shopping mall and popular Hubin pedestrian, it brings so much convenience to soak in the atmospheric vibes of the people, foods and shops. Also located near metro station and well accessible to most sightseeing places

It is on metro 1 ext C. Connected to highspeed rail hangzhou east.
Straight out from exit, will see victoria secret, just walk straight pass it, walk till end of the block and turn right.
It on 2nd floor.
Room large for with window, twice room, but traffric noise...
Staff not friendly at front desk, security staff at entrance on 1st fl worest. Housekeeping staff good.
Near shopping area, lake. Location supper good.
