Five-star Bay Hotel (Wushan Square Branch, West Lakeside, Hangzhou)

I stayed in a really nice room here with two windows, and it was very clean. I have photos, it was well-ventilated. The front desk staff, especially the one in the small suit, was great, and the overall cleanliness was excellent. The surrounding location is also fantastic, with shared bikes right outside for easy transportation.

Upon entering the room, I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious it was – I really liked it! It's also super convenient for sightseeing, and there's a shopping mall right outside. The room was clean and tidy, and the staff member (小姐姐) was very polite and welcoming. I'd definitely stay here again on my next visit!
