"I have been to Hangzhou many times. I have been to popular attractions such as West Lake and Lingyin Temple before. This time I explored Jiuxi Shibajian, which is worthy of being the natural oxygen bar of Hangzhou's ”Wizard of Oz”. Now in this season, Hangzhou is a summer resort. This homestay I chose this time is also a surprise. The location is very good. It takes 5-10 minutes to walk directly to Jiuxi Yanshu, and stroll along the stream to Longjing Village. There are towering ancient trees and cool streams all the way. It is especially suitable for taking children to play in the water and explore the mysteries. It only takes 15 minutes to take a taxi to West Lake, and it is very convenient to go directly to Bus No. 87. The rooms in the B&B are healing, super clean, and very new. From the tatami windowsill, you can enjoy the tea mountain and bamboo forest opposite. The B&B staff are considerate and will help recommend tour routes. The weather was very good when we came. We drank in the yard at night and could see the beautiful starry sky. We climbed the tea mountain in the morning and felt refreshed. It is a 3-5 minute walk from the B&B. I heard from the store that this is a very famous hiking route. Due to limited time this time, we only walked a short distance. Let's explore it next time."

"After a few days in Suzhou, coming back to Lin Yun. I Lu was a delight and relief. The room and service was in many levels better here than elsewhere. The location is great as well. We could take a short walk to West Lake in the morning when it was less crowded. The staff was already to help when we needed anything. They gave us a free room upgrade and a complimentary taxi ride to the airport."

"I initially booked this hotel on a whim, not really intending to splurge on the top-tier room. However, after speaking with the front desk and seeing the room firsthand, I immediately upgraded to the best available room by paying the difference. The room's overall design is incredibly striking, modern, and upscale. The spatial proportions and details are all very pleasing. The biggest highlight is the private hot spring bath right in the room, offering excellent privacy and undisturbed relaxation. The window overlooks the most bustling stretch of river in the city center, offering clear views during the day and beautiful lights at night. Yet, the room itself remains remarkably quiet, enhancing the sense of tranquility. The design, materials, and scale of the private hot spring area are all meticulously considered. Soaking in the hot spring while enjoying the river view truly allows you to slow down and unwind, making it perfect for anyone genuinely seeking relaxation. The hotel's central location is also incredibly convenient for getting around, dining, or just taking a stroll. The cleanliness, facilities, and service all significantly exceeded my expectations. The details were spotless and well-maintained, and everything was easy to use, showing a clear dedication to refining the guest experience. After staying for over two days, I've come to one conclusion: if your budget allows, I genuinely recommend booking the best room directly; the private hot spring room type is absolutely excellent."

"Traveling with my family during the Chinese New Year holiday, we decided to stop by Hangzhou and booked Atour in advance. The hotel is surrounded by a mall, so there are plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby. There's a parking lot with ample spaces. However, there's only one elevator from the lobby to the rooms, so there can be a bit of a wait. The room itself was nice and spacious, and the bedding was very comfortable. The shower had great water pressure. It was quite hot outside, and the central air conditioning only blew warm air, which was a bit unbearable. The staff kindly brought us a portable air cooler to use. I didn't try the breakfast, so I can't comment on that. It's also not far to get to West Lake by taxi. Overall, a good hotel."

"Clean and tidy, easy to go out, very quiet to sleep at night, and the front desk service is very good. Overall it's good and worth recommending!"

"While the hotel's location is a bit average, the facilities are quite good. However, perhaps due to the Chinese New Year, the service was a bit lacking. When I asked a staff member for two bottles of mineral water, they immediately told me that anything over four bottles would be charged. Before 9 AM, my room door suddenly opened; it was likely a cleaner who had gotten the wrong room. After checking out, I realized I'd left a small bag in the room. By the time I noticed, it had been four hours since I checked out, and no one from the hotel had contacted me. I had to call the hotel's housekeeping department myself to inquire, and they told me they needed to verify it. Overall, it was a bit of a mixed experience."

"The room was new, and the facilities were great. The bedding was comfortable, and the location was excellent – just about a 20-minute walk to Prince Bay and Leifeng Pagoda. The breakfast was plentiful, and the complimentary travel photography session was a nice touch. It's also very close to the Yu Huang Shan Scenic Area, so I was able to hike in the morning, grab some noodles for lunch, and then take some photos in the afternoon. It was a really relaxing holiday."

"I had a very pleasant stay. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and attentive to all my needs, which was very comforting for a frequent business traveler like myself. The room was spotless. I drove this time, and the parking lot was huge. Free parking is available simply by scanning a QR code at the front desk before you leave. What truly stood out was the incredible value for money. I'll definitely be making this my go-to place from now on."

"Our stay at Landison Longjing Resort Hangzhou was so memorable and absolutely magnificent that highlights remain sharp, vivid, and immensely uplifting. As tea lovers, it would have been lovely enough to be back in deciduous forests with bursting red maples and bright yellow Ginko trees accentuating autumn colors surrounding the beautifully manicured Longjing (Dragon Well) tea plantations that rest quietly within the hills of the peaceful landscape so very close to the resort—next to and just across the street, in fact! However, our trip’s joys skyrocketed with our stay at the Landison. The staff was totally fantastic! Exceptional service in every way. Working with a phone translator Tracy, Brandy, Wen Yi (I hope his name is spelled correctly!), and Chris provided patient, attentive, and thorough care, concern, and heartwarming attention as they fully considered and answered our many daily questions on where to go, what to do, how to get there and back. (We were thrilled to use the excellent public transportation in and around Hangzhou. The hotel is just meters from the bus stop of two main lines. These buses provided easy connections to other main lines linking us to much of the rest of the city) Staff also guided us where to buy excellent tea, which turned out to be right there at the hotel, as well as from other lovely teashops nearby! Landison’s breakfast menu, included in our booking, remained the same throughout our stay and never disappointed. Every day we enjoyed a large selection of beautiful, delicious food that included fresh fruit, vegetables, egg dishes of differing styles, rice, dim sum, pastries, and our go-to each day: a piping hot bowl of noodles, prepared to order by the chef standing behind the varied selection of noodles and fixings! There was so much fresh, delicious, interesting, vegetarian cuisine we can’t account for the entire extensive buffet. The dining staff was totally incredible with their refined, careful, complete attention. Dining Room Manager Xu became our dear, memorable friend, offering us sweet, caring personal attention and comfort throughout our visit. We couldn’t help feeling disappointed when we didn’t see her the day before we were to leave. When we returned to the hotel for the evening and saw her through a dining room window, we popped into the area to say hello and a magical connection manifested that only world travel can provide, when the distance between two vastly different cultures disappears under the glow of human kindness, warmth, and connection. She provided such outstanding delight for us that our hearts hurt when we had to say goodbye to her. When she translated on her mobile phone, “looking forward to seeing you again,” we smiled broadly and added a very hopeful nod in agreement. Extra lovely perks included nightly delivery of a delicate, nourishing white mushroom soup to keep us warm and help us sleep, a specialty of the establishment. It was tasty and nurturing every day! The housekeeping staff was amiable and friendly, mutually acknowledging and appreciating the human relationship!  In addition, the parking area staff offered cheerful, welcoming, and happy engagement with us throughout our stay. Our extraordinary stay at the Landison is the kind of experience that highlights the vast benefits of world travel where the barriers of worldly concerns and tensions can fade away or even disappear into the significant and transformative mix and engagement with a time and place different from where we come from or know habitually. Where one realizes that, although time and place may differ considerably and provide many positive catalysts for meaningful change, the human heart and mind are inextricably linked together by way of mutual desires for happiness, well-being, safety, expression, and connection, however that may unfold in its immeasurable arrangements.
