My business trip stay at Hufu Inn exceeded my expectations. The room was incredibly spacious, with a solid wood desk perfect for working. The bedding had visible cotton seeds, felt healthy, soft, and comfortable, washing away all the fatigue from work. What impressed me most was the hotel's public areas and service. While relaxing in the cafe with lush greenery outside the window, the staff thoughtfully brought me hot tea. There were complimentary fruits and snacks available, and they even helped me print and bind my documents. The Hangzhou cuisine in the restaurant was also delicious. The concierge recommended Longjing shrimp, which was perfect for one person, and even gave me a complimentary Dongpo pork. I'll definitely consider staying here again.

This hotel was absolutely satisfying in every aspect. First off, the room layout was very well-designed, with pleasant views outside the window, and the hotel's amenities were comprehensive. Secondly, both breakfast and lunch were not only stylish but also offered a wide variety of high-quality food, with many ingredients sourced from Sam's Club. You could even have the chefs prepare fresh omelets, scrambled eggs, and pasta dishes on the spot. The afternoon tea in the lobby was also perfect for photos. The service was particularly impressive; they even thoughtfully provided herbal balm when I was bitten by mosquitoes. Finally, the hotel's overall style was very comforting, and its location was excellent, not far from various attractions. Overall, I was extremely pleased with every aspect of my stay at the Xinyu Designer Hotel. Highly recommend! 👍👍

I chose this hotel because of the Banyan Tree brand, but honestly, the service needs improvement. When I arrived, I had to climb some steps, and there was no bellboy to help with my luggage, even though there weren't many guests checking in at the time. During check-in, there wasn't much information provided about the hotel's services – I had to ask about everything. When I inquired about a taxi service, I was simply told to go to the concierge, and the staff member had no expression at all. On the other hand, the environment is truly amazing, especially the view from the lobby, which is super comfortable.

Cleanliness was top-notch and facilities were complete. When visiting Hangzhou, the most dreaded part isn't sore feet, but returning to the hotel with a tired body, only to still be enveloped by the city's hustle and bustle. This time, I chose Mercure Hangzhou West Lake, initially just for its proximity to the lake. However, what truly made me want to write something is how it transformed the act of 'staying' into the most relaxing part of my trip. Every aspect of the room perfectly catered to the need of 'resting after a tiring day of exploring.' The mattress was just the right balance of soft and firm – not the kind you sink into and can't get out of. After a day of walking the Su Causeway at West Lake, lying down provided excellent support for my back, and I didn't wake up with any aches or pains the next day. The double-glazed soundproof windows were truly a blessing – the noise of traffic from the lakeside instantly disappeared once the windows were closed. That feeling of 'lively outside, sanctuary inside' is something only those who've experienced it can truly understand. The front desk service was absolutely fantastic.

The environment here is fantastic! The lobby has books, a guzheng (Chinese zither), and calligraphy brushes, plus two adorable parrots 🦜. I'm very satisfied with this hotel; the rooms are spotless, and the front desk staff are wonderful. It's also very convenient for getting around. To go to West Lake, you just need to take the subway to Xiuxi Road Station. I really love it and will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Hangzhou.

## Thousand Islands Lake: The ultimate staycation choice! Voco is truly an excellent choice, a hotel under the InterContinental umbrella, so the quality is superb. Getting to the hotel is very convenient. It's about a 25-minute taxi ride from the high-speed train station. Alternatively, you can take a shuttle bus from the high-speed train station (¥15/person) to a nearby intersection and then a connecting shuttle to the lobby. The hotel is surrounded by lake views. Rooms with balconies offer clear and beautiful scenery. (Personally, I feel that the views from the 3rd and 4th floors are better than the 1st and 2nd floors). The hotel service deserves a perfect score. The day before check-in, I received a call, and a staff member added me on WeChat. A special thank you to Selena! She introduced the hotel and provided travel tips. Any questions I had were answered very quickly! Ordering takeout was also very convenient, with a robot delivering the food. Regarding the food, I only tried breakfast, and the variety was incredibly rich. From classic Western fried eggs and bacon to Chinese congee and soup dumplings, there was everything imaginable, satisfying all taste preferences. I'd also like to mention that the gym equipment is of good quality! It's more comprehensive than many other hotels.

The hotel's design is beautiful, and the environment is lovely, with several century-old trees and a rooftop. The service was also excellent; they upgraded our room for free and helped with luggage to and from the parking lot. Parking was very convenient, right at the hotel entrance. Breakfast was semi-buffet style, with many Cantonese dim sum dishes, which was very special. However, the facilities are a bit old. Perhaps due to the May Day holiday and the changing seasons, the outdoor air conditioning unit wasn't on. The room was stuffy and hot during the day but freezing at night. The biggest drawback was that the sofa and bed in our upgraded room had bed bugs! I got bitten over a dozen times in one night, and the bites haven't gone away after several days. It was terrifying! This is the first time I've encountered a hotel with bed bugs; it was truly terrible luck. I just hope I didn't bring any home with me.

Facilities: Staying on the 23rd floor, the view was expansive and incredibly refreshing. The breakfast at the revolving restaurant on the 34th floor was really nice; my child was so excited, running to the window to watch the river while eating! Hygiene: Spotless, just how I like it. Environment: Overlooking the Qiantang River, and the surrounding park was perfect for a leisurely stroll – very neat and quiet.

Really good! The surroundings are incredibly peaceful, with tea plantations all around and fantastic air. The room was comfortable too; the twin beds could be pushed together to make a super-large bed, perfect for stretching out. The front desk service was also excellent, and they even gave us a souvenir when we checked out.

Facilities: The room was spacious; a larger TV would have been even better. Cleanliness: The room was clean and tidy. Service: Excellent service. The breakfast had a good variety and tasted great. We also received a complimentary fruit platter on the first night. The front desk kindly allowed for a slightly later check-out. Environment: It's close to Wulin Square, within walking distance, with many shopping malls nearby, making dining convenient. It's also not far from Hangzhou East Railway Station. First night minibar: Complimentary on the first night, which was a nice touch.
