A family trip, we stayed at Hao Hostel. This hotel truly matches its pictures and offers great value, especially considering it's located right in the scenic area! 📍Location: The hotel is right on the Southern Song Imperial Street pedestrian area. A few minutes' walk brings you to nearby Hefang Street, Leifeng Pagoda, Drum Tower, snack streets, Hu Xueyan's former residence, West Lake, Phoenix Mosque, and Deshou Palace. There's also a Lawson convenience store, tea houses, coffee shops, Starbucks, and a Hao Xiang Lai supermarket with various eateries near Metro Exit C – all quite affordable! For those arriving by taxi or driving: Set your GPS to the hotel's back entrance – Guangfu Road No. 57, or Hao Hostel parking lot! Metro 🚇: A 4-6 minute walk to Ding'an Road Exit D/C [Strongly recommended]! 🛏️ Room: The hotel rooms are cozy and clean. It's been quite hot in Hangzhou recently, so the room felt a bit stuffy. Rooms come with bottled water, coffee, and tea bags. You can see a nice view from the window – a villa area across the way offers a unique charm. 💁 Service: The front desk staff were very warm and friendly. We arrived early before check-in time, and they kindly extended our check-out by 2 PM for free. If a room is available, you can check in early; otherwise, they offer complimentary luggage storage. Overall, the value for money is quite high. There's a lobby where you can chat, and it also has a coffee machine and tea bags. If you're visiting Hangzhou, you can confidently book this place. Plus, if you want to explore more after checking out, the hotel offers free luggage storage. For travelers coming to Hangzhou, Hangzhou Station and Hangzhou East Station are prioritized as they offer a very short commute to the hotel!!! Hangzhou Station is a 15-minute walk to our hotel, so if you're not too tired, you can easily stroll there!!

The room was clean, and the air conditioning worked well. The location is super convenient, right next to Fengqi Road subway station, Kerry Centre is just to the south, and Wulin Night Market is to the west. The service was excellent; they even had small bottles of water by the elevators in the summer, which was a thoughtful and welcoming touch.

The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, making for an excellent stay. The location is superb, convenient for getting around and shopping. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and they responded promptly. The bathroom facilities were in good condition, and the environment was quiet and peaceful. It offers great value for money, and I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip. Highly recommended!

This hotel near West Lake offers excellent value for money. It's very conveniently located, though the room had an inner window and soundproofing wasn't the best. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find a gym and laundry room available. The facilities are quite comprehensive, and there's a spacious, pleasant terrace where you can relax and take photos. All the facilities are well-maintained and easy to use, and the service was very attentive. Overall, it was a comfortable stay.

The hotel location is great, very close to West Lake. It's clean and tidy, and the service is thoughtful and warm! Aside from the slippers being a bit subpar, everything else is good and worth the price!

The hotel facilities are complete, with an underground parking lot and a laundry room. There's also a robot delivery service. The room was clean and tidy, very cozy and comfortable. Xiao Zhou provided excellent service, helping with the check-out process, which was very thoughtful and warm. The hotel is close to West Lake, so the location is great. I will definitely come again and recommend staying here.

The soundproofing between the two rooms was quite poor; it was very noisy next door at night. The front desk was very proactive in helping and said they would promptly remind the neighbors. What was most surprising, actually, was the downstairs fast-food restaurant – delicious and affordable, which was a pleasant bonus. There's a large clothes rack, so you can hang a lot of clothes. Overall, the experience was pretty good.

The room was clean and tidy, and the hotel's location is excellent. You can see West Lake from the room, and it's just a few minutes' walk to Intime department store and West Lake. Shopping, dining, and getting a taxi are all very convenient nearby. If you don't feel like going out to eat, the dinner at the second-floor restaurant is also great. All the staff are very professional and can solve problems promptly. Especially the parking attendant – I left something in my car and forgot to lock it before taking a taxi out. Within a few minutes, the attendant contacted the front desk staff, who then called me to remind me to lock the car. They are truly responsible. I will definitely stay here again next time; it truly lives up to its reputation as a long-standing hotel. Highly recommended!

There's a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, which is very convenient for drying clothes when you're away from home. Overall, it's pretty good for a standard hotel and offers good value for money. They also kindly extended my checkout time for free.
