The home owners accommodated us greatly for our late arrival and other guides and bookings. The breakfast is simple but delicious. They are warm and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious, the location is convenient with easy access to bus, near the nine creek which is beautiful. In the autumn, the sweet osmanthus fragrance creates the peaceful and tranquil atmosphere.

This stay was great! From the moment I stepped into the B&B, I felt the warmth and comfort. The room is very delicately decorated, and every detail shows the owner's care. The soft bed and warm lighting make people want to have a good rest as soon as they enter. The public area of the B&B is also very spacious, bright, clean and tidy, and there are various leisure facilities, so we can relax in our spare time. The boss and the staff are very warm and friendly, the service is very thoughtful, and any needs can be met in time. It's really like returning home. And the location of the B&B is also very good, the surrounding environment is beautiful, and travel is very convenient. During the few days I stayed here, I completely forgot the hustle and bustle of the outside world. It was really a very pleasant stay experience, and I strongly recommend it to everyone! I went to Hangzhou on May Day and booked a homestay in Manjuelong. There were no crowds of tourists. I lived in the mountains and wilderness. It was clean in the hustle and bustle, with fresh air and quiet and comfortable. The homestay style is ins, the housekeeper is enthusiastic and meticulous, the room has large floor-to-ceiling windows and spacious tatami, the breakfast is rich and delicious, and there are afternoon tea and dinner to order. The single items are beautiful and delicious. There is also a warm and sweet soup before going to bed at night. In addition, you can make an appointment for a free tea culture experience, which is a great harvest for me who loves tea. Next to the homestay is his coffee shop, and the design of the Japanese courtyard is very photogenic. It is also very convenient to go out for dinner and stroll. It takes a few minutes to walk to Xia Manjuelong. The soup house, Shiwudong and the Internet celebrity restaurant are all very close. In short, it is an experience that exceeds expectations. The entire room is pleasant but the walls are a little bit dirty. The hotel location is very convenient, which can directly reach the metro station by bus. Disadvantages:
1. The bathroom has a bit of an unpleasant smell, which can be smelled when sleeping near the sink
2. The hair dryer is the worst on this trip, with loud noise and little wind. I didn't dare to use it because it was too late, so my hair finally dried naturally
3. The hose of the shower head is broken, and I couldn't wash my hair, so I had to wash my hair in the sink

It is very nice and clean! “ah yi” (the host) was very friendly and quick to recommend actual nice local restaurants and spots for us to visit! The stay was great, cozy and we really felt like home! Would definitely come again!
P.s. just to note if u have bad knees prepare yourself to climb stairs here hahaha🥹overall for us it was one of our best stays!

It’s comfortable room, not that big, but we get the room close to the main road. And actually we can hear our neighbors voice, so it’s annoying especially in early morning if we wanna slow morning -.- and bcs we can’t speak mandarin, better if you put English name in front of this.

The room is nice. The boss lady is from Northeast China. She is very friendly and the service is very good. My family is very happy staying here. I came to Hangzhou with my parents. During this trip to Hangzhou, I encountered a homestay that I could call my favorite. From the moment I stepped into the homestay, I felt the meticulous care. They really put everything based on customer needs, no matter how big or small, and responded to every request.
I remember that morning, we had no time to eat breakfast because of the tight schedule. After the homestay staff learned about it, they specially prepared meals in advance so that we could enjoy them on the road. When the pillow was too high, they quickly found a low pillow to ensure our sleep quality. Another time, the takeaway was delivered early, and the staff took the initiative to help keep it warm to ensure that we could eat hot meals.
Not only is the service considerate, the location of the homestay is also very superior. It is adjacent to Prince Bay of West Lake, the surrounding scenery is picturesque, and it is extremely convenient to travel.
This homestay experience is perfect. Next time I come to Hangzhou, I will definitely choose here again, and I also recommend it to every friend who comes to Hangzhou!

GGuest UserThe best and cost-effective homestay so far! There are Rejoice shampoo L'Oreal Run Hair Dew, projectors and smart toilets. The most important thing is that the boss and the proprietress are very hospitable and enthusiastic. The rich self-made breakfast (the boss fried poached eggs are super fragrant). In the evening, I also booked his barbecue with the boss. I can say that it is good value for money. The ingredients are very fresh. I said that I bought it from Hema by car to the city center. The boss grilled on-site carbon, and the craftsmanship is super good! It is also very close to the OMG Heartbeat Paradise, and the boss and the proprietress will help pick up and drop off to the park when they are free. This homestay and this barbecue alone make people feel that this trip is not in vain hahaha, really make people feel at home ～ highly recommended, I hope the boss will not forget the original intention, I wish business prosperity!

SSusanEle Jane is in a very good and convenient location. Very close to the Longjing Tea village and in a natural environment. It is like staying in the forest within the city, which is a short DiDi ride away. DiDi’s were easy to hail and we never had to wait long. Our room was upgraded at no cost on arrival. We arrived early and left our luggage at the hotel to go explore the area. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful and gave us very good advice on what the area offers. We connected on WeChat and they were fairly eager to try to communicate in English too despite the language barrier, we appreciate their efforts. They provided us with an English tourist map of the area and advised us on the bus routes etc. As can be seen in the photos the room was comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was healthy and enjoyable. Limited options but nice. Two suggestions. Provide your foreign guests with the hotel’s location pin and DiDi address. We found it challenging to find the hotel’s address in the DiDi app when we arrived at Hangzhoudong railway station (about 15km away from the hotel.) Once my husband’s DiDi got lost and he was dropped off at an entirely different address. Another suggestion. We stayed two nights and the room was not made up the second day. We were a bit disappointed as it is the first hotel we stayed at that did not provide this cleaning service. We were also disappointed that the swimming pool and hot tub was under maintenance because that was one of the reasons why we booked the hotel in Trip.com. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay. Another bonus was that the beds were comfortable and soft. The hotel is also pet friendly. Not a lot of activities offered for families with small kids, but is is close enough to many other attractions.

JJoyce535Treasure B&B, the room is clean, the owner and his family are super nice ~ they are always responsive ~ attentive ~ took us to their own tea garden to experience tea picking. It is very pleasant to taste Longjing tea on the rooftop and look at the tea mountain opposite. The B&B is very close to the Bailongtan Scenic Area, and there is a free sightseeing bus to the scenic area. The Bailongtan Scenic Area is less crowded and the experience is super good. It is parent-child hiking friendly ~ the children like it very much. By the way, the farmhouse recommended by the owner is super delicious ~ I stayed for two nights and had three meals.

3. The entire B&B building is relatively small, so don't expect too much. A big bug came into the house, and guests need to be reminded to prevent insects and provide necessary facilities. If there are special services, it will be more points, and the competition in B&Bs is quite fierce now.

SStevenThis is a fantastic spot for a few days away. I do not speak very much Chinese and relied on my local friend to really help out with the finer details. The hotel and staff were super helpful and very welcoming.
Check in was quick and all COVID details, passport and visa info was quickly taken note of. We were given the keys to our room on the fifth floor. What a view out across the mountains where we could watch the sunset from a huge bath tub! The room itself was super clean and had everything you would want....Large TV (we brought our own HDMI cable and movies). There was a kettle for tea but no coffee.....I forgot to pack it!
Food in the hotel was of a high standard and they even made sure to check if there was anything I would prefer not to eat. Beers were available or wine but nothing else that I could see.
The Host gave us excellent advice for our hike in the Tianmushan mountain and forest the next day. We had thought we may be back in time but ended up taking a long route over 11k ... in blistering heat! It was worth it.
As the only Westerner in the hotel for two days I felt very welcome and comfortable. I can highly recommend Tianmushan Chengjing Homestay and will hopefully stay there again maybe in winter time.

SSu MyatI had an absolutely wonderful stay at this bnb! The location is perfect, just a short distance from the Hangzhou Botanical Garden, making it a peaceful and scenic spot. The room was impeccably clean, and I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was. As someone who is very sensitive to noise, I slept like a log every single night!
The host, the owner lady, was incredibly warm, friendly, and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. When I caught a cold during my trip, she not only went out to buy medicine for me but also gave me extra supplies to help me recover. Her kindness and thoughtfulness were truly heartwarming. She upgraded my room without me asking!
Despite the language barrier (I don’t speak Mandarin), she made every effort to communicate and ensure I had everything I needed. Her hospitality made my stay in Hangzhou truly delightful and memorable.
The convenience of having a bus right outside the complex was also a huge plus, making it easy to explore the city.
I cannot recommend this place enough! If you’re looking for a clean, quiet, and welcoming place to stay in Hangzhou, this is it. Thank you so much to the host for making my trip so special—I will definitely be back! 😊

This time I took my parents and a year-old and a half of my children to travel with my parents. I have chosen this loft room type for a long time. It can be said that it is perfect. The floor bed upstairs is too friendly to the children. The room is very large. It is suitable for family travel. It is no problem to live in three big and one small. The fragrance likes the smart toilet. Clean and tidy, high safety factor
Downstairs is the street but it is not noisy at all. It is very convenient to eat and drink in the coffee shop downstairs. It is very convenient to go out in Hefang Street. It is very convenient to go to the Drum Tower. But if you are going to play West Lake, it is recommended to go in the morning and start to get a taxi in the afternoon. The driver refuses to load. (Because it's not too far back here)
It is worth mentioning that the front desk brother is very, very enthusiastic and professional. It makes people feel like a spring breeze. I have given a lot of help. The attitude is so good that it makes people sweep the journey tired.
I have already recommended it to my friends. I will stay here next time.

AAmanda DeBoerThe location was beautiful - beautiful views and lots of tea around! Everyone was helpful and it was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very traditional Chinese. The location was difficult to get or from via Didi during peak times. We were able to make it work though. The A/C wasn't turned on yet so it was warm in the room if windows were closed. If windows were open, it was very noisy starting at about 5:00 am. All-in-all, it was a nice trip in a beautiful location.

AAlanPositives: On arrival, the bedroom was nice and clean, althought it is smaller than it seems on pictures, but still very cozy! Negatives: 1. NO WIFI FOR FOREIGNERS unless you have a CHINESE PHONE NUMBER!!!! No one told us this so we couldn't get wifi access at all. We told this to the hotel manager but they replied ”you need a chnese number, there is nothing I can do” so we didn't have wifi during our whole stay. 2. The service was pretty much non-existent. All we did was check-in with the front desk guy (who is probbly the owner but I can;'t be sure), he agve us the key and that's it. There is no cleaning service during the mornig while you're out, meaning garbage from the first day will stay with you in the room until the day you check out, and you also don't get clean fresh towels, you need to reuse the one you got the first day until you leave. which at least dring winter is not ideal as the towels never get completely dry so you are reusing the same wet cold towel after showering over and over again. It gets quite cold in the room at night so keep that in mind too if you travek during the colder months. 3. There is a washing machine in the hotel (ask themanager to show you to it) but no dryer, meanign if you wash clothes you have to hang them somehow in your room and hope they get dry before you check out. 4. There was a huge bottle of shampoo and a huge bottle of shower gel in the shower but they were both empty. You would have to ask the manager to give you these 2 basic toiletries.

GGuest UserIts an AirBnB type of accomodation, there is no reception to greet us. But the security guard was kind and helpful. All instructions are in Chinese. Only recommended for expert travellers. The room is to cold, we waited for more than half an hour for the heater to warm up but after 30 minutes we gave up. Host is very accomodating and tried to change the room for us.
