來杭州一直喜歡天竺路的安靜，喜歡享受這條街的寧靜，這次過來選擇了樂心，小院的獨特裝修風格非常吸引人，到的時候管家正好外出，電話裏給了門禁密碼讓我們自己進去客廳休息，整個感覺就像到了一個熟悉的朋友的家的感覺，到的當天店家還送了水果。民宿離法喜寺、法鏡寺、法凈寺、靈隱寺非常近，散散步就到了，周邊還聚集了好多家網紅餐廳，還是一如既往的滿意。因此次來的時間較短，第二天趕車，約的網約車時間是三點多，店家非常耐心的告訴我們車子應該開到哪裡接我們最方便，我們退房後，隨身的包包就放在店內客廳裏，我們放心的前往上天竺和靈隱寺燒香拜佛。下次來杭州還是會繼續選擇樂心雲舍

The homestay is located at the end of a small road on the side of Hupao Road, a large platform on the top of the slope. The parking lot is large and there is an attached glass house restaurant. It is very convenient to drive. If you don't drive, you can call the car directly to the door of the homestay.
One of the houses can see the mountain view, and the tea tree terraces are outside the window. On the edge of the terraces are nearby homestays and cafes, both mountain and literary.
The furniture is all logs, the bedding is very simple and clean, very elegant. Toiletries are also quite good. In short, this is a detail-oriented homestay. The fly in the ointment is that the sewer will have a smell, because it is in the mountains, it is understandable. Open the window to breathe can be solved.
Originally stayed for two days, but the next morning I had to go home early in the morning. Strive for the near future to make up for the regret.

The location is in a single building by the West Lake. There is a yard in the middle of noisy. The room is spacious. The view outside the window is full of trees. I don’t want to waste this slow pace. I sat down and then went to a yoga. I walked to Hupao Temple. Many scenic spots around can be reached on foot. Of course, this is for those who like to walk. I came back from a day of play and sat in the yard and made a pot of good tea.
By the way, let's talk about the service. The boss is very good and very considerate.

My elderly family member had a birthday, so I took her to West Lake for fun.

In spring, I went to the tea village by the West Lake. The village is called Yangmeiling. There is a scenic spot called Jiuxi Shibajian. Outside the village is the Xiaoxi Forest Tea Garden. Tea picking is about to begin. The village is busy, as if the energy that has been held back for a whole winter is slowly bursting out. Bo Ke is the most comfortable homestay I have ever stayed in. The yard is beautiful, the rooms are stylish, and the bedding is very comfortable. The proprietress is a returnee who has lived in many countries. It is very interesting to chat with her. She also invited me to drink tea. The tea from the first-level production area of West Lake Longjing is indeed delicious, not bitter or astringent. I guess the tea I drank before was not West Lake Longjing. So you must go to the production area to drink good tea

A tall osmanthus tree at the door of the room, there are several other osmanthus trees and golden osmanthus trees next to it, the fragrance is sweet and quiet, sitting under the osmanthus tree to enjoy tea, very comfortable.
The room was very good to sleep, the sheets were of good quality, the shower was hot, the bath towels were easy to use, the toilet was clean and the water was smooth. The overall health is very good, and the National Day stay is very happy.

SSusanEle Jane is in a very good and convenient location. Very close to the Longjing Tea village and in a natural environment. It is like staying in the forest within the city, which is a short DiDi ride away. DiDi’s were easy to hail and we never had to wait long. Our room was upgraded at no cost on arrival. We arrived early and left our luggage at the hotel to go explore the area. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful and gave us very good advice on what the area offers. We connected on WeChat and they were fairly eager to try to communicate in English too despite the language barrier, we appreciate their efforts. They provided us with an English tourist map of the area and advised us on the bus routes etc. As can be seen in the photos the room was comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was healthy and enjoyable. Limited options but nice. Two suggestions. Provide your foreign guests with the hotel’s location pin and DiDi address. We found it challenging to find the hotel’s address in the DiDi app when we arrived at Hangzhoudong railway station (about 15km away from the hotel.) Once my husband’s DiDi got lost and he was dropped off at an entirely different address. Another suggestion. We stayed two nights and the room was not made up the second day. We were a bit disappointed as it is the first hotel we stayed at that did not provide this cleaning service. We were also disappointed that the swimming pool and hot tub was under maintenance because that was one of the reasons why we booked the hotel in Trip.com. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay. Another bonus was that the beds were comfortable and soft. The hotel is also pet friendly. Not a lot of activities offered for families with small kids, but is is close enough to many other attractions.

GGuest UserI was on a business trip alone and wanted to experience some tranquility. It was fate that I chose Guanshan. I didn't feel anything special before parking the car, until I opened the door and felt like I was home. The boss also thoughtfully prepared fruits and made tea art reception😁.
The whole house was decorated very carefully, and the hygiene issue that was the most concerned was also very satisfactory. In the morning, the boss's mother also helped to make a hearty breakfast. 😊
The overall experience was very good, and there was a large platform on the top floor. You can also consider coming here for friends' gatherings or company team building in the future.

SStevenThis is a fantastic spot for a few days away. I do not speak very much Chinese and relied on my local friend to really help out with the finer details. The hotel and staff were super helpful and very welcoming.
Check in was quick and all COVID details, passport and visa info was quickly taken note of. We were given the keys to our room on the fifth floor. What a view out across the mountains where we could watch the sunset from a huge bath tub! The room itself was super clean and had everything you would want....Large TV (we brought our own HDMI cable and movies). There was a kettle for tea but no coffee.....I forgot to pack it!
Food in the hotel was of a high standard and they even made sure to check if there was anything I would prefer not to eat. Beers were available or wine but nothing else that I could see.
The Host gave us excellent advice for our hike in the Tianmushan mountain and forest the next day. We had thought we may be back in time but ended up taking a long route over 11k ... in blistering heat! It was worth it.
As the only Westerner in the hotel for two days I felt very welcome and comfortable. I can highly recommend Tianmushan Chengjing Homestay and will hopefully stay there again maybe in winter time.

He was so quick to offer assistance, anticipating our every need, and of course any little thing we asked about he was happy to help with. Despite a language barrier, communication was great. And besides amazing service, the location is perfection and the rooms were comfortable, clean, well decorated, and most importantly look out onto a gorgeous little section of the lake! The hotel is located equidistant from Qiandaohu and Jiande railway station, nearby enough to the main town (as well as the beer ”town”), but separated enough to feel isolated, with its own little cove. The views are fantastic and kayaking, swimming, fishing, etc. is right at your doorstep. Food is good too 👌 Jason can also help you arrange transportation if you don't have your own. We really enjoyed our short stay here, and one of us even extended their stay because they couldn't bare to go back to the city so soon 😜 Definitely the perfect hideout for a relaxing weekend. Highly recommend, especially for foreigners looking for a slightly more budget option on the lake 💯

CCasisorangeThe owners are extremely helpful and friendly, but since I speak Chinese, I have no problem communicating with them. It’s only 2 mins walk to the bus stop outside. Since there are rooms available, they allowed me to check in early, and they even upgraded my room too. They offered a very tasty hot orange juice as a welcome drink. The bed is nice, but the hanger is in a very odd position in front of the bed blocking the walkway. I keep hitting it. Anyway, it’s also near the West lake if you enjoy walking. There’s a nice coffee shop next to the homestay.

This time I took my parents and a year-old and a half of my children to travel with my parents. I have chosen this loft room type for a long time. It can be said that it is perfect. The floor bed upstairs is too friendly to the children. The room is very large. It is suitable for family travel. It is no problem to live in three big and one small. The fragrance likes the smart toilet. Clean and tidy, high safety factor
Downstairs is the street but it is not noisy at all. It is very convenient to eat and drink in the coffee shop downstairs. It is very convenient to go out in Hefang Street. It is very convenient to go to the Drum Tower. But if you are going to play West Lake, it is recommended to go in the morning and start to get a taxi in the afternoon. The driver refuses to load. (Because it's not too far back here)
It is worth mentioning that the front desk brother is very, very enthusiastic and professional. It makes people feel like a spring breeze. I have given a lot of help. The attitude is so good that it makes people sweep the journey tired.
I have already recommended it to my friends. I will stay here next time.

MMattStray Clouds Villa is a fantastic place to stay in Jiande, especially for those looking to take a break from city life and enjoy some time in the countryside. The owner of the hotel lives in Singapore, but handles registration for foreigners remotely. The three women who work at the hotel are lovely and make sure that each guest is treated with the same generous hospitality. My only suggestion for foreign passport holders looking to stay here is to establish contact with the owner in advance by adding his WeChat (same as the hotel's phone number) to share documents required for registration at the local police station including passport information page, current Chinese visa, most recent entry stamp, residential address in China, and phone number. This will decrease the time needed for check-in.
The hotel itself was spectacularly clean and the rooms were spacious. The hotel is just minutes away by foot from Tuanyun Pagoda (抟云塔) and Wenchang Pavilion (文昌阁), two of Xinye Ancient's Village (新叶古村) most recognizable landmarks. The nearest bullet train station in Lanxi, Jinhua is currently closed, so it's best to take a bullet train into Jiande Station (建德站) followed by a 70-90 minute Didi directly to the hotel.
Highly recommended for a weekend getaway!

GGuest UserThis was a decent stay for a short 2 days stop in hangzhou. Transport wise you are not too far (15 mins walk) from the nearest subway. Most people staying here are chinese (long term). So, it isn't your hostel hostel vibe. And during my time no one spoke English but everyone was friendly and curious. And it being a seperate accomodation for men meant the washrooms etc weren't amusing at all (stench). Reminded me of my days in school (boys dorm). As with most of China, no jet spray (health faucet) in toilets.
There is a Starbucks and may be a western burger chain very nearby. Locally i found luckin cafe to be a nice place for my morning coffee. Chinese breakfast available at the small restaurant downstairs. Right, and there's one shower and toilet per flat (meant to be shared amongst 10 men). This is just information. Nothing meant to negatively portray the place. Also, I think if you don't find the place up to your expectations, know that it isn't the owner's fault at all. Because it's more to do with the people staying there.
With limited language skills I did find it complicated to get around. I did go walking in all directions and weren't many local/cheap eateries around except for the one downstairs. But plenty of mall restaurants and cafe/fast food set ups. Some may qualify as local eateries if it suits your budget. The owner/manager was helpful and came by on the day of check-in and stayed in touch over we chat when needed. I was given a disposable napkin/towel. And the RFID card for entry into the building. The bed was okay and I think I slept about fine. I couldn't figure out if it is a building with offices or residential flats with people staying in there. It's got a mix sort of vibe.
Overall quite a decent stay (I just came back to sleep late in the night). I would recommend this place, given the location (transport) and prices. Short stay shouldnt be a problem at all. Again I reiterate, the owner is very helpful and clearly doing his best to accomodate you comfortably.

AAlanPositives: On arrival, the bedroom was nice and clean, althought it is smaller than it seems on pictures, but still very cozy! Negatives: 1. NO WIFI FOR FOREIGNERS unless you have a CHINESE PHONE NUMBER!!!! No one told us this so we couldn't get wifi access at all. We told this to the hotel manager but they replied ”you need a chnese number, there is nothing I can do” so we didn't have wifi during our whole stay. 2. The service was pretty much non-existent. All we did was check-in with the front desk guy (who is probbly the owner but I can;'t be sure), he agve us the key and that's it. There is no cleaning service during the mornig while you're out, meaning garbage from the first day will stay with you in the room until the day you check out, and you also don't get clean fresh towels, you need to reuse the one you got the first day until you leave. which at least dring winter is not ideal as the towels never get completely dry so you are reusing the same wet cold towel after showering over and over again. It gets quite cold in the room at night so keep that in mind too if you travek during the colder months. 3. There is a washing machine in the hotel (ask themanager to show you to it) but no dryer, meanign if you wash clothes you have to hang them somehow in your room and hope they get dry before you check out. 4. There was a huge bottle of shampoo and a huge bottle of shower gel in the shower but they were both empty. You would have to ask the manager to give you these 2 basic toiletries.

GGuest UserVery satisfied with the stay. Came to Hangzhou with friends. This loft is very suitable for us. There is a bathroom on the upper floor and one on the lower floor. It is much better than those chain brands. The area is also large. The layout is very thoughtful. I will come again next time I visit.
