"This time, our group of four drove to Hangzhou and chose the SFEEL Designer Hotel, which gave us so many pleasant surprises! First, the hotel's location is excellent; it's very close to West Lake and right next to the provincial government, making it convenient whether you're traveling by subway or car. The hotel is brand new, having just opened this year, and the facilities are superb. We had a spacious 35-square-meter room with brand-name bathroom fixtures, a 65-inch TV, spotless furniture and bedding, a King Koil mattress, and more – truly fantastic 👍🏻. Second, the service was proactive, professional, and attentive. From the moment our car arrived, a 'butler' helped us park, carried our luggage, assisted with check-in, and then accompanied us to our room to deliver the luggage – even a young woman, which was truly touching. Every staff member, from the front desk to the waitstaff, chefs, and housekeeping aunties, greeted us with a smile and a polite hello, excelling in their respective duties. Third, the breakfast had a wide variety of options, easily on par with a 4-star hotel. If we wanted wontons or noodles, the server would cook them, add seasonings, and bring them directly to our table, and they tasted great. Finally, when we checked out, they helped us with our luggage, gave us complimentary bottled water, and practical small gifts. It was truly a delightful experience. The hotel industry is currently in a downturn, but we felt their dedication, professionalism, and patience. The next time we come to Hangzhou, whether for leisure or business, this will be our top choice."

"Honestly, the online complaints about this place are completely justified. Check-in at 5 PM and check-out at 12 PM – I haven't seen such an absurd schedule in ages. Most of the 'GO' activities are in the afternoon, many of them water-based. So, are you expected to change into a swimsuit without a room, or participate after checking out? If you really want to join the activities, you need to stay at least two days. But are the activities offered here truly worth a two-day stay? The difference between all-inclusive and non-all-inclusive mainly lies in the meals, and honestly, I don't think that extra money is worth it. The dinner environment and preparation were decent. Lunch is from 12 PM to 2 PM, but by 1:15 PM, all six stir-fry stations were empty, and there was a huge queue for lamb skewers. Forget about the cold seafood, it was long gone. Even the 'NPCs' (staff) couldn't keep up with the demand. The snacks and cakes served all day, from morning to night, were exactly the same – no variety or thought put into them. What I found unacceptable were the blue and green glass cups for water. Maybe it's the material, but they constantly felt sticky. If you've been to other Club Med resorts and expect energetic GOs or to sit down and chat with them, don't get your hopes up. The GOs here just felt like regular service staff to me."

"This was my first time staying at the Time Walk Hotel, and I had such a great experience, I'm officially a fan! First off, the service was excellent. The front desk staff, the restaurant aunties, and the cleaning staff were all incredibly friendly and would proactively greet you. The front desk even helped me with my luggage! Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. Although the double room I booked was a bit small, it had everything you could possibly need (they even provided facial tissues!) and had a window. The mini-bar drinks and snacks were all complimentary, and as I was leaving, the front desk even gave me a farewell gift, which was a really thoughtful touch. Most importantly, the hotel's location is fantastic! Just 50 meters to the right from the entrance is the Line 19 subway station, which goes directly to Hangzhou East Railway Station. Finally, the soundproofing is amazing! I stayed here for 4 nights and it was always quiet, I slept really well every night! I'll definitely book here again on my next trip to Hangzhou."

Environment: I originally booked a room below the 15th floor, but they upgraded me to a 54th-floor river view room for free. The view was unbeatable, with the Qiantang River banks fully visible. I could even watch the light show from my room at night. Service: Delivery staff brought food right to my door. Breakfast: More than sufficient and delicious. It feels comparable to an Indigo hotel. Highly recommended!"

"I stayed at the hotel for two nights. It's very close to Future Sci-Tech City, and also conveniently located near Alibaba, Vivo, ByteDance, and Oppo campuses, making it ideal for business trips. The hotel is quite new, and the guests were relatively quiet. My room was on the fourth floor, and although it faced a road, there wasn't much noise. The soundproofing in the room was just okay, but that's to be expected. Right outside the window is EFC Europe & America Plaza, which offers plenty of dining and drinking options. I didn't have much time to explore this trip, but it looked quite new and upscale. The hotel service was excellent. The bed and pillows were decent, and the Wi-Fi was fast. The front desk staff were all soft-spoken and accommodating. They even have a robot to deliver takeout orders to your room. The breakfast was simple but quite varied, and the breakfast restaurant had a nice view. Hangzhou's infrastructure and city management are far superior to Beijing's. Transportation is convenient; it's easy to get a taxi right outside the building, and the subway isn't too far. There's also a 24-hour convenience store and a Ruixing Coffee nearby. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit."

"The hotel is very close to West Lake, and it's convenient to catch a taxi right outside. The decor has a lovely, comfortable French style. I heard it just opened this year, but there's absolutely no new-hotel smell. The front desk staff were wonderful, very enthusiastic young ladies. The room had an open view, and the disposable bathtub liner was a nice touch for cleanliness. The air conditioning worked great. Food deliveries were brought by a robot, and the hotel elevator requires a room card, which feels very secure. Highly recommend, I'll definitely come back."
