"I booked this hotel for a last-minute business trip and was pleasantly surprised. The lobby was clean and spacious, and check-in was quick. The room facilities were new and well-maintained, with instant air conditioning and hot water. The blackout curtains were excellent. It's affordable and has a self-service laundry room, which is very convenient for longer stays. Definitely worth coming back to."

Public areas like hallways and elevators are cleaned regularly every day, with no dirty or neglected spots whatsoever. 2. **Facilities:** The amenities are very comprehensive. The air conditioning, TV, and hot water supply are all stable. The toiletries are of good quality, and the mattress and pillows are just right, providing a very comfortable sleep. The elevators, parking lot, and lounge areas are well-maintained; all equipment is new and undamaged. The soundproofing is excellent, ensuring an undisturbed rest. 3. **Front Desk & Room Service:** The staff were polite and friendly throughout. Check-in and check-out were incredibly fast, and any requests were handled promptly. Whether we wanted to borrow something or ask for directions, the staff answered patiently and meticulously. Their attention to detail in service was truly heartwarming. 4. **Shuttle Service:** The accompanying shuttle service was excellent. The vehicles were new, and the drivers were highly professional and courteous. 5. **Location:** The hotel has a great location, close to Zhejiang University Yuquan Campus and West Lake. There are plenty of dining options nearby. The Pushu Restaurant next door has good food, is clean and hygienic, offers a pleasant dining environment, and is very good value for money. 6. **Overall:** In summary, it was a great stay. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to West Lake. Highly recommended."

"The room was clean and tidy. The front desk staff were very warm, generous, and thoughtful. Food delivery by robot to the room door was a nice touch. There's a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, which is very convenient for drying clothes when you're away from home. Overall, it's pretty good for a standard hotel and offers good value for money. They also kindly extended my checkout time for free."

"This was my first stay at the Time Walk (Wulin Plaza) branch, and I specifically mean the Wulin Plaza one. From the decor and staff service to the breakfast, everything deserves a perfect ten. They offer 24-hour laundry service to your room, and the room itself provides laundry detergent, soft cotton towels, and even a foot bath bucket. In the lobby, you'll find bottled water, ice cream, and tea. Basically, you'll be happy from the moment you check in until you leave. When we checked out, a tall, slender young lady at the front desk even provided us with bottled water for our journey. All in all, my stay was a joyful experience. I highly recommend the Time Walk hotel at Wulin Plaza! Finally, a big thank you to the hotel for the wonderful birthday decorations! Very nice."

"The location is excellent! I stayed here for a competition and it's super close to the Olympic Sports Center, just a five-minute walk away. There are also plenty of dining options nearby, including convenience stores and casual eateries. The environment and facilities are good; I saw it was renovated in 2026. I was worried there might be a smell in the room, but there wasn't at all. The air quality in the room was good, and I had a pleasant stay. Thumbs up!"

The location is fantastic – we could walk to West Lake, and there's a large shopping area nearby with tons of dining options. Plus, the metro station is conveniently close."

"It's pretty quiet, and getting around is super convenient with bus and subway stations within 200m. Getting to West Lake or Lingyin Temple is easy with direct bus routes or the subway. My only regret is waking up too early for Lingyin Temple and missing breakfast 🥲. The front desk service was excellent, thank you to all the handsome guys and beautiful ladies!"

The hotel is surrounded by restaurants and has plenty of charming cafes, so there are tons of options for meals and afternoon tea. The room was spotless, and the bed and pillows were just the right softness – super relaxing, I slept really well. The staff were gentle and attentive, and they responded quickly to any requests. The environment is quiet and the facilities are comprehensive, making it ideal for families traveling with children. Everything you need for dining, entertainment, and fun is right here. We'll definitely choose this hotel again next time we're in Hangzhou!"
