We are actually trying to find a drawback to this hotel, but this is really difficult, as you have all the services and amenities that you would expect. English speaking staff was available (which seems to be rare these days even in 5 stars hotels) and very professional. The rooms are well decorated and spacious. The location and environment are peaceful and green, perfect if you are trying to escape the busy center of Hangzhou. The breakfast had a wide choice of good quality international and local options. If we really had to be picky, the cocktails were slow to come at the afternoon tea restaurant. That was the only potential improvement to make that we found. ;)

I came to Hangzhou to play in my free time and found this hotel by accident. I took a taxi immediately after placing an order on Ctrip. This hotel really surprised me! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I could feel its high quality and professional service. The room is spacious and bright, the bed is super comfortable, and the facilities are complete. The staff Crayton is warm and polite, always able to meet my needs at the first time. The breakfast in the morning also surprised me. Although there are not many varieties, it is very delicate and tastes good👍 It is a hotel that I will visit next time.

When you step into the hotel located in the core area from the noisy Xixi Scenic Area, you will be amazed by the beautiful scenery and quiet environment in a second. The service is also warm and thoughtful. Every employee is very kind and responsive, especially the hotel's housekeeper, who is the most considerate and humane housekeeper I have ever seen in China. However, the hotel's hardware flaws cannot be concealed. For example, the sliding door of the bathroom is very heavy, and once closed, it cannot be opened from the inside; the cover of the hair dryer socket above the washbasin is about to fall off, which poses a safety hazard; the automatic cover of the Washlet only opens halfway and then closes again each time, and it can only be opened manually. If too much paper is thrown, it is easy to get blocked; the most unbearable thing is that the shower water pressure is very low. With such a low water pressure, you can't use a rainforest shower at all. You can only use a handheld shower head, but the angle of the handheld shower head cannot be adjusted. In short, if you want to take photos, I recommend staying at this hotel. The photos taken are really beautiful and very Jiangnan-style. It may be the most artistic hotel in Xixi. It is different from the modern Mushou Xixi and the luxurious Banyan Tree. If you have high requirements for hardware, especially bathing comfort, you should avoid it.

It is very considerate and meticulous. Be patient! The afternoon tea is really amazing. The appearance and taste are first-class and impeccable. The staff will patiently explain each delicacy, so considerate! Dinner is also very good, with great taste and good looks. The restaurant staff will also introduce each dish. If you want to drink wine or tea, the staff will make suggestions based on the customer's preferences, and also provide some snacks, drinks and Gift, great! The breakfast the next day was also very delicious. The xiaolongbao and milk were very delicious. Anyway, whether it was Chinese or French, they were all delicious! When leaving the hotel, there are also staff members who will escort customers to the resort entrance! Every staff member at the resort treats customers like family members and provides excellent service in all aspects! Arriving at the resort feels like coming home! Park Hyatt Hangzhou definitely will be the next hotel to stay for my next business and personal trips to Hangzhou again due to its super good location, great service, fantastic hotel design, amazing hotel environment and satisfied hotel cleanliness. The Hangzhou MIXC Complex is just located at the same location as the hotel and so it is super convenient for our shopping. Definitely it is a GOOD choice!

Aman in Hangzhou is the perfect staycation destination. The environment is calming and beautiful, relaxing and natural. The staff and service at Amanfayun is probably the best second only to the hotel grounds itself. The room was beautiful and had probably the best sleep I’ve had in a long time as the room becomes completely pitch black and the bed is super comfortable. The spa was unreal, with an ensuite for every service (1 or 2 people). The spa is located next to the pool which had to be my favorite thing about staying there - the afternoon tea by the pool was amazing, delicious, and so cute. It wasn’t hard to feel comfortable or communicate because the majority of staff speaks English. The hotel has 6 places to eat, but I will say as someone who doesn’t eat meat it was a little hard to find options at the hotel but super easy to order food in! If you do eat meat, no problem, there are many options. Definitely recommend Amanfayun to anyone but especially anyone looking for a weekend away with family, a friend, or a loved one. Thanks Aman!

Excellent stay! The stay far surpassed expectation. Friendly staff, breathtaking scenery. Was offered an upgrade to Building 1 and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND it. Level one room opens up to a balcony overlooking Westlake and Leifeng Pagoda in the distant. Booking comes with free afternoon tea (daily) and breakfast.
