The hotel is located in the free area of ​​Xixi Wetland, very quiet, very suitable for a relaxing vacation. The hotel is equipped with an electric parking lot, which is very convenient. You can ask the housekeeper to help arrange a car to pick you up at the scenic spot or the gate. You can also help to arrange a rowing boat. You can get on the boat from the hotel. The price is 388 per hour, which is the same as the price in the park. The staff in the hotel are very polite, and the housekeeper Yulia is also very meticulous. On the day of check-in, she will add WeChat to ask if there is anything you need. The room is in a cool style and has a large space. Hangzhou has been cold these days. Fortunately, the warm wind in the room is warm enough. It is also equipped with a warm baby and a blanket. The night bed service is also very considerate. It prepares water for taking medicine, fruit snacks, and makeup removal towels, etc. The bath is equipped with the Oulong series, which tastes good, and the hair dryer is also Dyson~ The hotel breakfast is semi-self-service, with six sets and a self-selection area. The ingredients are very good, with avocado, cherry tomatoes, and vegetable juice. The good impression is improved! The set meal recommends small wontons and chicken soup noodles, which are very fresh~ The waitresses in the restaurant are also very enthusiastic! The only downside is that the TV in the room is not up to standard, although I don't watch it now. The bedding should be improved. The mattress, bed sheet and pillowcase are all relatively hard. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended. If you are coming to Xixi for a vacation like me, I believe this is a good choice for charging!

Our party of 3 adults spent 3 nights at the Fuchun Mountain Golf Resort in early 12/2024.  We came to Fuchun to see the scenaries that had inspired the famous 富春山居圖 painting.  We booked 2 basic rooms (Linyin Garden View), but received free upgrades (Guizhou Lake View) at check in.  I must admit our initial feelings as we arrived was one of creeping doubt, because the Fuyang city streets we had driven through (we drove in from the Hangzhou Xihu area) were very industrial, just giant factories one after another and the immediate area outside the property was just a bunch of small suburban farm homes and shops.  Furthermore, as our car pulled up to the front lobby entrance, no one greeted us.  Not a soul was in sight.  Our driver had to poke his head inside and announce guests are here and service is needed.  From there on, however, things only got better and better.  So, yes, this was a quiet property.  There wasn’t a lot of staff standing about.  But, there was enough personnel to provide all the basic services expected.  And I found they were very friendly, quick to respond, and efficient.  During our 3.5 days here, we explored and enjoyed this beautiful hotel inside and out.  The hotel itself (the main building) was simply grand.  Its design and decor was a perfect balance of East Meets West, modernized traditional, understated elegance.  The layout was a bit of a labyrinth.  There were wings, corridors, and stairs you can go down to find restaurants, spa/gym/pool, conference rooms, sitting nooks, a small boat dock, and even an impressive collection of embroidery art on display.  Our rooms were large and airy, spotless, the ceiling was high, and the windows opened onto the lake.  The bathroom was spacious with a double sink and lots of counter space.  Beds and pillows were very comfortable, definitely in line with 5 star international standards.  Outside, there was a man-made lake with 2 groups of swans (or were they white geese?).  They crisscrossed the lake during the day and slept below our windows at night.  There was also a little children’s playground (with a pair of ducks) and what looked like a small amphitheater.  Several short paths allowed us to walk the sizable grounds.  Early one morning, we followed one across a little brook to the edge of the tea terrace.  Another morning, we strolled down a road flanked by bamboo that led to the beautiful villas that stood apart from the main hotel.  Everywhere, the atmosphere was tranquil and the views spectacular.  We ate most of our meals at the hotel since we were unfamiliar with the area and didn’t really want to go out looking (this was the end of a 2 week trip).  We tried both of the restaurants on-site (the Chinese and the Western/Fusion) and thought they were fine overall, since food/ingredients were fresh and of good quality.  Taste and craft were okay, not great but acceptable.  In truth, we were probably not too demanding at this point, as we had already gorged out during our previous stay in the HZ/Xihu area.  In summary, our family really liked the Fuchun Mountain Golf Resort.  We were very comfortable during our short stay.  We really appreciated the quiet calmness of the place as well as the warm service provided by the entire staff.  We would love to return.  It was an easy car ride from the HZ city area, and it was easy to hire cars to nearby and more distant attractions.  Lastly, for those interested in the 富春山居圖, there is a replica of the painting (both parts and to scale) displayed downstairs in the spa :)

The hotel is located inside Xixi Wetland, and the natural environment is amazing. It is worth mentioning that the hotel's front desk service is very considerate, professional, and comprehensive. The hotel scenery is also very beautiful. It can be seen that it is usually carefully maintained. The garden design is just right, with a view at every step. The room layout and layout are very reasonable. The facilities are relatively new compared to some old hotels. The room service is also very friendly. The staff will also greet you warmly when walking on the road. Good comments, I will consider coming again next time!

I like the environment here, with green trees and lush trees. The environment inside the hotel is also very good. The area is very large and spacious. The standard tatami room is for doubles, but it is also completely suitable for children. The hotel specially added a bed for the children. The butler service is also very good. They will contact in advance for parking, dining and other situations. It is still a very comfortable trip.

From checkin to till checkout, everything was fantastic! Hotel contacted me when I booked the room. They asked us our preferences for all the logistics. When we arrived the hotel management including GM welcomed us and Nancy from guest relations, she is brilliant! She helped us everything during our stay. Booked spa, restaurants, guide tour to temple.. Our room was very special, decoration, ambience, towels, bed linens, pillows all are so nice, comfortable! All the hotel staff are very helpful and smiley all the time. You must try SPA ! We tried Vegetarian restaurant and Steam House. Both are great! All in all fantastic experience and another proof that you can not go wrong with Aman group

Amazing hotel, best stay in my trip to China. It’s worth every second. The food is great, the location is incredible, and the beds are really comfortable. Totally recommended.

Park Hyatt Hangzhou definitely will be the next hotel to stay for my next business and personal trips to Hangzhou again due to its super good location, great service, fantastic hotel design, amazing hotel environment and satisfied hotel cleanliness. The Hangzhou MIXC Complex is just located at the same location as the hotel and so it is super convenient for our shopping. Definitely it is a GOOD choice!

I specially chose Four Seasons Hotel Hangzhou Center to celebrate my husband's birthday. The full sense of ceremony is really the best in Hangzhou~~ Before checking in, Sema patiently communicated with me about the check-in matters. Eloise actively coordinated the birthday arrangements and drew a cute family of three on the glass. On the day of check-in, Sisi at the front desk warmly welcomed us, gave the baby a welcome gift, and guided us to the elevator entrance. Although the hotel does not have a children's playground, I have to praise the ”treasure hunt” game designed by the hotel for children. When going to each location to complete the puzzle, the reception staff are warm and friendly. 6 pieces make up a complete puzzle, which is very thoughtful and exquisite. If the front photo is replaced with a cartoon painting, it will be even more amazing. There is an exclusive basket for children's supplies, the Four Seasons logo is embroidered on the pillow, and the inspection ports are all rounded... Every location is very detailed. The only flaw is that the bathtub is a little small. If it is equipped with a large floor-standing bathtub with thin walls, the bathroom should look better overall. The lounge drinks are quite rich, and the quality is higher than that of Ritz. The fixed combination for afternoon tea is also the same as that sold at afternoon tea downstairs. The male manager of the lounge provided good service. He dealt with my request as soon as possible. He also greeted me when we met in the elevator the next day. The food in the lounge was delicious, especially the barbecued pork crisps. It would be better if there were more fruits. The swimming pool has a special small hot spring pool, the temperature is suitable for hot springs, and the life jacket guy will take the initiative to deliver water. The air conditioner can adjust the temperature independently, which is the advantage of luxury hotels. There are many varieties of freshly squeezed juices for breakfast, including custard yogurt and Yakult. The bread is also very crispy, and the toppings of the noodles can be improved. Because the experience is very good and the service is very comfortable, I will choose Hangzhou Center Four Seasons when I go to Hangzhou in the future. Finally, I hope that the bedding will be more Chinese in the future. If the quilt can be fully wrapped with Chinese quilt covers, ”clean babies” will like it more.

You can experience different seasons all year round... Choosing to stay here is a luxurious, peaceful, and pleasant enjoyment. The early communication with the front office manager, ********* girl Zixuan, was pleasant and warm. From the first day when we drove to the hotel gate, every staff member remembered my name. Entering the hotel lobby, we were greeted by our duty manager GarySun, who had prepared a bouquet of white roses and my favorite lotus bouquet and arranged everything. Guest relations Miss Lulu took us to the room. The luggage had been placed on the luggage rack... The room was in the style of the old money, and it was well maintained. The inner and outer terraces were bright and full of green. In the evening, the lotus pond was moonlit. It was quiet and beautiful. The disinfection was in place and there was not a single mosquito. I admire it! Mr. Bob and Miss Penny, the manager of the Black Pearl Sands Hall, wrote handwritten greeting cards, and I liked the small gifts very much. The table layout and hand-painted cartoon patterns are very pleasing. The food at Black Pearl has also been praised by my gourmet husband. Semi-buffet breakfast, like avocado Benedict eggs. Freshly steamed dumplings and osmanthus cakes in the Sands Hall. Freshly fried spring rolls. Pianerchuan, delicious! Caviar snacks are sweet and delicious, and the aftertaste is endless... Although there are some minor episodes in the few days of stay experience. However, the flaws do not outweigh the merits. Hangzhou West Lake Four Seasons is worthy of being ranked in the 2024 Global Luxury Hotel 100. It is worth staying and experiencing!!
