The hotel is right in front of the bus stop. If you're walking from Metro Line 1, you'll pass through a commercial street, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The lobby has excellent air conditioning, and there's a free coffee machine and tea available. The room isn't huge, but it looks exactly like the promotional pictures. The smart home features throughout the room are very convenient, and I was quite satisfied. The only minor thing is the mirror facing the bed, but you can just cover it with a towel if it bothers you. The hotel service was also excellent; it was pouring rain when we arrived, and while we were resting in the lobby, the front desk staff kept checking on us. Even the cleaning staff was very polite when we asked for our room to be tidied.

From the welcoming staff at the entrance, to the front desk concierge, and the room and restaurant service personnel, everyone was incredibly friendly and offered help exactly when needed. It's a place that makes you feel at ease and want to return. The environment is exceptionally beautiful; a lot of effort has clearly gone into the landscaping and maintenance. Pavilions, waterside structures, long corridors... Even more remarkable is its unique location. From the observation deck on the back hill, you can gaze upon the West Lake, with its waters and the Leifeng Pagoda completely in view. Staying here allows you to exclusively enjoy that tranquility and beauty... Absolutely superb! See you again!

Had a wonderful three-day, two-night stay at the Fuchun Resort, a place I've long admired. The architecture, rich in Chinese aesthetics, blends seamlessly with the natural environment of Fuyang, creating a truly harmonious feel. Hiking here was wonderfully wild and scenic. The resort's thoughtful service was evident in every detail: from the welcome greeting and the consistently helpful and responsive personal butler (Benson) before arrival, to the doorman's proactive and natural assistance with luggage, and the waitress's meticulous inquiry about dietary preferences at breakfast. All these touches reflect the hotel's high standards of service and made me feel truly respected. I even left my hat in the calligraphy class and only realized it when the instructor notified me and said it would be promptly returned to the lobby. The shuttle drivers were also very punctual, almost always available on call. The housekeeping staff were diligent and friendly. The hotel also offers a wide range of activities, and the travel photography service was particularly high quality. Fuchun Resort truly lives up to its reputation as a high-end resort. I'd love to visit again!

The hotel design is beautiful and well-maintained. **Xianshan Oxygen Hiking Tour:** The guided tour was a great experience. **Swan Garden Feeding Experience:** The environment was excellent, not too crowded, making for a fantastic summer holiday experience. **Environment:** A superb environment, very suitable for self-driving tours. It's very suitable for family travel as it offers many extra services specifically for children, including a variety of breakfast dishes and bed rails for sleeping. For business travelers, thoughtful amenities like nail clippers are provided, which are rarely found in other hotels. I experienced some deep healing services, such as the morning Baduanjin stretching for awakening and the deep sleep therapy before bed. My child also had an art photoshoot. Water park tickets were also included. Areas for improvement: The room lighting was too dim, making it impossible for children to do their homework. The room ventilation system wasn't great, especially the bathroom, which lacked a separate extractor fan. Overall, it was excellent value for money.

The hotel's location is generally acceptable. It's about a five-minute walk from Longxiang Bridge Metro Station (Exit D), along Wushan Lane. While it might not be as prime as the Renhe location, it's not a major issue. The hotel itself is quite old; the floor tiles in the bathroom area were yellowed upon entering. The biggest downside in the room was the lack of USB outlets, which is frankly quite inconvenient in this day and age. Breakfast was just average, nothing special. A big plus: takeaways can't be delivered to your room directly. You either have to go downstairs to pick it up yourself, or wait for the robot delivery, but during peak hours, waiting 30 minutes for the robot is a common occurrence. 🤦

Eleven people stayed for five days and the overall feeling was very good. Facilities: The rooms are spacious and well equipped. Environment: The trails on the island are quiet and the air is fresh. Outside the window, the lakes and mountains are panoramic. Hygienic: The indoor and outdoor environment is clean, and the living is comfortable and comfortable. Service: Thank you very much butler! The attitude is very kind, the service is very warm and thoughtful, no matter day or night, on call to solve the problem in time, let us spend a pleasant five days in Qiandao Lake.

We were traveling with our child, and the butler got along wonderfully with our baby, so I highly recommend it for families. The service is efficient and problems during our stay were promptly resolved. They also offer wellness programs and activities like sound healing, spa treatments, and afternoon tea. The hotel's cuisine is vegetarian, with exquisite and delicious dishes. In short, I highly, highly recommend it! It's a charming hotel I'd definitely visit again.

The environment was quiet, ensuring a great night's rest. Breakfast was plentiful, and they even gave us a souvenir upon check-out. I'll definitely recommend this place to my friends and family when they visit Hangzhou.

The hotel location is great, not far from Wulin Night Market, and convenient for self-driving with easy parking, making getting in and out hassle-free. The overall environment is pleasant. The room was spotlessly clean and spacious, with a mattress that was just the right firmness, ensuring a very restful sleep. The bathroom had a good wet/dry separation, and the toiletries felt good to use. The window offered an expansive view of West Lake (from a lake view room). The staff were polite, check-in and check-out were efficient, and issues were addressed promptly after being reported. The service was practical and not overly formal, with no flashy marketing gimmicks, just a genuine holiday experience. It’s perfect for both relaxing and exploring the surroundings, offering good overall value for money. This hotel is definitely worth considering for a trip to Hangzhou.

However, the immediate vicinity isn't very lively. There's a street nearby with a supermarket and restaurants. The main reason for staying here was its proximity to the shuttle bus stop for Lingyin Temple. Service: The hotel is very business-oriented. During business events, the rooms are fully booked, so they wouldn't offer an upgrade. Also, at breakfast, when it's busy, they are slow to refill dishes. By 8:30 AM, there were empty trays with no sign of replenishment. The variety was average, just convenient. Late check-out until 2 PM (subject to room availability).
